The object of this research is a separate element of chronotope genre – the time in dystopia in Russian cinematography of the late XX century – early XXI centuries. The subject of this research is the ideological time – a part of screenwriting that reflects the worldview of the characters through verbal constructions. Special attention is given to juxtaposition of ideology (the system proclaimed by the author) and counter-ideology (the opposing system of the public majority), as well as the manifestations of “doublethink”. Detailed analysis is conducted on the characteristic of the author's position on the ideological questions and its correlation with the social and cultural situation in the Soviet and post-Soviet society. Leaning on the theory of “vertical” time, the author explores one of its chronological layers associated with the ideology of dystopia, which defines the scientific novelty of this research. The works of K. Lopushansky, A. Sokurov, and A. German Sr. demonstrate that there can be at least to perspectives on the events, which underlies the dramaturgical conflict. The conclusion is made that various parts of ideology of the characters may be attributed to time that is different from time of the author and the audience. Another conclusion indicates the diversity of humanistic ideologies that film directors resort to, as well as different ways of their expression by the characters. The acquired results can be implemented in the genre dramaturgy, film studies, and film criticism.

Aim of the Research. To investigate the feasibility of a national bank gene pool of the state biodiversity establishing as a separate element of the system of biosafety and biosecurity in the context of countering threats to the biological nature of Ukraine's national security. Materials and Methods. International and domestic legislation, scientific publications, materials of scientific and practical conferences on the conservation of the biodiversity gene pool — the development of these documents and articles became the basis of the study. The following methods were used: hermeneutic for the analysis of cited scientific works, the given legislative acts, explanation of concepts and terms concerning genetic resources of biodiversity; systematic analysis of funding sources in the creation of a bank for the conservation of the biodiversity gene pool as an element of biosafety and biosecurity in the national security system of Ukraine and the system of public management methods for biodiversity conservation, as well as logical and formal economic methods. Results and Discussion. The article examines the expediency of creating a national bank of the gene pool of biodiversity of the state as a separate element of the biosafety system and biosecurity in the context of counteracting biological threats to the national security of Ukraine. It is noted that the establishment of the National Bank of the Biodiversity Gene Fund of Ukraine will allow effective safe and economic management of genetic resources of biodiversity both domestically and internationally in accordance with the Nagoya Protocol to regulate access to genetic resources and share benefits, including financial. The main innovative tools for preserving the biodiversity of the state are considered. Possibilities of introduction of innovative tools of biodiversity conservation and implementation of the best foreign experience in Ukraine are investigated. Conclusions. It is advisable to create National Bank of the State Biodiversity Gene Fund as a separate element of the biosafety and biosecurity system in the context of counteracting biological threats to the national security of Ukraine. It is proposed to legislate its creation by including it in the draft Law of Ukraine “On biosafety and biosecurity”. Key Words: national biota gene pool bank, biodiversity, biological threats, bio-risks, biological security, biological protection, public administration, financing.

The idea that defines quiddity – independence or neutrality in relation to the modalities of existence – allows Avicenna not only to speak of a duality in the being of existing things, but also to use apparently logically incompatible notions to qualify quiddity: that of reality (or truth), on the one hand, and that of possibility (or falsity), on the other. The very conception of the independence of quiddity – which lets us consider quiddity as a separate element in the existing thing – can be recognized in the resolution of the doubt that concludes the Maqāla fī l‑tawḥīd of Yaḥyā ibn ‘Adī (d. 974). A comparison between Avicenna’s discussion of quiddity in his Metaphysics and the discourse of Yaḥyā ibn ‘Adī confirms the idea that this Christian philosopher and theologian who was active in Baghdad in the tenth century could have played an important formative role in the ontology of the great Persian philosopher.

The article presents the experimental study results of flat intercolumn plates loading work peculiarities of the beamless overlapping developed system. The attention is paid to the design of the experimental designs of the bearing structure with thebevelled platforms of suspension on the outer perimeter of the span plates. The technique of performing experimental studiesis presented. The conducted researches enabled to establish the nature of deformation and destruction of intercolumn plates asa separate element in the developed system of beamless overlapping. In this case, the magnitude of the compression deformations decreases to the point where the test specimens rest on the supporting blocks. It confirms the assumption of the transferof load from the spacers to the intercolumnar on the principle of "linear hinge". Attention is paid to the fact that the achievement of the bearing capacity is not accompanied by the process of destruction, but is characterized by significant movementsof the flying part of the plate in the vertical plane.

This article describes the stages of creating electronic versions of scale plans of stations, using measurements obtained by various geodetic tools and complexes. The features of processing of ma-terials obtained by complex "Profile"are described. The General algorithm of formation of the scale plan of railway stations is shown. In the course of all processing of materials the railway way is con-sidered as the uniform massif consisting of points of an axis of the way having both planned posi-tion, and high-rise. This approach allows you to fully analyze the plan and profile of the station path as a separate element of the station, and its relationship with other objects. Perform automatic calcu-lation of picketage, spacing and dimensions of buildings.мThe problems of data export to the geoin-formation database of the West Siberian railway are indicated.

The graphical-analytical methods are mentioned as being straightforward and expedite. The paper presents a graphical-analytical method for the kinematical analysis of a mechanism with rotating cam and oscillating flat-face follower. The manner supposes considering the contact point as a separate element of the mechanism and using concurrently the replacing mechanism with lower pairs and the actual mechanism, the relative motions from the contact point of the cam and contact point of the follower, respectively, are established. The methodology is exemplified for an actual case.

The comparison of sets of objects is a research topic with applications in diverse fields such as computer science, biology and psychology. Since the introduction of the Jaccard index, many techniques have been proposed. This paper aims at extending an existing framework of comparison indices for sets. Firstly, the novel indices account for similarities between elements, rather than identity of elements as is the case for existing techniques. As a result, a richer framework of comparison indices is obtained. The use of fuzzy quantifiers in this framework is shown. Secondly, the machinery for sets is extended to the case of multisets, which results in two classes of comparison indices. The first class considers each element instance as a separate element, while the second class considers groups of elements instances as an atomic entity. The number of instances is then a property of this group, that is taken into account when calculating similarity between element groups.
