Purpose: To evaluate the ratio of tritium oxide and tritium organic compounds in the environment and in the body in order to justify the graded approach when calculating the dose for the personnel working in the presence of tritium and its compounds in the air of the working area. Material and methods: The study covered the forms of tritium (HTO and OBT) in water, air and bodies of the personnel working under conditions of the presence of tritium and its compounds in the air of the working area. Samples of water, air and biological assays (urine) of the personnel were collected for the study. Sample preparation of the collected material was carried out according to the approved methods certified by the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “VNIIFTRI”. The liquid scintillation alpha-beta spectrometer Tri-Carb 3180TR/SL was used when estimating tritium concentrations in the preformed samples. Results: It has been established that in the environment (water and air) and under the industrial conditions (air of the working area), tritium is to a greater extent in the form of OBT, which determines its predominant intake into the body of the personnel in the form of OBT. The ratio of tritium forms in biological fluids (urine) of the personnel was estimated using three methods. It was shown that OBT in the body of the personnel accounted for 70 to 90 %. These data indicate that OBT in the body of the personnel accounts for a larger share in comparison with HTO, therefore, the dose assessments of the personnel when working with tritium and its compounds should be revised. Conclusion: Taking into account the developed methods for the separation of tritium oxide and its organic forms, the assessment of the dose induced by tritium exposure should be performed gradually, taking into account the ratio of these forms in the body of the particular worker.

The work was carried out on three-breed hybrid Simmental x Ayrshir x Holstein animals in the conditions of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “1st May” of Mordovia Republic. Correlation of the main economically useful traits was carried out on crossbred animals bred with different energy nutritional value of the ration. The excess of the ration nutritional value of the test group was 7.0%. The heifers of the test group significantly exceed in terms of live weight the analogues from the control group at the age of 6 months by 11 kg, at 12 months - by 19 kg, at 18 months - by 26 kg (P <0.001). The highest milk productivity had the cows of the test group, which gave 7543 kg of milk, which is 8.5% more than in the control group. The superiority of cows in the test group is also preserved in terms of milk fat and protein yield, respectively, by 8.5-6.6% (P <0.01). Significant differences were noted between the groups of animals in the main exterior dimensions. As for height at the withers and sacrum, heifers from the test group exceeded their analogues from the control group by 5.7 - 6.3 cm, chest girth by 9.5 cm, oblique body length by 4.8 cm (P <0.001). The study of correlation of the main economically useful traits shows a certain dependence of live weight in different periods with milk production. This relationship is clearly seen in heifers of the test group at the age from 2 to 5 months and 12-18 months. The correlation coefficient in these age periods was + 0.685 ... + 0.734, which indicates a high dependence between live weight and milk productivity. The correlation between the main measurements of heifers and their future milk productivity was higher for heifers bred with improved feeding. It is advisable to use this regularity in practical selection/

Properties of epoxy glues of cold curing VK-9 and VKV-9, the components received with use which are let out by modern producers, depending on the filler used in their structure are considered. Tests of glued joints on VK-9 glue in wider interval of temperatures are carried out. Properties of VK-36 glue and its updating’s on the basis of components let out now are shown. Properties of glue binding brands VSK-14-1, VSK-14-2, VSK-14-4, VSK-14-4m and VSK-14-4k received, under production conditions by VIAM Federal State Unitary Enterprise are given. It is shown that on the properties they completely meet the requirements of existing normative documentation.

The authors present the results of studies carried out in the laboratory “Ice tank” of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Krylov State Research Centre”, related to the study of the ice effect on extended hydraulic constructions with a vertical wall. They analyze the possibilities of applying the method of physical modeling to investigate the processes of ice-construction interaction in ice tank. The results make it possible to recommend the method of physical modeling as one of the main approaches for studying the interaction specifics of hydraulic constructions with ice. The data of the model experiment can help to construct mathematical models of ongoing processes, as well as to clarify the requirements of regulatory documents.

