The aim of this paper is to study the hydrated lime to the high temperature characters, resist ability of aging, together with workability. Different contents of hydrated lime in asphalt mastic were tested with Dynamic Shear Rheological and Viscosity Tests. The results illustrated that hydrated lime was an appropriate addition agent which can improve asphalt mastic properties greatly, however, too much hydrated lime may result in the decrease of asphalt mixture performances.

Different hydrated lime content in asphalt mastic greatly influences the performances of asphalt mixture. Molybdate-phosphate conversion coating was prepared by adding addition agent towards molybdenum-phosphorus compounds based bath on comercial hot dip galvanized steel. The anti-corrosion performance of the coating was evaluated by electrochemical technique in 3.5%NaCl. It is found that the anodic branch of polarization curves presented in passivation character. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) results indicate that the radius of the capacity impedance for molybdate-phosphate film increased distinctly with pH decrease, which validate the excellent anti-corrosion performance of the film. The surface morphologies were observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the results show that the surface of hot dip galvanized steel is covered by a spiculate and floccule shape conversion coating. The chemical composition of the surface coating was investigated by energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), which illustrate that the conversion coating is composed of zinc,oxygen, phosphor and molybdenum.

When fire occurs in a concrete structure, it is hard to extinguish it because of its unique form and location, which results in a very high internal temperature of the maximum 1400°C. Due to the fine structural characteristic of concrete, the structure is likely to suffer fatal damages such as the reduction of resisting force and the damages to the cross section caused by explosive fracture. In this research, the author tested the effect of fire on structures by using fire boards with perlite-added silicone and confirmed that the fire resisting capacity varies according to the weight ratio of the addition agent, which shows what effect perlite has for the pyrolysis process. A fire resisting capacity test was also carried out by attaching a silicone composite fire board to a real size specimen. As a result of the test carried out by installing the fire boards with different thickness by section, most fire boards had excellent fire resisting capacity, and fire boards with 20mm or more thickness had also excellent fire resisting capacity

Screw-thread steel, which is produced using the quenching process through wear water controlled rolling system, would prone to generate red rust on its surface. For this reason a combustion apparatus with a smoke backflow area containing partly unburnt combustible fuel is designed to study the rusted 20MnSi wear water screw-thread steel under high temperature flame hot melting. With SEM/EDS and XRD analysis we could affirm that the main composition of the red rust is Fe2O3It assumes loose, porous branches and leaves, therefore makes the absorption of water and gas easier and intensified the sprawling of corrosion. While the steel surface after hot melting treatment form a tight passivation layer made of Fe3O4and FeO, which would isolate outer circumstance thereby protects the metal body. In the article we analyzed two main reasons that cause the red rust and point out contents that requires further studies. Compared with using chemical addition agent, this high temperature flame hot melting reaction technique is beneficial to the environment while of lower cost.

Zimujie is the common clay which has a very important position in ceramic production. It is facing with the depletion as the non-renewable resources in recent years.It is necessary to study a substitute to solve this problem . Research shows that : When the ratio of Changbai Mountain kaolin clay, Longyan clay, Suzhou clay and the northeast black mud is respectively 65.22wt%, 8.70wt%, 4.35wt%, 21.73wt% to formate the composite clay with 0.4wt% sodium carbonate addition agent, performance of the composite clay is very similar to zimujie.Therefore, it can be applied in the ceramic casting as the substitute of the single Zimujie clay.

Characters of many types of transformer oils were researched in this paper. Vegetable oil made from bean was considered suitable transformer oil by comparing their physical and chemical characters, which are include fire safety, insulation, parameter related thermal activity, stability, and other issues such as environment-friendly character, etc. It can point out that the vegetable oil with appropriate addition agent will be a kind of popular transformer oil in the future.

The main mineral component of HuNan ChenZhou iron ore tailings is quartz, fluorite, calcite, pyroxene, etc. The average particle size of the tailings is 0.15mm, -200 for the purpose of 6.30 percent. Using the tailings as the aggregate, 42.5R ordinary cement as the gelled material, HTD-1 as foaming agent and other addition agent for prepared foam concrete, m(cement):m(tailing):m(additive):m(vesicant)=1:(1~2.3):(0.02~0.2):(0.005~0.09). At the standard curing conditions its performance fully meet the requirements of B09 density range in JC/T 1062-2007 standard and the strength range for the A5.0.

The formula of surfactant(QY-3、SHSA-HN6、SS) and polymer compound system, and the interfacial characteristics between oil and water of Henan oil field were evaluated, the binary composite system formula adapt to the field was explored. The results show that the binary composite system (surfactant QY-3 and polymer 1630S) and oil-water in Henan can achieve ultra-low interfacial tension(<10-3mN/m); If the addition agent NaCl was added to the composite system (Surfactant Ss and polymer ZL-Ⅱ or Surfactant Ss and polymer KYPAM) that the interfacial tension between oil and water can be reduced effectively.
