Abstract We consider the baby Skyrme model in a physically motivated limit of reaching the restricted or BPS baby Skyrme model, which is a model that enjoys area-preserving diffeomorphism invariance. The perturbation consists of the kinetic Dirichlet term with a small coefficient ϵ as well as the standard pion mass term, with coefficient $$ \upepsilon {m}_1^2 $$ ϵ m 1 2 . The pions remain lighter than the soliton for any ϵ and therefore the model is physically acceptable, even in the ϵ → 0 limit. The version of the BPS baby Skyrme model we use has BPS solutions with Gaussian tails. We perform full numerical computations in the ϵ → 0 limit and even reach the strict ϵ = 0 case, finding new nontrivial BPS solutions, for which we do not yet know the analytic form.

Compressor at PT. Es Muda Perkasa that commonly failure is at unit D. So that need to optimize the compressor at unit D with finding the failure of the parts of the compressor and making the schedule of maintenance program to minimize the failure of the ice machine. This study using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method, which applicate Grey FMEA to determine the priority of the machine maintenance. After conducting and implementing the RCM method, it was found that the failure occurs at Low-Pressure and High-Pressure Pump at compressor unit D, and sub-part failure happen on bearing, due to small coefficient, which is 0.566 where it become primarily failure component. For the next maintenance, using schedule on condition task on bearing parts of the machine could minimize the failure of the parts on the machine

It is easy for common skeleton rubber seal of centrifuge to wear and tear and ageing, great economic loss is made at machine downtime. A new-type magnetic NBR seal was designed in this paper, which has the advantages of small coefficient of friction, light wear and self-recovery because nano-BaO.6Fe2O3 was added in NBR, the structure was simpler but the capability of seal is stronger. In this paper, through experiment and simulation, the various parameters on the sealing ability was analyzed , at the same time the best parameters centrifuge seal were determined , the problem of centrifuge sealing was solved successfully.
