China-US economic relation is of particular significance to the world economy. This paper aims to investigate how trade frictions influence Chinese stock market volatilities. Overall, trade frictions significantly increase large stocks' volatilities, whereas influences the SMEs differently before and after the 301 investigation. For the big caps (SSE50), opinion divergence has a partial mediation effect between trade frictions and market volatilities. Trade frictions lead to higher opinion divergence, and opinion divergence reduces market volatility before the 301 investigation and increases market volatility in Stages IV and V. This result is robust after controlling the endogeneity of opinion divergence. For the small caps (SMEs), the mediation effect has not been founddetected, but opinion divergence significantly influences stock volatility, negative before the Section 301 investigation, whereas positive after that.

While the phenomenon is outsourcing practice in Makassar city. The result of this research shows that the social relation among actors user, provider and laborer in outsourcing practice in Makassar city is not just an ordinary economic relation but it is a veiled power relation which constructs a hegemonic social relation. The hegemonic social relation is caused by some factors, namely; (a) unlimited authority owned by user, (b) closed management applicated by provider, (c) laborer’s less bargaining position, and (d) lost government intervention. The four causes create the patterns and types of hegemonic social relation in outsourcing practice, namely; (1) absolute hegemony by user toward provider and laborer like, job outsourcing (job transfer), job responsibility transfer, and the use of manpower and more work time, (2) semi-hegemony by provider toward laborer by action of transferring laborer from one user to others, and (3) absolute hegemonized toward laborer by both user and provider through the use of laborer’s work power by user, outsourcing of laborer from one user to others done by provider. the fact, outsourcing practice benefits the captilists (user and provider), on the contrary, it harms the laborer.

In this chapter, the authors take a closer look into the economic relation with cybercrime and an analytics method to combat that. At first, they examine whether the increase in the unemployment rate among youths is the prime cause of the growth of cybercrime or not. They proposed a model with the help of the Phillips curve and Okun's law to get hold of the assumptions. A brief discussion of the impact of cybercrime in economic growth is also presented in this paper. Crime pattern detection and the impact of bitcoin in the current digital currency market have also been discussed. They have proposed an analytic method to combat the crime using the concept of game theory. They have tested the vulnerability of the cloud datacenter using game theory where two players will play the game in non-cooperative strategy in the Nash equilibrium state. Through the rational state decisions of the players and implementation MSWA algorithm, they have simulated the results through which they can check the dysfunctionality probabilities of the datacenters.

In this article, the frequency of occurrence of carriers of genotypes at the CSN2 and CSN3 loci is given and the degree of influence of CSN2 and CSN3 genotypes on milk productivity in Jersey animals is estimated. Genotyping of 697 (609 heifers and 88 cows) Jersey animals was performed, and information about 178 Jersey bulls was analyzed. It was found that in different groups of animals, the frequency of occurrence of «preferred» loci in the economic relation CSN2 genotype A2A2 is from 0.50 to 0.80 and CSN3 genotype BB — from 0.66 to 0.88. The high frequency of occurrence of «desirable» CSN2 and CSN3 genotypes makes it possible to create a Jersey herd with genotypes A2A2 and BB much faster than in cattle of other breeds. The A2A2 and B genotypes (CSN2 and CSN3 loci) do not negatively affect the milk productivity of their carriers.

This passage examines narco-accumulation—or illicit globalization—as a contemporary modality of war with specific existential connotations. It challenges previously sovereign national territory, which is now reconverted into the ritualized performance, living geography, and paramilitary end-game of post-katechontic force. For example, it realigns Mexico’s military-economic relation to the North, while also redefining and intensifying Mexican paramilitary force’s relation of dominance over the impoverished political spaces of, and the migrant bodies that flee from the social violence in, Central America. The national territory of Mexico becomes the new border, the tomb of the proper, the negation of space by space. The passage ends with the image of contemporary Central American migration to the U.S. as the site for an infrapolitical thinking of existence, capable of undermining the domination of the political over existence. This is the clearing promised throughout the book.

Summary In this article the author presents three interpretations of the passage of emperor Honorius’ constitution that has been included in the Theodosian Code under the title quod iussu (CTh 2,31,1). The intention of the author is to prove the thesis that the emperor Honorius accepted a practically existing extension of the use of actio quod iussu to relations between landowners and overseers of the land property. Consequently the actio could be brought against the landowner or possessor of the land (dominus possessionis, cultor terrarum) on the ground that management personnel (servus, actor, conductor, colonus, procurator), regardless of their status libertatis, borrowed money with clear authorisation (iussum). The author does not share the opinion that the background of the emperor’s decision was the economic relation between the landowners and the management personnel.

The article claims that one way to be used use the proximity in empirical analyses of framing victims of international conflicts is to measure the religious proximity and their intention of intervention between the media of reporting country and conflicting parties. Using qualitative content analysis, our research will demonstrate that religious proximity and intervention intention is related to successful framing of conflicting victims, building in the hypothesized direction: The closer the proximity between reporting country and conflict actor, the greater the chance that the actor will be highly empathized and the opposite side framing will be highly brutalized. The study analyzes each story with four functional frames suggested by Entman. Research will focus that media of reporting countries will frame victims and actor of each conflict with respect to their proximity bound based on political, cultural and economic relation.
