This study analyzes the colorectal cancer refers to gradually growing cancer that begins as tumor or tissue development in the internal layer of the rectum or stomach. CRC is resistant to chemotherapy and radiation and can cause collapse. This study is an analytical observational study using a cross-sectional study design with an evaluation stage of increasing LGR-5 levels on clinical aspects and stages of Colorectal Carcinoma patients in Makassar. Data collection was primary, where the data taken was demographic data and related to clinical aspects of the patient, namely, age, gender, cancer location, and cancer stage, lymph node participation, histopathological type when the patient came to treatment with diagnosis of colorectal cancer. The non-sanskari analysis was carried out on variables from the results of the study using contradiction analysis to determine the relationship between the increased level of LGR-5 and the stage of carcinogen ma patients based on AJCC. The analysis was carried out with the chi-square test. The value of significance is obtained when p <0.05.

Using Cultural Psychology as a framework, this research project aims to measure and analyze the heterogeneity of university teachers’ conceptions of intelligence. To this end, we have developed a new method of analysis: Heterogeneity by Contradiction Analysis (HCA). We conducted semi-structured interviews with 20 university teachers, presenting them with a series of short cases or vignettes depicting different facets of intelligence. Based on the discourse elicited, we first created a category system. Then, we pre-defined a series of possible contradictions among pairs of categories. Using these pre-defined contradictions, a systematic sampling of theoretical contradictions could be obtained from the discourse. Finally, a researcher reviewed these sampled contradictions in order to find and code real contradictions, which were later analyzed. 85% of all participants presented at least some heterogeneity in their discourse by expressing an idea and its opposite in different parts of the interview. The content of the discourse and its context are analyzed in the expression of heterogeneity, which yields future implications for research, intervention, and teacher training.

AbstractSustainable design of equipment for process intensification requires a comprehensive and correct identification of relevant stakeholder requirements, design problems and tasks crucial for innovation success. Combining the principles of the Quality Function Deployment with the Importance-Satisfaction Analysis and Contradiction Analysis of requirements gives an opportunity to define a proper process innovation strategy more reliably and to develop an optimal process intensification technology with less secondary engineering and ecological problems.

Pedestrian protection technology has become the most important issue in the field of vehicle safety. The design and simulation method of pedestrian protection system for vehicles is studied based on the Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskih Zadatch theory in this article. The optimal solution of a new type of all-around airbag system mounted to the front of vehicles is presented after performing some Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskih Zadatch analysis tools, such as the component analysis, causal analysis, resource analysis, and contradiction analysis. The digital modeling is carried out on the airbag deployments by SolidWorks, and the simulation analysis is performed on the collision between vehicle and pedestrian head by HyperWorks and LS-DYNA. The results show that the vehicle equipped with the front-end all-around airbag than without can play a better role in pedestrian head protection during the collision, making the maximum value of head injury criterion decrease by 66.7%, effectively reducing the collision damage and verifying the feasibility of the solution.

In order to meet the user’s increasing demands for integrated quality of agricultural machinery products, a new KE-TRIZ approach based on Kansei engineering (KE) and theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) was proposed. Designers used semantic difference (SD) method and principal component analysis (PCA) method to quantify and reduce the dimensions of the extracted perceptual vocabulary, which aimed to select the comprehensive variables that represented the user’s needs. TRIZ theory was used in the product emotional intention to elaborate the invention principle of products’ appearance structure and functional technology, and improvement explanation was put forward based on further contradiction analysis. Then, the industrial design theory was combined with the innovation design of agricultural machinery products. In order to explain the reliability of innovative design, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used in objective assessment. Finally, a walking rotary cultivator design was used as a case to check the above methods. The research can effectively adjust the contradiction between rationality and sensibility in products and apply it to the product equipment with function as the main part to design the products of comprehensive quality that conform to the trend of social aesthetics so as to form the brand effect of high added value. The results showed that these methods were effective and feasible for the innovative design of agricultural machinery products.
