Movie song with piano accompaniment was analyzed. Almost all the phrases of the song were overall in term of anacrusis as basic structural unit. The pattern of singing melody is repeated throughout the whole piece. Referring to review 68 performing video and audio, we discussed how to sing the piece combined with our own vocal instrument. The piece was shaped in the form of genuine Bel Canto technique, although the original version was performed by Chinese traditional genre based Chinese voicing. We attempted to claim it as personal show piece and successfully performed in the local concert. This works have a widely acclaimed international stage. It is a time to make a change of the performing despite of original cast without dogmatic understanding of this work. In order to make an enriching of singing, we try to introduce some way of Italian pronunciation to interpret with de novo gesture and articulation.

This research paper identifies components of organizational structure and the need to formulate a basic unit of organizational structure. The basic unit of any organization is vitally a propelling force that enables goal implementation and accomplishment. While organizational structures impact on the success and failure of achieving the set goal of an organization, it is extremely important to understand the elements that construct the basic structural unit of an organization. The purpose of the study is to understand and develop a substantial model of a basic structural unit of organization and how it could be managed. The methodology of the paper is through the holistic structural analysis of the basic units of living things and its relative impact on living, and relating the conceptual phenomenon of the living things to organizational structure and derive a basic unit. It is purely a qualitative study on living thing’s structural and functional aspects. The data collected were observed components of structural and functional aspects of human and plant anatomy and physiology and inanimate elements. Finding depicts the basic structural unit of an organization is composed of a physical system, cognitive system, social system, and spiritual system. Contingency approach of a basic unit fits all situations with the right composition of the systems considered in this research. Creating a basic unit of an organizational structure to function continuously to eliminate overt pressure and stress on employees. Differences in the functions performed internally and externally by living things and organization are significant. Synchronizing functional units with the basic unit have an effective outcome of organizational goals. Further study could be done separately on the sustainability of organizational growth and its effective basic unit. Discussions of the research identify the management of basic unit towards organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

AbstractEnantiomerically enriched indole-containing heterocycles play a vital role in bioscience, medicine, and chemistry. As one of the most attractive subtypes of indole alkaloids, highly substituted tetrahydro-γ-carbolines are the basic structural unit in many natural products and pharmaceuticals. However, the syntheses of tetrahydro-γ-carbolines with high functionalities from readily available reagents are significant challenging. In particular, the stereodivergent syntheses of tetrahydro-γ-carbolines containing multi-stereogenic centers remain quite difficult. Herein, we report an expedient and stereodivergent assembly of tetrahydro-γ-carbolines with remarkably high levels of stereoselective control in an efficient cascade process from aldimine esters and indolyl allylic carbonates via a synergistic Cu/Ir catalyst system. Control experiments-guided optimization of synergistic catalysts and mechanistic investigations reveal that a stereodivergent allylation reaction and a subsequent highly stereoselective iso-Pictet-Spengler cyclization are the key elements to success.

The non-porous three-dimensional structure of poly[(μ5-2-aminobenzene-1,4-dicarboxylato)(μ6-oxalato)(oxomium)europium(III)], [Eu(C8H5NO4)(C2O4)(H3O)] n or [EuIII(NH2–BDC)(ox)(H3O)] n (NH2–BDC2− = 2-aminoterephthalate and ox2− = oxalate) is constructed from two-dimensional layers of EuIII–carboxylate–oxalate, which are connected by NH2–BDC2− pillars. The basic structural unit of the layer is an edge-sharing dimer of TPRS-{EuIIIO9}, which is assembled through the ox2− moiety. The intralayer void is partially occupied by TPR-{EuIIIO6} motifs. Weak C—H...O and strong, classical intramolecular N—H...O and intermolecular O—H...O hydrogen-bonding interactions, as well as weak π–π stacking interactions, affix the organic pillars within the framework. The two-dimensional layer can be simplified to a uninodal 4-connected sql/Shubnikov tetragonal plane net with point symbol {44.62}.

ABSTRACTA favorable borate anionic group can be selected as the basic structural unit for VUV NLO materials, in terms of the properties of known inorganic NLO crystals and the features of their anionic groups, based on anionic group theory from SHG coefficients, UV absorption edge and moderate birefringence. Considering the coordination chemistry of atoms in some inorganic compounds, and the relationship between a noncentrosymmetric structural arrangement and the composition of compounds, a suitable theoretical model that aids the search for new VUV NLO materials has been proposed. The model compounds, formulated as MxA1,2(BO3)1,2Oy, may be prospective candidates for new VUV NLO materials considering their SHG coefficients, UV absorption edge, and moderate birefringence. The model suggests that investigation for a new VUV NLO material would be profitably conducted by focusing on boroberylate, boroaluminate, and borophosphate, on the basis of anionic group theory. For example, a novel noncentrosymmetric beryllium borophosphate compound, Be3BPO7 was synthesized by solidstate reaction. Microcrystalline Be3BPO7 has a hexagonal system and contains the BO3 anionic group as its basic structural unit, which should play an important role for SHG coefficients. In fact, Be3BPO7 powder was found to have a significant SHG effect.

Teopod2 (Tp2) is a semi-dominant mutation of maize that prolongs the expression of characteristics normally confined to the juvenile phase of development. Two of the many dramatic morphological effects of this mutation are an increase in the number of vegetative nodes, and a reduction in the overall size of the shoot. To determine the cellular basis of these phenotypes, the technique of clonal analysis was used to compare the cell division patterns of wild-type and Tp2 plants. Our results indicate that Tp2 increases the number of vegetative nodes produced by the apicalmost cells in the meristem but does not affect the cell lineage of the basal, juvenile, part of the shoot. This result demonstrates that Tp2 does not act uniquely in a ‘juvenile’ domain of the meristem, but instead causes cells that are normally destined to produce adult structures to express juvenile traits inappropriately. Clonal analysis also demonstrates that Tp2 does not affect the size of the meristem prior to germination, nor does it affect the cell lineage of the basic structural unit of the stem, the phytomer. Thus the effects of this mutation on the size of the shoot are the result of changes in cell fate late in development.
