Abstract Background The objective of this study is to characterize participants in a laparoscopic cadaveric neuroanatomy course and assess knowledge of pelvic neuroanatomy before and after this course. Methods This is a survey-based cohort study with a setting in a university educational facility. The participants are surgeons in a multiday laparoscopic cadaveric pelvic neuroanatomy course. Participants completed a precourse survey, including demographics and comfort with laparoscopic surgery. They then completed an identical precourse and postcourse anatomic knowledge test. Main outcomes are scores on the anatomic knowledge test precourse and postcourse. Results 44 respondents were included: 25 completed fellowship, 15 completed residency, 2 were residents, and 2 were fellows. Participants were on average 11.09 years post training, with an average of 8.67 years from training if they completed fellowship and 18.62 years if they completed residency only. 22 of 42 respondents strongly agreed or agreed they are comfortable performing complex laparoscopic hysterectomies. The average precourse score was 32.18/50 points and the mean difference score (MDS, defined as mean of Postcourse scores minus Precourse scores) was 9.80, showing significant improvement (p <  0.001). Precourse and MDS scores were not significantly different when comparing country of practice, level of training, or time since training. Conclusion Baseline knowledge of pelvic neuroanatomy was similar among groups when comparing fellowship status, place of training, or time since training. There was significant improvement in knowledge after training in this dissection method. This course garnered interest from surgeons with broad training backgrounds.

Urban Public Transportation has important existence to make good urban transportation. To realize it, the objective of this research is to improve Trans Jogja service as Yogyakarta Urban Agglomeration Transportation that appropriate for student needs. The plan that will be formulated in this research is focused on route and bus stop distribution in educational facility that covering high schools and universities located in Yogyakarta Agglomeration Area. Route plan formulation is done with manual assignment method through total road network trip assignment based on origin destination matrix of school trip. Then, to formulate bus stop plan is done with spatial analytical method that covering bus stop accessibility to schools and universities through 2 scenarios, the first scenario is about 200-meters radius of accessibility and second scenario is 500-meters radius of accessibility. The result is there will be 31 new routes of Yogyakarta Urban Agglomeration Transportation that will reach the whole sub-district in Yogyakarta Agglomeration Area include Godean and Ngemplak Sub-District that previously are not served by Trans Jogja. That new routes are consist of 3 outer city routes (OCR), 23 inner city routes (ICR) and 5 connecting routes that connecting sub-urban and urban area. Then, the bus stop is planned along new route plan and focused on residential land use in sub-urban area, high schools, and universities. On the first scenario with radius of 200-meter, there is 99 units of additional bus stop plan, while on the second scenario with radius of 500 meters is 66 units. Thus, second scenario is assumed better than the first scenario because of more schools and universities are served by Trans Jogja.

Earthquakes are natural phenomena occurring in various parts of the globe. Severe earthquakes caused substantial loss of life and property when nearly populated districts. Although some progress has been made in the area of seismic prediction, earthquakes in time, magnitude or location can not be estimated correctly. The primary method of reducing casualties is therefore to build seismic resistant structures. Current earthquakes show that the old houses, which are not intended to withstand earthquakes, have been harmed rather than the structures intended according to seismic regulations. Many current structures in Indonesia were intended only without seismic provisions to withstand the gravity loads. There is a need to study these buildings' vulnerability in order to prevent a severe danger. A Rapid Visual Screening (RVS) technique is conducted in this study to determine a Final Level 1 Score, SL1, for Jenderal Soedirman University, Indonesia’s educational facility buildings. In nine constructions situated in Purwokerto and Purbalingga, the method was implemented. Moreover, the final SL1 score is an estimate of the collapse probability if an earthquake occurs with ground motions called the maximum considered earthquake targeted risk, MCER. These score estimates are based on restricted observed and analytical information, thus the probability of collapse is therefore an approximation.
