Interval Estimation of Motion Intensity Variation using the Improved Inception-V3 Model

In the process of acute resistance exercise, repeated variation in motion intensity can lead to muscle fatigue and heart failure. Therefore, acquiring the interval of motion intensity variation in time the training pattern and effect can be improved by acquiring the interval of motion intensity variation. In order to achieve this goal, an improved Inception-V3 model is proposed for motion intensity variation interval estimation. The MIVIE(Motion Intensity Variation Interval Estimation) dataset consisting of Strong, Moderate, Weak groups achieve centralized and uninterrupted collection. Then, the multi-modal fusion vectors of time-frequency eigenvalues are stacked up to 227 × 227 grayscale images fed into improved inception-CNN. Finally, the manipulator's trajectory optimization is completed under the guidance of ATO-DQN (Adaptive Trajectory Optimization-Deep Q Network) algorithm based on the motion intensity interval estimation. This work can improve the non-stationary effect of motor speed caused by changes in motion intensity during rehabilitation, which can better guarantee the safety of patients.

An aggregate method for thorax diseases classification

A common problem found in real-word medical image classification is the inherent imbalance of the positive and negative patterns in the dataset where positive patterns are usually rare. Moreover, in the classification of multiple classes with neural network, a training pattern is treated as a positive pattern in one output node and negative in all the remaining output nodes. In this paper, the weights of a training pattern in the loss function are designed based not only on the number of the training patterns in the class but also on the different nodes where one of them treats this training pattern as positive and the others treat it as negative. We propose a combined approach of weights calculation algorithm for deep network training and the training optimization from the state-of-the-art deep network architecture for thorax diseases classification problem. Experimental results on the Chest X-Ray image dataset demonstrate that this new weighting scheme improves classification performances, also the training optimization from the EfficientNet improves the performance furthermore. We compare the aggregate method with several performances from the previous study of thorax diseases classifications to provide the fair comparisons against the proposed method.

Kajian Hadis: Iman, Islam dan Ihsan dalam Perspektif Pendidikan Agama Islam

Learning methods and materials are an important part of the learning process. Rasulullah Saw's journey in every teaching mission cannot be separated from what he will teach, and how he teaches it to his Friends. Referring to the Prophet's education and teacher training pattern, in the Islamic perspective, teachers are a key position in shaping the true Muslim personality. Therefore, it is necessary to study the other side behind the success of Rasullah Saw in spreading Islam. This manuscript provides an analysis that learning material is scientific material that is determined in a learning process. While the method is a way of conveying material, both material that is real and ghoib. In glasses of methods and materials, from the hadith about the arrival of the angel Gabriel, Rasulullah Saw in delivering messages, using the method of conversation or question and answer, with Gabriel and his Friends. The material presented was about the concept of the pillars of religion, namely Islam, Faith, Ihsan and the End of Days. Metode dan materi pembelajaran merupakan bagian penting dalam suatu proses pembelajaran. Perjalanan Rasulullah Saw dalam setiap misi mengajarnya tidak lepas dari apa yang akan diajarkan, dan bagaimana beliau mengajarkannya kepada para Sahabat. Merujuk pada pola pendidikan dan keguruan Rasulullah Saw, dalam perspektif Islam, guru menjadi posisi kunci dalam membentuk kepribadian muslim yang sejati. Oleh karena itu, perlunya mengkaji sisi lain dibalik suksesnya Rasulullah Saw menyebarkan Islam. Naskah ini memberikan analisis bahwa materi pembelajaran adalah bahan ilmu pengetahuan yang ditetapkan dalam suatu proses pembelajaran. Sedangkan metode merupakan cara dalam menyampaikan suatu materi, baik materi yang bersifat nyata maupun ghoib. Berkacamata dari metode dan materi dari hadis tentang kedatangan malaikat Jibril, Rasulullah Saw dalam menyampaikan pesan, menggunakan cara metode percakapan atau tanya jawab, dengan Jibril dan sahabatnya. Materi yang disampaikan seputar tentang konsep rukun agama, yaitu Islam, Iman, Ihsan dan Hari Akhir.

Study of the Motivation of Spanish Amateur Runners Based on Training Patterns and Gender

The objectives of the present study are to analyze the different training patterns of the amateur runners, according to their gender, and to find out a correlation between the training pattern and the motivation. The sample was composed of 457 amateur runners. For the collection of data, a two-part questionnaire was used. The first part consisted of questions about sporting and healthy patterns and the second part consisted of the Perception of Success Questionnaire (POSQ), adapted to Spanish. The obtained results indicated that their motives for starting to practice running and to continue their involvement are health and fun. The training pattern is as follows: they practise one to three days per week, running from three to five hours overall plus additional stretching and high intensity training. They participated in less than one running event per month. Most of them did not belong to an athletic club, did not have a coach, were not federated and have more than four years’ experience of running. What concerns the gender differences, the men trained more than the women, and they did it with relatives and friends; women preferred to do it with friends or by themselves with the assistance of a coach. Age and running hours per week were the best variables to predict the task goal orientation, especially for men. For women, training hours per week predicted the goal orientation but to the ego. This finding could be especially helpful for coaches. A high number of training hours for men was linked with a task goal orientation, and on the other hand, for women it meant an ego goal orientation. The consequences of their behaviours were likely to be markedly different.

Detection of Abnormal Tumor Regions in Ultrasonic Thyroid Images using SVM Classification Method

Detection of tumor or abnormal regions in thyroid gland is difficult task in human. The following methods are presently used for detecting the abnormal regions in thyroid gland as blood test, sample testing from thyroid gland and image processing method. This paper develops a methodology to detect the tumor regions in thyroid images using image registration and image enhancement technique. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier is operated in two modes as training pattern generation and testing mode. The generation of training pattern from both normal and abnormal ultrasonic thyroid images. This proposed method for thyroid tumor region detection obtains 96.54% of sensitivity, 97.57% of specificity and 98.56% of average tumor segmentation accuracy.
