ANALISIS BALANCE SCORECARD SEBAGAI ALAT PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN X

PT X ini begerak di penjualan alat alat elektonik dalam peningkatan produktifitas manusia seperti komputer laptop dan lain – lain yang berlokasi di Kota Palembang. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui bagaimana kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan balanced scorecard. Sumber data digunakan berupa data wawancara pimpinan perusahaan yaitu dengan dokumen perhitungan dari pimpinan perusahaan yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian yang ada, berupa struktur organisasi perusahaan, laporan keuangan, catatan dan kuisioner yang dijadikan dasar perhitungan balanced scorecard. Indikator yang digunakan dalam balance score card ini seperti perspektif finansial, pelanggan, bisnis internal dan pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Hasil perhitungan balanced scorecard(BSC) diketahui bahwa kinerja Perusahaan X masih dikatakan kurang baik. Kinerja masih perlu diperbaiki lagi agar perusahaan mampu mencapai kinerja sangat baik. Sebaiknya perusahaan menerapkan balanced scorecard(BSC) untuk dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengukur kinerjanya tidak hanya dari aspek keuangannya saja tetapi juga mempertimbangkan kinerja dari aspek nonkeuangan. Analisis Penilaian Kinerja Menggunakan Balance Score Card

The research objective was to analyze the performance of drinking water depot in Gorontalo City by using a Balanced scorecard. The data were collected by using a quesionnaire. The data analysis applied descriptive analysis, which referred to the balanced scorecard indikator. The samples were 21 drinking water depots in Gorontalo city. The finding of research showed that the score in the balanced scorecard for the performance of drinking water depot in Gorontalo city was 81,39% which was in “minimum target” criteria, which meant the performance remained not in accordance with the expectation whether in the aspect of finansial or non finansial. The low finansial performance was the factor for the closing of lots of drinking water depot in Gorontalo city due to encountering problems in finansial and operational.

Metode Balance Score Card dalam Peningkatan Efektivitas dan Efisiensi untuk Menghadapi Persaingan Bisnis

Balance score card yang diperkenalkan Norton dan Kaplan pada tahun 1992 membawa angin segar ke perusahaan atau organisasi bisnis untuk diterapkan untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan dan diharapkan dalam pencapaian tujuan, target, dan kinerja. Penerapan balance score card akan mengarah pada efisiensi dan efektifitas pencapaian visi dan strategi sehingga kepekaan bisnis terhadap lingkungan dapat tercapai. Dengan demikian kualitas, layanan, kreativitas, inovasi dan keunggulan kompetitif dapat tercipta. Oleh karena itu, balance score card harus diterapkan secara konsisten, focus, dan meningkat berkelanjutan.

THE ASSESSMENT OF COMPANY PERFORMANCE USING BALANCE SCORECARD ANALYSIS

Currently, the performance analysis of a company is the most needed thing in achieving the vision and mission of the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine the company's performance in terms of financial and non-financial performance using the Balanced Score Card approach through four perspectives, namely: (1) finance, (2) customers, (3) internal business, and (4) growth and learning. . The data collection method was done by qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study note that the performance of PT. Contractor Company Tbk, Tbk has been very good. From a financial perspective, it can be seen that the company's ability to guarantee short-term and long-term debt is quite good and the company's ability to get a good profit, as seen from the value of the Net profit margin. From the customer perspective, the results of the customer satisfaction survey are quite good. The level of employee satisfaction is quite good. Contribution of Balanced Scorecard Implementation in Performance Management System to Enhance Job Satisfaction: Empirical Evidence from FMCG Sector of Pakistan

Many conglomerates employ various performance measurements tools to monitor the performance of their employees. Most of these performance measures only concentrate on the financial dimension of the performance. The Balance score card is one such tool that measures multiple performance dimensions. This study investigated the impact of Balance score card implementation in performance measurement system towards employee satisfaction in the FMCG Sector of Pakistan. To achieve this objective, a review of relevant literature was done. Based on literature review, eight hypotheses were postulated to test the significance of the research problems. A quantitative study was designed on FMCGs, and primary data was gathered using a Likert scale questionnaire format administered to 218 respondents. Results indicate that employee satisfaction experience improved after implementation of Balance Score Card in the Performance management System of the organizations. Moreover, the mediating role of Performance Management System in the relationship between Balance Score Card and Employee Satisfaction was also partially proved.

