IMPROVED VALVE DESIGN SUSTAINABILITY RESEARCH

The issues of tightness and abrasion resistance of the new design of the ZMS-type valve are considered. An analytical expression was obtained to determine the relative pressure generated across the check valve of the improved valve. Checked the condition of the valve tightness and abrasion resistance. The new valve design was tested at JSCO “NEFTGAZMASH”, and as a result of the tests it was found that the new valve fully complies with these conditions. Одним из важнейших изделий, применяемых в промышленности и судостроении, является герметичный кабельный ввод – промежуточная конструкция, обеспечивающая проход электрических цепей через различные виды оболочек, передающих электроэнергию, а также, отвечающая за сохранение герметичности и прочности корпуса. В процессе эксплуатации гермовводов могут возникнуть внештатные ситуации, причину происхождения которых авторам предстояло выяснить в результате лабораторных исследований и расчетов. Испытания изоляции проводов и физико-химический анализ монтажного поля гермовставки показали наличие воды на исследуемых образцах. Возникновение конденсата объясняется многими факторами, такими как: конструктивными и технологическими особенностями изделия, эксплуатационными факторами, например, циклическое изменение температуры на контактах и проводах гермоввода в процессе эксплуатации. Для расчета проницаемости влаги токоведущими жилами гермоввода использовались закон Дарси и метод резистивно-ёмкостных электрических сеток. В результате исследований авторами предлагаются мероприятия по выполнения влагозащитного оконцевания токоведущих жил и проведению поиска изолятора и материала для улучшения технического решения конструкции гермоввода. One of the most important products used in industry and shipbuilding is a sealed cable entry - an intermediate structure that ensures the passage of electrical circuits through various types of shells that transmit electricity, and is also responsible for maintaining the tightness and strength of the hull. In the process of operating the pressure glands, emergency situations may arise, the origin of which the authors had to find out as a result of laboratory research and calculations. Tests of insulation of wires and physico-chemical analysis of the installation field of the pressure seal showed the presence of water on the samples. The occurrence of condensate is explained by many factors, such as: design and technological features of the product, operational factors, for example, cyclical changes in temperature at the contacts and wires of the pressure seal during operation. To calculate the moisture permeability of the current-carrying conductors of the pressure seal, the Darcy law and the method of resistive-capacitive electric grids were used. As a result of research, the authors propose measures to perform moisture-proof termination of current-carrying conductors and to search for an insulator and material to improve the technical solution of the pressure seal design.
