Study of two methods for comparing laser measuring interferometric systems to reduce the error in the transmission of a unit of length

The article presents the results of an experimental study of coaxial and orthogonal methods for comparing laser measuring interferometric systems using a standard measuring complex of length from the State Primary Special Standard of a Unit of Length in the range from 2 to 60 m. transmission errors of the unit of length up to 0.5 microns.

Modern approaches to ensure traceability of fast electrical pulse processes measurements

The necessity of improving the State primary special standard for a unit of pulsed electric voltage GET 182-2010 is substantiated on the basis of an electro-optical sampling system. Approaches to ensure the uniformity of pulse measurements are proposed, aimed at developing a new system of measurements traceability of pulsed signals parameters to the units of the International System of Units, as well as ensuring independent reproduction of reference ultra-wideband electrical pulses. The considered approaches can be used to work on GET 182-2010 improvement. The main tasks of further research in the direction of creating a domestic electro-optical sampling system are formulated.

State primary special standard of units of mass and volume of liquid in a stream, mass and volumetric flow rates of liquid GET 63-2019

The article describes aspects of improving metrological support for measuring units of mass and volume of liquid in the flow, mass and volume flow of liquid in the Russian Federation. We consider fundamentally new design solutions for key modules of the reference unit EU-3 of the state primary special standard for units of mass and volume of liquid in the flow, mass and volume flow of liquid GET 63-2019, based on numerical and physical modeling of hydrodynamic processes under forced pressure flow of the working medium (water) in pipelines with different flow geometry. The principles of operation of water flow stabilization and control modules are substantiated. Innovative solutions are presented for the design of sensitive elements of the flow switch, the principle of constructing a time diagram, and determining the measurement time interval. Metrological characteristics of the state primary special standard of units of mass and volume of liquid in the flow, mass and volume flow of liquid GET 63-2019 are presented.

State primary special standard of length in the field of measurements of deviations from straightness and flatness GET 130-2019

The information on content, theory of operation and metrological concepts of the State primary special standard of length unit in the field of measurements of deviations from straightness and flatness, GET 130-2019, conducted in 2019, is provided. The results of metrological characteristics research of the measuring interference system included in GET 130-2019 are described. With the help of an additional measuring interference system, the unit is reproduced on the basis of fundamental physical constants and the properties of matter – interference, which eliminates additional instrumental sources of errors (uncertainties). The transfer of length in the field of measurements of deviations from straightness and flatness in the range from 0 to 50 μm on the length of the measured surface up to 30 m with the highest accuracy in Russia is ensured. The conducted comparisons proved that metrological characteristics of GET 130-2019 correspond to those presented in the database of measuring capabilities of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM) on the already confirmed by means of stationary and autonomous measuring profile length to 5 m, as well as the level of foreign standards, presented in BIPM on the length to 30 m.
