The doctrine of salvation (soteriology) is one of the most important doctrines in Christianity. The doctrine of soteriology needs to be understood and understood properly and correctly, so as not to lead to misleading interpretations. One of the interesting verses to discuss in the doctrine of soteriology is the assurance of salvation in the Gospel of John 10: 28-29. For this reason, in this article, the author will analyze the Gospel of John 10: 28-29 in order to provide a soteriological understanding that is in accordance with the truths contained in the text. The result of the analysis of this article is that Jesus guarantees the salvation of believers so that they do not perish forever, and God the Father also guarantees this salvation. Therefore, believers will receive the power of the Holy Spirit so that they can practice every truth that God wants in their lives. Thus, every believer can have a correct understanding of the assurance of his safety. This needs to be a concern for Christian educators, whether they teach in families, schools, or churches.

The invitation of Jesus to come and belong with him and with all those who follow him is at the very heart of the gospel. However, not all who accept this invitation feel welcome and experience belonging. This article identifies some of the challenges to belonging experienced by LGBTQ+ students in Christian higher education contexts, names the systemic sin in these contexts which perpetuates the marginalization of these students, considers the place of hospitality and belonging in the life and teachings of Jesus, and offers the four-step framework of practical theology outlined by Richard Osmer (2008) as a framework by which Christian educators might begin to address this systemic sin in their contexts.

Integration of faith and learning practitioners must be able to develop an integrated curriculum which includes the focused, intentional and targeted integration approach as recommended in this paper. The integration should include various aspects like the programs of studies, the lesson plans and the evaluation of learning activities. Furthermore, the integrated curriculum should be designed to include faith aspects in learning through intra-disciplinary, multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and trans-disciplinary approaches. The paper further expounds on the meaning and significance of an integrated curriculum for Christian educators. The case is post-civil war Liberia and the major question of the paper is, how can an integrated curriculum bridge the gap of the missing link of faith integration in curriculum development in Liberia? Consequently, a proposed model is provided for Christian education stakeholders in Liberia. The model can be applicable across Christian educators worldwide.

Looking at the challenges of emerging adult spiritual formation, it appears that faith is often disconnected from the process of identity formation taking place at this time of life. In order to foster spiritual formation, Christian educators can benefit from the insights of those writing about emerging adult “narrative identity,” the weaving together of past, present, and future experiences into a coherent life story. This article details some of the key insights of these theorists and articulates the need for emerging adults to form their own narrative identities with reference to the larger biblical story. It then offers a framework for how the biblical story can be “sown” in their lives through ritual, rhetoric, roles, and relationships.
