This paper takes a project comprehensive office building project of Chaoyang financial center as an example, based on the construction visualization requirements of BIM technology, this paper analyzes the modeling requirements and Suggestions applicable to the project. With the help of Revit modeling software, the architecture and structure model of the whole drawing and three floors underground and two floors above ground electromechanical model are completed. There is a collision detection between the structural and electromechanical subject model that be established by Navisworks Manage 2016 software, also, the paper analyzes the causes of the collision and puts forward corresponding solutions, and find out the problems in the model and make changes in time, which prepare the model for the construction visualization simulation application. On this basis, the construction progress plan set up by Microsoft Project 2013 was carried out and related to the three-dimensional (3D) parameterized model components, which implement the visual simulation of the construction process of research and the 4D simulation of construction process of the project. What’s more, the application of visualization simulation based on BIM technology can greatly reduce the occurrence of changes and rework in actual construction, thus greatly improving the efficiency of construction work.11

In order to improve the implementability of municipal road design, the rational application of BIM Technology in the process of road design is a common method in current road engineering design units. The advantages of BIM Technology, such as visualization, simulation, coordination and optimization, are increasingly recognized by the industry. In this paper, the author draws on many years of practical experience to introduce the advantages of BIM Technology, as well as how to apply BIM Technology to optimize municipal road design work and to discuss some views, in the hopes of assisting in the further improvement of the level of municipal road constructions in China.

Nowadays there are lots of sports, one of them is yoga, yoga is very beneficial for physical and spiritual health. in modern times yoga is very less interested because of the lack of information about movement techniques in certain areas, thereby reducing the interest of the community in practicing the techniques of yoga movements. There needs to be a solution to this problem by creating a multimedia media in the form of visualization and simulation using a mobile-based, and using the Luther-sutopo method where the process is divided into 6 stages, namely: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, distribution. So this multimedia development can be developed on a mobile basis. The use of media simulation and visualization of mobile-based multimedia makes it easier for users to find out yoga movement techniques because the form of simulation and viusalization of attractive yoga movements can increase people's interest. It is expected that in this visualization simulation application mobile-based yoga movement techniques can be used in general beneficial for all people.Keywords: Multimedia, Luther-Sutopo, Android, Visualization
