Torka Motor Induksi pada Mesin CNC di PT. Dirgantara Indonesia menggunakan Software PSIM

AbstrakMesin CNC digunakan untuk membuat kerangka pesawat terbang, motor induksi sebagai tenaga penggerak diatur kecepatan putarnya untuk menghasilkan torka sesuai kebutuhan dikendalikan oleh VSD. Pengendalian VSD pada mesin CNC menggunakan software PSIM untuk mengetahui karakteristik mesin CNC dengan tegangan dan frekuensi yang divariasikan agar menghasilkan torka konstan. Analisis karakteristik motor induksi digunakan rangkaian pengganti dan perhitungan matematis. Untuk mengetahui rentan kerja mesin CNC maka arus starting 61,83Ampere; torka starting 23,28N.m; torka maksismum 14,1N.m; putaran sinkron 1500rpm. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara matematis, pada pengukuran mendapatkan torka 35N.m sedangkan simulasi beban 30% menghasilkan torka 4.2N.m; beban 60% menghasilkan torka 8.3N.m; beban 90% menghasilkan torka 12.5N.m. Dapat disimpulkan kendali V/f menghasilkan torka konstan sepanjang pengaturan kecepatan putar. VSD control on CNC machines uses PSIM software to determine the characteristics of CNC machines with varied voltages and frequencies to produce constant torque. Analysis of the characteristics of the induction motor used a replacement circuit and mathematical calculations to determine the working range of the CNC machine. Then the starting current is 61.83Amperes; starting torque 23.28N.m; maximum torque 14.1N.m; synchronous speed 1500rpm. Data processing is done mathematically, the measurement gets 35N.m of torque while the 30% load simulation produces 4.2N.m of torque; 60% load produces 8.3N.m torque; 90% load produces 12.5N.m of torque. Load simulation of a base station chassis of the mobile transport and overloading rope complex

The article deals with the issues of modeling the stress-strain state of a chassis designed to accommodate the equipment of a mobile transport and overloading rope complex. The main computational cases are determined. Geometric and computational finite element models are constructed, taking into account the features of the metal structure and suspension elements. The method of gluing elements of the grid model is applied. On the basis of the performed calculations, conclusions are drawn about the compliance of the developed structure with the requirements of strength and rigidity.

Dynamic load simulation of the machine nodes containing interacting rollers

The article presents a dynamic model of interaction of rollers on the example of printing cylinders of an offset machine. Based on the solution of the contact problem, the interaction forces of the cylinders are determined, direct modeling of dynamic loads and vibrations is carried out, the amplitudes of vibrations and pressure changes are determined. Options for reducing loads are considered. The disadvantages of existing models of printing machines are analyzed and taken into account.

Implementation of Variable Blade Inertia in OpenFAST to Integrate a Flywheel System in the Rotor of a Wind Turbine

In this paper, the integration of the dynamic behavior of the flywheel system into the load simulation tool OpenFAST is presented. The flywheel system enables a wind turbine to vary the inertia of its rotor blades to control the power production and, most importantly, to affect the vibratory behavior of wind turbine components. Consequently, in order to simulate the behavior of a wind turbine with a flywheel system in its rotor, the variable blade characteristics need to be considered in the load simulation tool. Currently, computer-aided engineering tools for simulating the mechanical loads of wind turbines are not designed to simulate variable blade inertia. Hence, the goal of this paper is to explain how variable inertias of rotor blades are implanted in such load simulation tools as OpenFAST. OpenFAST is used because of it is free, publicly available, and well documentation. Moreover, OpenFAST is open source, which allows modifications in its source code. This add-on in the load simulation is applied to correct rotor mass imbalance. It can also be applied in many cases related to the change in the inertia of wind turbine rotor blades during its operation as, for example, atmospheric ice accretion on the blades, smart blades, etc.
