Analyzing intersection forms of two pipes and using the theory of analytic geometry,This paper establishs the mathematical model of two pipes intersection curve and designs a pipe intersecting curve cutting device.This device can control the rotary speed around the pipes and the movement speed of the pipes axial of the torch to cut pipes intersecting curve and ensuring that the torch does uniform movement. By two-axis linkage it can cut a certain scope diameter and various position intersection of the intersection of the two circular pipes intersecting curve and its structure is reasonable. It has good application value.

With more and more applications of advanced manufacturing mode in enterprise, computer aided parameter design will become increasingly important. In the paper, automatic liquid packaging machine architecture is analyzed, and then shaping principle of lapel shaper is discussed in detail, and key parameter of collar intersecting curve is determined by lapel shaper plane outspread drawing. This paper investigates the existence of optimally immersed planar self-intersecting curves. Because any self-intersecting curve will have infinite knot energy, parameter-dependent renormalizations of the Möbius energy remove the singular behavior of the curve. The direct method of the calculus of variations allows for the selection of optimal immersions in various restricted classes of curves. Careful energy estimates allow subconvergence of these optimal curves as restrictions are relaxed.

This paper describes the complexity and particularity of the trajectory of tube-sphere intersection and derives mathematical model of the track; according to characteristics of B-Spline curve, the track intersecting curve is partitioned ,and determine the mathematical relationship between the control points (deBoor point) and the data points of J-type groove; using cubic non-uniform irrational B-Spline theory, generate segments of approximation curves, then first and last point of each segment are constrained, so that combination curves can be seen as a whole curve with C1continuity; programming the trajectory of the preprocess module with C# language, it has advantages of approximate accuracy and high efficiency, thereby it can increase accuracy and precision of welding terminal position, so that the overall system has a metronomic characteristic.
