Es krim merupakan salah satu produk makanan beku yang pada umumnya dibuat menggunakan sari sapi dan bahan campuran lainnya. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan inovasi pembuatan es krim dari sumber nabati, menggunakan sari kedelai dan pisang mauli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan respons sensoris dan kecepatan leleh es krim nabati tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap faktor tunggal, yaitu. perbandingan pisang mauli (PM) dan sari kedelai (SK), yang terdiri dari lima taraf yaitu SK 700 mL; PM 50 g dan SK 650 mL; PM 100 g dan SK 600mL; PM 150 g dan 550 mL; PM 200 g dan SK 500 mL. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Data dianalisis dengan ANOVA dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur taraf alfa 5 %. Data respons sensoris ditransformasikan menjadi data interval dengan teknik transformasi Methode of Successive Interval sebelum, dilakukan ANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar pisang mauli berpengaruh nyata terhadap respons sensoris dan kecepatan leleh es krim nabati. Es krim nabati yang diolah menggunakan PM 100 gram dan SK 600 mL mendapatkan respons sensoris terbaik.

The Instagram account @kemenkes_ri is the official account of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia which has been aggressively disseminating information on health protocols, including about the use of masks, during the Covid-19 pandemic. Along with the appeal to use masks, there is an increasing need to buy masks, including among the Indonesian millennials. Information is what consumers are looking for at an early stage in the purchase decision-making process. Therefore, this study aims to determine the influence of information on the @kemenkes_ri Instagram account towards mask purchase decisions among Indonesian millennials. The method used in this research is quantitative by distributing a survey to 100 respondents of Indonesian millennials. The data collected were analyzed using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI), normality test, homogeneity test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, simple linear regression analysis, and t test. The results of the analysis show that the information on the @kemenkes_ri Instagram account has a significant positive effect on mask purchase decisions among Indonesian millennials. Based on these results, it can be concluded that information can have an influence on consumer purchase decisions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis tentang Pengaruh Peran Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif yaitu mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis, dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis, serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 194 dengan menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis skala likert dan analisis jalur dengan menggunakan alat bantu Method Of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Office dan SPSS versi 16. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa peran kepemimpinan menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 757,6 dengan kriteria setuju. Disiplin kerja menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 732,2 dengan kriteria setuju. Kinerja karyawan menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 702,8 dengan kriteria setuju. Koefisien korelasi antara variabel peran kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,647 yang berarti mempunyai tingkat korelasi yang kuat, positif dan signifikan antara peran kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja. Pengaruh secara parsial peran kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 7,6% lebih rendah dari disiplin kerja yaitu sebesar 59,9% maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa disiplin kerja lebih banyak memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan peran kepemimpinan. Pengaruh secara simultan peran kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 67,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,5% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Peran Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.   The purpose of this research to examine and analyze about the Effect of the Role of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in Regional Water Company (PDAM), Karawang Regency. This research was conducted using descriptive and verificative methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study amounted to 194 by using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the Likert scale analysis technique and path analysis using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI) tool, Microsoft Office and SPSS version 16. Based on the analysis that has been done this research proves that the role of leadership shows an average value of 757.6 with agreed criteria. Work discipline shows an average value of 732.2 with agreed criteria. Employee performance shows an average value of 702.8 with agreed criteria. The correlation coefficient between the leadership role variables with work discipline obtained a value of 0.647 which means that there is a level of strong, positive and significant correlation between leadership roles and work discipline. The partial influence of leadership role on employee performance is 7.6% lower than work discipline that is equal to 59.9% so it can be stated that work discipline contributes more to employee performance than leadership role. The simultaneous influence of the role of leadership and work discipline on employee performance by 67.5% while the remaining 32.5% is the influence of other variables not examined. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine The Effect of Promotion Strategies in Social Media toward Apple Brand Mobile Purchasing Decisions Mediated by Word of Mouth Marketing on Queen iphone Bengkulu. This research used survey research methods with quantitative data analysis by using the MSI method (method of successive interval) to transform ordinal scale data into interval scale data. The population of this study were all of consumers who buy Apple Brand Mobile products on Queeniphone Bengkulu. The results of this study know that there were significant effect toward Apple Brand Mobile Purchasing Decisions Mediated by Word of Mouth Marketing on Queen iphone Bengkulu. It is better for owner of Queen iphone Bengkulu  to maintain and even improve consumer purchasing decisions by using variuos promotion strategy. Keywords:  Promotion strategy, word of mouth marketing, purchasing decisions.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran matematika terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa pada masa pandemi covid-19 di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kuala. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan istrumen penelitian berupa lembar angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas  XI MIA 1 dan XI MIA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Kuala dengan jumlah siswa 39 orang. Setelah diadakan penelitian data hasil angket berupa data ordinal diubah kedalam data interval dengan menggunakan method of successive interval (MSI). Hasil analisis uji normalitas sig 0.566 > 0.05  (berdistribusi normal). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, diperoleh nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < a (0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran matematika terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa pada masa pandemic covid-19 di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kuala

Universities must respond to the competition to attract new students. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze how brand trust and brand image on decision making in university selection at Garut Regency. Descriptive analysis methods are used for responses and path analysis methods are used for the hypothetical test. To test the research instrument is used validity and reliability tests, then to change the data in the ordinal form to interval data using the Method of Successive Interval. The results showed that the respondents' responses indicated that the brand image and brand trust of universities in Garut Regency were very good. Furthermore, the variables of brand trust and brand image have a simultaneous and partial influence on the variable of choosing decisions. Then the variable that had the greatest influence on the decision to choose a campus in Garut Regency was the brand image variable followed by the brand trust variable.

