The paper specifies the definition of “competence” of executive managers and positional, professional and social types of the general system competence are separated. The communicative competence structure in managers at higher educational institutions for realizing communicative interaction of participants of the professional training educational process is concretized by methodological content components of administrative management, namely administrative-organizational managerial system relations (descending potential of indirect administrative-organizational communication of a policy of higher educational institutions, coordination-subordination architectonics of the “administrative apparatus”, ascending potential of administrative effect at organizing institutional projects), internal system relations (descending administrative-organizational communications of a political strategy of higher educational institutions, potential of ascending administrative-organizational communications for modernization of educational-scientific university systems) and external system relations (sphere of external interaction and system analysis of modern scientific data as to a qualitative external condition of higher educational institutions, world community access to administrative-organizational communication of higher educational institutions with self-government bodies). There are separated communication types of coordination-subordination architectonics of institutional organization of higher educational institutions: administrative-organizational, managerial and process-organizational communications; a structural-logic scheme of mutual influence in contents - administrative-organizational managerial system, internal and external system relations in the “aim tree” of administrative regulation for effective educational policy and quality policy by means of administrative-organizational communications and at realization of the communicative competence of managers at higher educational institutions is projected in the author modification

The article presents the results of a study of intra-organizational communications using the example of a Russian organization with a staff of more than 1000 people and an assessment of the impact of this factor on the level of staff satisfaction with sustainable development work. The empirical part of the study was carried out by the questionnaire method of 50% of the organization’s personnel. The data were processed using the SPSS Statistics program (version 21). Construction of a balanced and sustainable model of vertical and horizontal communications in the organization based on the needs of staff for information about the internal processes and external environment of the organization and its regular monitoring allows you to increase the efficiency of the communication process. Personnel satisfaction with the organization of the communication process is one of the indicators of the effectiveness of intra-organizational communications. It gives a positive correlation with the overall satisfaction of personnel with work. The communication activity of personnel and a high level of awareness show the involvement of employees in the development and adoption of managerial decisions of the organization and have a positive effect on their professional responsibility.

The purpose of the research is an identification, theoretical justification and experimental verification of pedagogical technologies that contribute to the efficiency of future specialist’s professional and communicative skills formation as well as a role justification of socio-psychological qualities in the effectiveness of the process of communicative interaction in order to determine the main indicators of readiness for communicative interpersonal and group interaction. The object of our study is interpersonal, group and organizational communications skills and the subject of this one is characteristic of communicative interaction indicators. The following paper draws on material of different psychological researches and educational normative documents. The analysis of Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in the directions of training 38.03.01 Economy (a bachelor degree) was provided which showed that interpersonal communication skills possession is one of necessary competence nowadays. The authors emphasized that it is important to take into consideration socio-psychological qualities of future economists as a basics of their professionalism. Scientific and methodological recommendations and conclusions are obtained based on a theoretical analysis of the socio-psychological qualities of economists that provide the efficiency of the formation process of future economists’ communicative interaction in the context of professional training.
