Response of the official opponent to the dissertation of Babanina Victoria Viktorivna "Criminal legislation of Ukraine: the mechanism of creation and implementation"

The relevance of the topic of dissertation research of Babanina Victoria Viktorivna "Criminal legislation of Ukraine: the mechanism of creation and implementation" is considered. The degree of validity and reliability of scientific provisions, conclusions and recommendations formulated in the dissertation are highlighted. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the results obtained in the dissertation are established.

INAPPROPRIATE RESEARCH CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT ABOUT THE AIRPORTS OF THE MVL

The article analyzes the conformity assessment presented by the official opponent (professor) of the research of airport management of local airlines with the specialty of the dissertation council. It is proved that this assessment is inappropriate information intended to give this review the appearance of a highly qualified document of state scientific certification and thereby confuse the entire expert community and other representatives of the scientific community about the relevance considered by the opponent of the dissertation.

THE OPPONENT'S ATTEMPTS TO SCREAM PERSONAL CONTRIBUTION AND THE IMPORTANCE OF RESEARCH ABOUT MVL AIRPORTS

The article analyzes the assessments of the applicant's personal contribution and the practical significance of the study of the management of local airlines, presented in the review of the official opponent (professor). It has been proven that these assessments are not only falsified, but generally inappropriate information intended to give this review the appearance of a highly qualified document of state scientific certification and thereby confuse the entire expert community and other members of the scientific community about the relevance of the dissertation considered by the opponent.

The implication to crime as a subject of criminal law research

At a meeting of the Council D 203.012.02 for the defense of dissertations for the degree of candidate of sciences, for the degree of doctor of sciences created on the basis of the Federal State Budget Institution for Higher Education “Saint-Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation”, on February 14, 2020, Dvorzhitskaya Marina Andreyevna defended her dissertation for the degree of candidate of legal sciences on the topic "Responsibility for implication to crime in criminal law" in the specialty 12.00.08-criminal law and criminology; criminal executive law. The Dissertation Council, chaired by the chairman of the Dissertation Council D 203.012.02, Doctor of Law, Professor S. A. Denisov, decided that the dissertation of M. A. Dvorzhitskaya is a scientific qualification work, that is essential for the science of criminal law and complies with the requirements established by the Regulation on the awarding of scientific degrees. The Council decided to award M.A. Dvorzhitskaya the degree of candidate of legal sciences in the specialty 12.00.08. The article is a review of the dissertation of the official opponent, in which the structure and content of M. A. Dvorzhitskaya's dissertation are analyzed.
