Port Allocation Optimization of Export Container Yard: Case Study of Banjarmasin Container Terminal; Container stack allocation planning has a major impact on minimizing ship berth time and terminal operating costs. The yard allocation model aims to reduce the distance traveled by trucks in loading activities and to balance the number in each block. The sub-optimal allocation of the container yard at the Banjarmasin Container Terminal is one of the problems that must be resolved. For solving these problems, evaluation and optimization methods are used in planning the container stacking field allocation. After getting the results of evaluation and optimization, a simulation is carried out to determine the loading time of the ship. From the results of evaluation and optimization obtained in February 2019, the truck's mileage can be reduced by 4% or 539 km from 13.941 km, while the difference of containers in the ship block is 74% or 4.863 boxes from 6.546 boxes. In addition, the difference between the containers in the entire stacking block was 55% or 2.452 boxes from 4.446 boxes, saving time for loading activities was 13% or 4.749 minutes from 36.129 minutes. Then for the overall fuel cost savings from truck, RTG, and container crane by 16% or Rp 236.723.498 from Rp 1.508.369.508. With this optimization, port operator could allocate more containers in container yard.

The increase of urbanization level has led to the rapid increase of impervious surface area (ISA). The aim of this work is to clarify the relationship between the ISA and water quality and lay a foundation for the improvement and protection of the water quality in the basin. Taking the Fuxian Lake Basin in Yunnan Province as an example, based on the Landsat ETM+ remote sensing image and the Gram–Schmidt (GS) image fusion algorithm, the four-terminal model and the linear spectral mixture model (LSMM) were used to extract the impervious surface of the watershed from 2006 to 2015. And statistical methods were used to distinguish its relationship with water quality. The results show that the four-terminal model and the linear spectral mixture model can effectively extract the impervious surface information of the Fuxian Lake Basin. The average root mean square error (RMS) of the image decomposition results from 2006 to 2015 was less than 0.02. In the past 10 years, the ISA has changed significantly in the Fuxian Lake Basin. The ISA showed an overall upward trend from 2006 to 2015. It increased from 24.73 km2 in 2006 to 35.14 km2 in 2015, an increase of 10.81 km2. From the value anomaly, the ISA in 2006 and 2009 is lower than the multiyear average, and those in the other years are higher than the multiyear average. The percentage of ISA in the basin was significantly positively correlated with Chemical Oxygen Demand-Mn (CODMn) and total phosphorus (TP) (r is 0.772, 0.763), and the correlation in the flooding season was greater than that in the dry season. The ISA threshold for water quality deterioration is around 10% in the Fuxian Lake Basin. Reducing ISA coverage, controlling ISA to less than 10%, and preventing nonpoint source pollution during flooding season will be the best measures to effectively improve the water quality environment in the basin.

In order to solve the problems of optimizing production and transportation systems, a clustering procedure for objects is suggested. The procedure is a universal methodology for dividing a set of objects into subsets with their centers possessing optimal properties. At the same time, the use of point proximity metrics used in cluster analysis models the minimization of distances during transportation. If the volume of produced/extracted containerisable products of a production point is considered as the “weight” of each point, than the problem of minimizing transportation costs can be solved as a problem of optimizing clusters and their centers. A set of analytical models has been developed to describe and optimize the choice of location and number of container terminals (CT) at the first level and container storage and distribution centers (СSDC) at the second level of a two-level terminal model and logistics infrastructure of the container transport system (CTS). New clustering algorithms are suggested to determine the locations of CT and СSDC based on the condition of minimizing transportation costs and creating a terminal and logistics infrastructure, taking into account given or random number of clusters.

The paper presents the theoretical analysis way of the switched capacitor converter (SCC). The main goal of this research is to suggest the analysis way of three-phase SCC. A common SCC operates by two phases; charging phase and discharging phase. Therefore, state-space averaging model or slow and fast switching limit (S-FSL) model has been suitable. Although the four-terminal equivalent model can cover all situation including three-phases cases, this model does not include the parameter of frequency and capacitance. Therefore, the four-terminal model has a weakness. In this situation, we selected the Fibonacci sequence SCC operated by three-phase as the target circuit, which topology has been proved to have higher efficiency, small size in the previous research. In the paper, we suggest the new analysis way of the three-phase SCC by combination of the four-terminal equivalent model and RC circuit model from each loop equation of the equivalent circuits of the SCC. By using the suggested way, it is possible to analyze the three-phase SCC, deriving the effect of the load, operation frequency and duty ratio variation. In order to verify the feasibility and the cogency of the suggested analysis way, comparative analysis is implemented by SPICE simulations. The error in the load regulation between the suggested way and the simulation result is negligible. Through this result, we establish the foundation of the analysis of the three-phase SCC.
