<p>The new normal economy is the transformation of economic paradigm, economic development mode and economic growth mode. Exploring the relationship between accounting and economic efficiency under the background of the new normal promotes the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises, the improvement of core competitiveness of national economy, and the promotion of healthy and sustainable development. The article first briefly introduces the relationship between accounting and economic benefits under the new normal. This paper analyzes the main problems in informatization of china's manufacturing industry, and researches an industrial collaborative manufacturing system for large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises taking advantage of the benefits of cloud computing such as resource integration, elastic computing, mass data, and service integration. The system includes technical support system, business support system, security system and service portal, which providing design collaboration services, production collaboration services, business collaboration services, office collaboration services for enterprises, and forming a complete standard system. This will further promote the innovation of the service model and change of economic growth mode in our country.

Carrying Capacity of Resources and Problems of Sustainable Development in Dongting Lake’s Flood Detention Basin

The relative carrying capacity of resources was used to analyze the dynamic changes of Dongting Lake’s flood detention basin. The relative carrying capacity of resources of flood detention basin compared with Hunan province from2004 to 2011 was calculated. The results shown that the flood detention basin is in population relatively surplus state, but its severe overloading in economy resources. The consultation was drawn as the economic compensation should be offer by downstream areas. Flood detention basin should transform economic growth mode, strict control population in resources lack and environmental vulnerability areas should be taken to reduce population growth pressures on resources.

Study on Creative Industries Correlativity for Sustainable Economy

The creative industries are playing an increasingly significant role in the sustainable development of various countries, especially large cities all around the world for its low carbon and high efficiency. On the basis of summarizing the research status of creative industries, this paper focuses on analyzing the particularity of its relevance mode. This paper points out that the creative industries are standing at the top of all traditional industries, and its special industries correlativity mode widely exists inside this industry, between this industry and other industries, among industries in different regions as well as between this industry and traditional industries. The relevance of creative industries shall be utilized to give full play to its promoting function on the transformation of economic growth mode, the upgrading of industrial structure and other aspects, so as to serve for the low carbon economy and sustainable development strategy.
