The studies were carried out on adolescents-mountaineers living in high-mountainous areas (2800 m above sea level, in Naryn, Osh, Issyk-Kul regions, 260 people). The markers of the functional activity of the brain were revealed, which characterize maladjustment functional changes on the EEG. Information databases of EEG parameters of adolescents living at an altitude of 2800 m have been created with the identification of the peculiarities of regional EEG standards, "electronic passports of the functional state of health" of adolescents were developed. The systemic and intersystemic restructuring of the body was identified, allowing to distinguish groups of persons with an unstable functional state, exposed to stressful environmental influences. Key words: hypoxia, adolescents, central nervous system, EEG.

The study involved men aged 60-65 years. The course of intermittent normobaric hypoxia (APG) was carried out for 3 weeks with breathing hypoxic gas mixture with 18-15-13-10% O2. Before and after the course, the reactivity of the cardiovascular system and blood system, physical performance were evaluated. It has been established that the course of APG increases oxidative metabolism, leads to a decrease in the level of sugar, total lipids and low-density lipids in the blood, an increase in the number of red blood cells, helps to reduce and stabilize blood pressure, increase physical performance of the elderly. The results of the study indicate the possibility of using APG as a method of correction and prevention of functional changes in the elderly. Key words: hypoxia, old age, blood, physical performance.

In a study on healthy athletes of the track and field profile, it was shown that the hypoxia of physical activity is most fully reflected by the indicator of specific oxygen debt (maximum oxygen debt divided by 1000 J of work performed). When simulating load hypoxia in laboratory animals, direct registration of the arising oxygen debt is technically difficult to implement, and its indirect signs may be a decrease in peripheral blood saturation, excessive tachycardia, and hyperlactatemia of the post-load period. Key words: hypoxia of physical activity, oxygen debt, athletes, laboratory animals, blood lactate, physical activity.

The coronavirus has the greatest effect on the lungs. That is why the lungs of patients with COVID-19 need constant medical monitoring. The paper considers the biomedical cyber-physical system for round-the-clock monitoring of lung functions in patients with COVID-19, which allows physicians to continuously monitor the main organ of patients affected by the coronavirus - the lungs. It is designed to monitor the patient's condition around the clock and regardless of the patient's location. Therefore, the created means allow the doctor to see the level of oxygen in the patient's blood continuously at a distance (say, from his office). Key words: hypoxia, COVID-19, pulse oximeter, blood oxygen level, mobile application, remote patients monitoring.
