The present paper is about the noble views of our national values, including family, child rearing and respect for ancestors reflected in Uzbek folk epics. Each folk epic - whether it is gallant, romantic or historical in nature, to a certain degree imaginatively communicates the nation’s views on great and fiendish, man and nature, family and society, love and commitment, life and death. The peoples of the world started to completely understand this truth within the period when their heroic epics were being created and shaped, and expressed it artistically in their epics. Afterward, when the states developed and the issue of statehood was resolved, the idea of the family, which was of break even with significance to the solidarity of the people, got to be the staged stage of the historical-folklore process after the heroic epics.

In this article we attempt to introduce the current circumstances for the Chinese investment, a basis for mutual trust and coherent cooperation as well as mutual understanding between the two countries in the new period of the Belt and Road Initiatives. In addition, we aimed to investigate thoroughly the above-mentioned circumstances of mutual trust and trustful understanding among citizens, servants and policy makers as called upon to emphasize the human potential and human capital. The article considers the impact of the present structure of the two countries (China-Mongolia) and its level of coherence, efficiency of mutual economy and the value of its conditions. We would like to emphasize that behind any economic policy there must always be agreements, commitments and real cooperation. We believe that foreign relations and cooperation between the two countries are not only measured by investments, but also by the national values, norms, practices, traditions, views and motives of the host country. Therefore, we emphasize that mutual cooperation and investment cannot exist without due account of those mentioned circumstances. In other words, we keynoted the distancing in the relations between individuals, organizations, communities and the government, which are the main influencing forces today. Our proposal is to draw the attention to the lack of communication mechanisms from the two sides. Our attempt is to sum up China’s investment into Mongolia, including the current investment trends and future perspectives which are to be realized within the framework of the project, «The Belt & Road Initiative».

During the 1860s, widespread warfare beset the Americas and Europe. Fighting resulted from challenges to existing political accommodations, and evolved into civil wars or interstate violence. Concurrently, economic and technological transformations through the 1860s aided long-distance communications, such as the coming of the telegraph and a much faster spread of steam power that helped to disseminate news and share experiences. All over the Atlantic, the triumph of national unification was the most visible result of the bloodbath, expanding state capacities and reinforcing the role of national symbols as common elements of a shared identity. Political and administrative centralization affected the exercise of local power in different ways, mainly in its capacity to recruit members of communities for war; appealing to national values and identities gradually became central in the demands for cooperation and sacrifice. After the end of combat, national authorities established regimes founded either on new constitutions or on amendments added to existing documents, the goal of which was reordering society according to rules capable of regulating and institutionalizing regional conflicts, simultaneously incorporating demands for representation and liberalization. These same groups demonstrated less efficiency when dealing with ethnic and social conflicts, sources of deeper divisions in societies that pretended to be consistent, progressive, and unified.