Study of commuters’ attitude towards public transport and their perception of existing service quality for different service attribute of public transport have gained immense importance for determining appropriate public transport service level. In this context, level of service (LOS) is identified as a vital tool to measure service quality, as per users’ perception, ranging from LOS A to LOS F which denotes ‘the best’ to ‘worst’ levels. However, the LOS existing benchmarks are defined as per the expert’s judgment. Method of ‘Successive Interval Scaling’ is used to develop LOS values for bus service as per users’ perception which converts ordered categorical scale into an interval scale. Service attributes are selected which are considered important for bus transit and LOS for each attribute is evaluated based on users’ opinion. The results obtained in this study for the city of Mumbai highlights the difference in LOS values between users’ perception and experts’ opinion given by Ministry of Urban Development in India (MoUD), India and the Transit Capacity & Quality of Service Manual (TCQSM).

Efektivitas dari penerapan e-learning di perguruan tinggi pada situasi pandemi Covid 19 dipengaruhi beberapa faktor. Faktor yang paling penting adalah kesiapan mahasiswa menggunakan ­e-learning dalam proses perkuliahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa pendidikan fisika dalam menggunakan e-learning. Dengan mengetahui tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa, dosen dan pemangku kebijakan dapat mempersiapkan kebijakan pengembangan lebih lanjut. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Kesiapan mahasiswa menggunakan e-learning diukur dengan menggunakan angket kesiapan mahasiswa. Angket kesiapan mahasiswa yang dikembangkan berdasarkan pada instrumen model Aydin dan Tasci. Angket kesiapan mahasiswa ini memiliki 25 pernyataan dengan 4 indikator. 75 mahasiswa pendidikan fisika dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil pengisian angket dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode suksesif interval kemudian dikategorikan ke dalam skala penilaian kesiapan e-learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Fisika UNY termasuk dalam kategori siap pada 3 indikator dan tidak siap pada 1 indikator. Hal ini dapat dijadikan evaluasi bagi para dosen dan pemangku kebijakan agar kesiapan mahasiswa dapat lebih ditingkatkan.    Analysis of e-learning readiness on physics education students during Covid-19 pandemic AbstractThe effectiveness of e-learning implementation in University during Covid-19 Pandemic is depending on several factors. The most important factor is the readiness of students using e-learning in the studying process. The aim of this research is to know physics education student’s readiness in using e-learning. By knowing student’s e-learning readiness, lecturer and stakeholders would be able to prepare further development of e-learning. The method in this research is survey method. Student’s e-learning readiness is measured by using student’s e-learning readiness questionnaire. This questionnaire is developed based on Aydin and Tasci Model. This questionnaire has 25 statements and 4 indicators. 75 students involved in this research. The results are analyzed using successive interval method then categoryzed using e-learning readiness scale. The results show that Physics Education Students of UNY are ready in 3 indicators and not ready in only 1 indicator. This result could be an evaluation for lecturers and stakeholders to increase student’s e-learning readiness.

Kinerja adalah tentang melakukan pekerjaan dan hasil kerja yang dicapai dari pekerjaan tersebut. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja. Jika kompensasi terpenuhi maka motivasi kerja karyawan tinggi dan kinerja karyawan akan meningkat.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti- bukti empirik dan menemukan kejelasan fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang pengaruh kedua variabel terhadap kinerja karyawan. Karya ilmiah ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen.   Metode penelitian ini deskriptif dan verifikatif, yaitu mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis, serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode Sample Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 124 responden dari populasi 180 orang. Teknik analisis digunakan dengan teknik analisis rentang skala dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan Method Of Successive Interval (MSI), program komputer microsoft Excel 2016, dan SPSS versi 20.   Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kompensasi berdasarkan hasil analisis dari indikator menunjukan skor rata- rata sebesar 494 yang berada pada garis rentang skala baik, motivasi kerja berdasarkan hasil analisis dari indikator menunjukan skor rata- rata sebesar 500 yang berada pada garis rentang skala baik, kinerja karyawan pada berdasarkan hasil analisis dari indikator menunjukan skor rata- rata sebesar 508 yang berada pada garis rentang skala baik. Terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara kompensasi dan motivasi kerja, dari nilai analisis korelasi sebesar 0,462. Terdapat pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,541 atau 54,1%, dan terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,094 atau 09,4%. Pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,635 atau 63,5% sedangkan sisanya 0,365 atau 36,5% merupakan kontribusi variabel lain (ε) yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.   The performance is about perform work and a result of working achieved from the job.Of employee performance can be influenced by the compensation and motivation of work .If compensation met then motivation high and employees work of employee performance will increas.   This research aims to obtain o empirical evidence and found clarity the phenomenon and conclusions about the influence of both variables on the performance of employees. A thesis is expected to contribute to the development of management sciences.   A method of this research and verifikatif descriptive , namely in collecting, presents,to analyse and do the testing of hypotheses, as well as making conclusion and recommendations .Sample gathered by uses the method sample random sampling to the total number of samples from 124 respondents of the population 180 people. Analysis techniques used with analysis techniques range the scale and with the help of the analysis method of successive of the intervals (msi), a computer program microsoft excel 2016 , and spss version 20 .   The research results obtained that compensation based on the analysis of the indicators showed average score of 494 in line the, fine scales the work based on the results of the analysis of the indicators showed average score of 500 in line the, fine scales employee performance on the basis of the analysis of the indicators showed average score of 508 in line the fine scales. There are the relationships that are between compensation and motivation of work, of the value of correlation analysis as much as 0,462.Compensation is in full on the performance of employees as much as 0,541 or 54,1 %, and there are partial motivational influence on the performance of a work as employees as much as 0,094 or 09,4 %.The influence of compensation and motivation of a work as simultaneous on the performance of employees as much as 0,635 or 64.6 % while the rest 0,365 or 36,5 % is the contribution of another variable (ε) that does not be researched.