Objective:  to develop technology for high amputations of the lower extremities.Materials and methods. We analyzed the materials of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Moscow Orthopedic and Orthopedic Enterprise” Ministry of Labor of Russia for the period 2004–2018, the operation logs of the purulent surgery department of PIMU (1971–2018), and the electronic medical history “Program 1C” (2006–2012) and “Medialogue” (2013–2018) in all departments of PIMU, where high amputations of the lower extremities are possible performed.Results. Between 2006 and 2018, 391 lower limbs were cut off in 289 patients (above the knee – 128, below the knee – 263). With diabetic foot syndrome, 135 (34.5 %) amputations were performed, due to burns and frostbite, 73 (18.7 %) operations were made, while arterial atherosclerosis – 57 (14.6 %) operations, and the rest – about the consequences of injuries, tumors, malformations and vicious stumps. The number of amputations on the shin is 2 times more than on the hip. A technology has been developed for the formation of a new support and movement organ, including amputation of the lower leg, anesthesia, intensive care, and rehabilitation treatment. Conclusion. An analysis of the initial applications for prosthetics showed that the most frequent high amputations of the lower extremities are performed due to gangrene in arterial atherosclerosis (53.9 %) and diabetes mellitus (24.9 %). High amputations of the lower extremities at the hip level are performed in 60.4 % of patients and only in 30.1 % of patients – at the shin level. Malformations and diseases of the stumps of the thigh and lower leg are detected in 15.4 % of patients. The gold standard should be recognized as myoplastic amputation at the border of the upper and middle third of the shin with excision of the soleus muscle. Preservation of the knee joint creates the conditions for optimal prosthetics and timely social adaptation of patients.

Abstract. Interest in horse breeding in the Stavropol Territory is not accidental: it is a traditional and historically developed branch of animal husbandry. The priority link of the branch, of course, is pedigree horse breeding. Goal is the analysis of the of thoroughbred horse breed population in the Stavropol Territory on the example of the leading breeding farms. The object of the study were stallions (n = 16) and breeding mares (n = 86) thoroughbred horse breed, bred in breeding farms of the Stavropol Territory (Agricultural Production Enterprise “Svobodnyy trud” LLC, Agricultural Production Enterprise “Novomaryevskoye” LLC, Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Rassvet-Stavropol”). Information sources of research: pedigree horses, scoring, statements of results, catalogs of stallions State stud books of horses of thoroughbred riding breed, data from KONI-3 information retrieval system. Results and scope. Used in breeding farms of Stavropol territory stallions of thoroughbred horse breed are represented by 5 genealogical lines: Northern Dancer, Native Dancer, Nasrullah, Blandford and Man O’War. The number of stallions belonging to the old Phalaris line is 14 heads (87,5 %). One head each (6,25 %) falls on the representative of the Blandford line in Agricultural Production Enterprise “Novomaryevskoye” LLC and the Man O'War line at the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Rassvet-Stavropol”. Evaluation of the mares in the nuclear stock thoroughbred riding breed showed that their genealogical structure is represented by 12 lines. It should be noted that 5 lines of Northern Dancer, Native Dancer, Nasrullah, Fairway and Turn-to go back to one ancestor, the line of Phalaris, which accounts for 82,6 % of the total number of breeding mares. The obtained results can be used in further research, the practical work of livestock breeding farmers and individuals engaged in breeding horses of thoroughbred riding breed. The results of the research can be recommended as educational material for students and undergraduates of universities studying in the areas of training zootechnical profile. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that, for the first time, a comparative genealogical and zootechnical characteristization of stallions and mares of the nuclear of thoroughbred horse breed bred in the Stavropol Territory was carried out.

This method is high-performance and allows you to obtain fibers from almost any material. Research has shown that it is possible to improve the performance and environmental characteristics of modern and advanced engines by introducing new classes of materials based on metal fibers.

The effectiveness of the use of the organoclay of the Cloisite 30B brand of the Southern Clay Products company (USA), which is a Na+-montmorillonit, modified by methylalkyldi (2-hydroxyethyl) ammoniumchloride, and of the organoclay of the Katamin AB, produced by the Federal State Unitary Enterprise CNIIgeolnerud (Russia), modified by alkylbenzyldimethylammoniumchloride on the properties of vulcanized dimethylphenylvinylsiloxane rubber of the brand SKTFV-803 was studied. It was established that the adding of organoclay in the amount of 5 parts by weight in siloxane rubber increased heat resistance, slightly reduced the swelling index in toluene, and, most importantly, was not impair the frost resistance of obtained siloxane HYPERLINK "https://www.multitran.ru/c/m.exe?t=598817_1_2&s1=%F0%E5%E7%E8%ED%E0" vulcanizates.