“New Normal”: Analisis Penerimaan Menggunakan Balance Score Card

Abstrak: Kebiasaan manusia berubah karena adanya wabah COVID-19, hal ini berpengaruh ketika manusia masuk ke dalam fase new normal. New normal diartikan sebagai keadaan yang tidak biasa dilakukan sebelumnya, yang kemudian dijadikan sebagai standar atau kebiasaan baru yang mesti dilakukan manusia untuk dirinya sendiri maupun untuk bersosialisasi dengan orang lain. Kebiasaan baru ini pun menimbulkan pro dan kontra seiring dengan dampak yang timbul. Lembaga pendidikan tinggi merupakan salah satu yang merasakan dampak penerapan new normal. Perkuliahan yang selama ini dilakukan secara online/daring, akan kembali dilakukan secara luring/tatap muka, dengan tetap menerapkan protokol COVID-19 seperti mengenakan masker, menjaga jarak, mengenakan sarung tangan, serta tidak melakukan kontak fisik seperti berjabat tangan. Masalah yang muncul bukan hanya kecemasan orang tua terhadap anak – anaknya, tetapi bagaimana lembaga pendidikan tinggi mengatur segala sumber daya yang dimiliki agar memenuhi standar penerapan new normal. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan terhadap kondisi normal yang baru menggunakan Perspektif balance score card. Abstract: Human habits change because of the COVID-19 outbreak, this affects when humans enter the new normal phase. New normal is defined as a condition that is not normally done before, which is then used as a standard or new habits that must be done by humans for themselves or to socialize with others. This new habit also raises the pros and cons along with the impact arising with the new normal. Higher education institutions are the ones who feel the impact of implementing new normal. Lectures that have been conducted online / online will be re-done offline / face to face, while still applying the COVID-19 protocol such as wearing a mask, keeping a distance, wearing gloves, and not making physical contact such as shaking hands. The problem that arises is not only parents' anxiety about their children, but how higher education institutions regulate all available resources to meet new normal implementation standards. This study aims to determine acceptance of new normal conditions using the balance score card Perspective.

PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN BALANCED SCORECARD DAN OBJECTIVE MATRIX DI PT. KRR

PT KRR adalah sebuah perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi karung sak semen dan woven bag. Perusahaan ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 1981 serta mempunyai visi menjadi perusahaan bertaraf internasional. Namun pengukuran kinerja yang digunakan salama ini hanya terbatas pada pengukuran keuangan, sehingga terdapat kinerja faktor lain yang belum terukur seperti prespektif pelanggan, proses bisnis internal maupun dalam bidang pembelajaran, dan pertumbuhan. Sedangkan perkembangan perusahaan menuntut adanya pengukuran yang lebih menyeluruh. Hal ini perlu dilakukan agar perusahaan dapat melihat faktor - faktor kinerja yang berhubungan dengan perusahaan, agar kinerja perusahaan semakin meningkat. Hasil Penilaian Kinerja PT KRR dengan metode Balance Score Card, melakukan pembobotan 14 key performance indicator (KPI) dengan Objective Matrix (OMAX) menghasilkan KPI yang masuk ke dalan kategori hijau artinya pada KPI tersebut sudah mencapai target sehingga kinerjanya dapat dipertahankan, lalu 2 KPI masuk ke dalam kategori kuning KPI ini perlu dilakukan perbaikan agar kinerja dapat meningkat dan sesuai dengan target yang diharapkan, dan 4 KPI masuk ke dalam katepori merah memerlukan perhatian khusus untuk dilakukan perbaikan guna meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan.

El PLAN ESTRATEGICO CON EL ENFOQUE DEL BALANCE SCORE CARD Y LA CADENA DE VALOR

La investigación tiene como objetivo proponer el plan estratégico de la empresa Agroindustrias San Francisco SAC con un enfoque del balance score card y la cadena de valor en la provincia de Lambayeque. Se contó con una población de estudio de 10 colaboradores de la Empresa Agroindustrias San Francisco SAC, que realizan labores gerenciales y/o administrativas en cada una de las áreas que conforman la empresa. Los instrumentos fueron la encuesta y la entrevista, así como la metodología de ponderaciones, donde se midió en el colaborador el nivel de conocimiento sobre la elaboración y ejecución de plan estratégico a través del balance score card y la cadena de valor. La investigación, permitió realizar un diagnóstico integral de la empresa, cuyo producto del análisis, se plantearon estrategias, lo cual, sugirió definir, quince indicadores, a través del enfoque del balance score card (BSC) y el enfoque de la cadena de valor. Los indicadores definidos permiten medir el desempeño de aspectos trascendentes de la empresa y cumplir los objetivos estratégicos, asimismo, el modelo de planificación estratégica utilizado para el desarrollo de esta investigación, constituye una herramienta idónea, dada la eficacia de sus resultados representados en el cuadro de mando integral, además permite descubrir paso a paso cuál es el horizonte que se debe seguir para contribuir al logro de la misión y visión.
