ABSTRAK Penelitian didasarkan karena hasil tes knowledge karyawan di Artotel Sanur Bali, penulis menemukan beberapa masalah yaitu tidak ada posisi khusus yang menangani pelatihan untuk karyawan, karyawan yang memberikan jawaban pada tes kurang tepat, terdapat karyawan yang tidak mampu mengisi tes tertulis tentang product knowledge hotel dan job skills, masih terdapat karyawan yang tidak mengetahui lokasi dari fasilitas hotel. Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah apabila tidak diatasi akan merusak citra hotel karena terdapat karyawan seharusnya memiliki pengetahuan terutama menyangkut product knowledge hotel dan job skill. Knowledge karyawan akan menunjang kelancaran operasional hotel dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada tamu.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan pengaruh pelatihan terhadap knowledge karyawan di Artotel Sanur Bali. Penelitian digolongkan kuntitatif metode assosiatif kausal.Populasi yaitu karyawan yang bekerja di Artotel Sanur Bali berjumlah 47 dengan teknik sampel jenuh.Selanjutnya dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan metode skala likert serta dilakukan analisis terhadap data tersebut. Berdasarkan penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh pelatihan terhadap knowledge22% serta 78% ditentukan lainnya.Koefisien regresi sebesar 0,490 signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan.Hipotesis penelitian yaitu Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.     Kata kunci :Pelatihan, Knowledge, Karyawan

AbstractThe value assessment of job skills is important for companies to select and retain the right talent. However, there are few quantitative ways available for this assessment. Therefore, we propose a data-driven solution to assess skill value from a market-oriented perspective. Specifically, we formulate the task of job skill value assessment as a Salary-Skill Value Composition Problem, where each job position is regarded as the composition of a set of required skills attached with the contextual information of jobs, and the job salary is assumed to be jointly influenced by the context-aware value of these skills. Then, we propose an enhanced neural network with cooperative structure, namely Salary-Skill Composition Network (SSCN), to separate the job skills and measure their value based on the massive job postings. Experiments show that SSCN can not only assign meaningful value to job skills, but also outperforms benchmark models for job salary prediction.

The purpose of the research was to determine how to build quality of human resources through job skill based on “Pageh, Puguh, lan Jengah” at the Village Credit Institute (LPD) in Buleleng Regency. Through testing several relationships to determine the improvement in the quality of human resources in the LPD.This research used a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) variance-based or component based SEM, called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 3.0. The sample used 60 people with a t-table value for a significant level of α=0.05 of 1.96. All of the relationships showed positive and significant results. From the results of this research it is known that through the implementation of job skill based on “Pageh, Puguh, lan Jengah” is able to improve the quality of human resources that impacts on improving the performance of the employee in LPD of Buleleng Regency.
