Green products are considered to be the only way for human beings to follow the strategy of sustainable development. They have become one of the hotspots of modern design, manufacture and consumption. A green design method of electromechanical products based on case-based reasoning is presented in this paper. This paper puts forward and uses a “EW&AHP fusion technology” to scientifically determine the index weight, and uses multi target decision-making method to design the index system, establish the evaluation optimization algorithm model of green electromechanical product design scheme, and comprehensively evaluate and optimize the green product design scheme from the aspects of economy, technology and green. Sort, provide decision support for production and operation of related enterprises. The results show that the algorithm can not only give full play to the role of the data itself, but also fully reflect the green requirements of the green electromechanical products, and also give consideration to the profit goal of the enterprise.

With the development of global industrial, electromechanical products enterprises create wealth for the mankind at the same time, but also consume a lot of resources, and cause serious environmental pollution. In the design stage, enterprises must consider to prevent environmental pollution, to save resources and energy. The whole life cycle of electromechanical product refers to design, manufacturing, transportation, sales, use, and recycling etc. Protection resources and environment is the whole life cycles core. Green design is from cradle to cradle. The technologies of green design are different from the traditional design which is only pay attention to function. It is not only to meet the needs of the people and solve the problem for the traditional starting point for the design, but also must to consider the use of natural resources, reduces types and quantities of pollutants, effective reuse, and reasonable cost of materials.

Green electromechanical product is the core which protects the environment and resources. Design for disassembly is the main content of green electromechanical product design. Traditional electromechanical product design is chief considerations the effective use of assembly and material. It is not consideration the waste processing, and is an open-loop system. When it creates wealth for the mankind, electromechanical product produce a lot of wastes, and Cause a large number of resources waste. At present, the waste disposal costs are more increasing. Mechanical manufacturing enterprises have pay attention to effectively implement the recycling and reuse of materials. Green m electromechanical product disassembly is an important content of green design. In the product design stage, enterprise must put disassembly as design objective, considers product future reuse, efforts to improve the mechanical parts of the disassembly rate, form a mechanical product life cycle in closed-loop system. In this way, enterprises not only can save materials and energy, but also can reduce the pollution of environment.

The failure data of the electromechanical product satisfies a certain law that a batch of failure data usually meet a variety of distributions at the same time. As to this phenomenon, an optimization method of evaluation model of reliability which is combined with the concept of entropy was put forward in this work. In the optimization process, several empirical models and multiple evaluation indexes were proposed for selecting a best model of reliability evaluation model, and entropy weight was defined to show the importance of evaluation indexes.
