Abstract This study asks how Sartre’s version of the dialectic of recognition is present in Kierkegaard’s works. For Sartre, the dialectic begins with an awareness that the other sees me and judges me. I experience this as a threat to my autonomy, and I fight back with a variety of strategies designed to mitigate the effects. Inter-subjective relationships are grounded in conflict from which there is no exit. Similarly, Kierkegaard characterizes the natural, self-centered way of seeing the other as inherently self-centered and contentious. And yet some of Kierkegaard’s texts lay the ground for a way out. Unlike Sartre, he is sensitive to modifications to the structure of the dialectic of recognition that depend on a change in the basic mode of looking. That is, how I see, evaluate, and judge the other can alter the foundation of the interaction from something mutually contentious to something mutually edifying.

Abstract As a special commodity with high-tech characteristics required by national development, aviation equipment has the characteristics of confidentiality, long cycle and high risk during the production and research and development. Therefore, the supply chain of its manufacturing and research and development is the focus of national construction and development. On the basis of understanding the current development status of aviation equipment application, this paper analyzes its evaluation system and feedback basic mode through tree vector multiplication and X-0-1 determinant feedback basic mode calculation method, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies in combination with specific contents, so as to ensure each interest subject to obtain more benefits at the same time. A new management method is proposed for the development of aviation equipment in the future.

In the current pilot study, we attempt to find out how double neurofeedback influences functional hemispheric asymmetry and activity. We examined 30 healthy participants (8 males; 22 females, mean age = 29; SD = 8). To measure functional hemispheric asymmetry and activity, we used computer laterometry in the ‘two-source’ lead-lag dichotic paradigm. Double biofeedback included 8 min of EEG oscillation recording with five minutes of basic mode. During the basic mode, the current amplitude of the EEG oscillator gets transformed into feedback sounds while the current amplitude of alpha EEG oscillator is used to modulate the intensity of light signals. Double neurofeedback did not directly influence the asymmetry itself but accelerated individual sound perception characteristics during dichotic listening in the preceding effect paradigm. Further research is needed to investigate the effect of double neurofeedback training on functional brain activity and asymmetry, taking into account participants’ age, gender, and motivation.

Asrigdara or dysfunctional uterine bleeding is a menstrual disorder causing the excessive or prolonged bleeding hence deteriorating the health of female. As per Ayurveda classics, according to its pathogenesis Pittashamaka, Vatanulomana, Rakta-Sthapaka, Rakta-Samgrahi, Agni-deepana and Garbhashaya-balya Chikitsa is beneficial in Asrigdara. Because the main motive in its management is to stop bleeding and achieve the normal menstrual cycle in terms of bleeding, duration and frequency, Acharaya Charaka also said its treatment to accomplish on the principles of management of Raktatisara, Raktapitta and Rakta ar-sha. Thus, Drakshadi yoga was taken in this review article from Sushruta Samhita Uttar Tantra 45/34 in reference to Raktapitta Chikitsa. Present study is concerning illumination on the basic mode of action of Drakshadi Yoga in treating the Asrigdara.

The importance of pain relief in farm animals has never been further up the agenda for modern food production and farm animal practice. This has been driven by increased awareness amongst farmers, veterinary surgeons and consumers. This article looks at the practical use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in farm animal practice for both adults and youngstock. The basic mode of action of NSAIDs is discussed and some of the evidence base that has been growing over the use of NSAIDs in cattle. It also highlights some of the present requirements of some of the retailers and auditing bodies.

The law occurs in a dual mode: a basic mode and an expert mode. In the basic mode, people predominantly experience the law in a situational and not a textual way. The people on the street move according to the consuetudinary law. In the expert mode, the law goes up textually to the professional lawyer. It becomes mostly about argumentation in professional language rather than natural language. Digitalisation encompasses both these modes. The extent to which digitalisation is visible is another issue. We argue that analogical thinking continues to be important in law and that this must be considered in legal informatics.
