Objective: To describe the immediate symptoms of the post menopausal women attending Punjab Rangers Hospital Lahore. To see the effects of these symptoms on quality of life (QOL). Study Design: This was a descriptive type of study that was carried out at the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Punjab Rangers Hospital. Setting: O&G OPD at Punjab Rangers Teaching Hospital Sample Size: 100 patients with menopause were studied for symptomatology and these symptoms affect the quality of life. Sample Collection: Sample collection was done by a non-probability convenient method. Inclusion Criteria: All patients who attended gynae opd at Punjab rangers hospital with:  Natural menopause  Above 45 years  Below 55 years  With no other Gynecological problems Exclusion Criteria: All those patients were excluded from the study that had  Surgical menopause  Perimenopause  History of depressive illness  Women on antidepressant  Women on HRT  Below 45 YEARS Data Collection: The questionnaires based on menopausal rating scale for symptomatology and quality of life were generated to see the impacts of these symptoms on life. The educated patients filled questionnaires. I filled out questionnaires of illiterate patients outdoors myself. Data Analysis: An analysis of data was done by using computer software SPSS. Data master sheet was developed. Frequency tables and graphs were generated The data was analyzed by using computer software SPSS.. Confidence interval was calculated for important frequency tables. Cross tabulation was done for marital status,parity,literacy,smoking and chi-square was applied as a test of significance. 65% patients described that their quality of life decreased after menopause especially due to vasomotor and psychological symptoms. 35% of patients were happy and satisfied after their menopause.Besides menopause there were other stresses of middle life, which made life worse. Subject: The study was performed during the period November2020 to May 2021.Sample was collected by a non probability convenient method and 100 patients were selected. Data was collected by questionnaire provided to patients attending the outpatient department. Data was analyzed with a computer software system by using SPSS. Results: The mean age observed was 49 years and frequency distribution of symptoms were:Hot flushes 60%, Night sweats 55% ,Insomnia 50% ,Mood changes 60% ,Anxiety 50% ,Irritability 50% ,Memory loss 30% ,Vaginal dryness 10%, Dyspareunia 10% ,Loss of libido 15% ,Urethral symptoms 25% ,Lethargy and general body aches 75% .65% patients described that their QOL had decreased after menopause. 35% patients described no effect. Conclusion: To promote the awareness in women about menopause, HRT and other alternatives which can improve their QOL

Extrusion processes are widely used in plastic industries that aim to produce advanced solutions for increasingly sophisticated demands for plastics. Processes are not designed based on professional engineering design process, but on trial and error techniques. These two factors affect the extrusion processing parameters. In this study focus will be concentrated on the parameters incorporated in Polypropylene rope extrusion process such as: screw length, screw diameter, metering zone length and flight depth. A model equations were derived considering the swelling occurs for the extruded fibers and the tensile drawing of fiber. The authenticated design parameters was derived and a model useful to simulate any given process successfully was resulted in a form of computer software system.

 With the improvement of software system complexity and frequent updating of user requirements, the requirements of the information software development industry for information construction are constantly improved, and the quality and management requirements of software products researched and developed are also constantly improved. Project managers in the information software development industry gradually realize the importance and necessity of software system deployment. It requires scientific, timely, effective and clear work. Software system deployment system for task division and task monitoring. Based on the research results at home and abroad, this paper studies the deployment of computer software system based on event-driven architecture by using a discrete Fourier transform algorithm, decision tree algorithm and parallel algorithm. By comparing and optimizing the advantages and disadvantages of discrete Fourier transform algorithm, decision tree algorithm and parallel algorithm. This paper studies the unified management, scheduling and allocation of computer software resources. The results show that after using the research model, the data error is controlled within 5%, and the overall data accuracy is improved by 15% compared with the previous methods, which have certain practical value.

Traceability not only meets the social needs of product information transparency and reinforces the trust of consumers, but also meets the needs of enterprises for brand protection and enhances the competition in markets. Since a traceability system collects every necessary information at every stage in a supply chain, it is also an efficient tool for monitoring and optimizing the production procedure. Adopting information technology to digitalize the business process is an inevitable trend to improve the efficiency in information management and especially quickly detect fraud problems. However, with the digitized process via a computer software system, the challenge remains as to whether digitized data is real. The reality shows that changing digital data is easier than paper-based data. Thus, it is necessary to have a digitalized process and a secure mechanism for ensuring transparency, correctness, and consistency of data leading to more efficiency in incidents detection and trace problems tracing. An emerging technology, Blockchain, has attracted more attention after its great success in finance due to various dominant features in preventing data changes even from the internal system. Technically, Blockchain is a ledger that records the entire transaction history publicly on a network of peer-to-peer computers of the time. One common ledger will be shared among all collaborative organizations in an ecosystem to ensure data immutability and undeniable responsibility, thereby enhancing data transparency. Therefore, applying Blockchain technology in agriculture will improve the current traceability process, aiming to increase the responsibility of the objects in the process and transparency of information for consumers. In this paper, we propose a framework that utilizes Blockchain to robustize traceability systems. Additionally, our proposed framework is compliant with the GS1 standard to achieve high reliability and compatibility on a global scale.

Background. Tetanus is a life-threatening disease in developing countries and is accompanied by a high mortality rate. Although China is the world’s largest developing country, there have been few clinical studies on tetanus in China. The purpose of this study was to investigate the epidemiology, incidence, and management of tetanus in Fujian Province and to understand the current treatment and prognosis of tetanus patients. Methods. This was a retrospective, multicenter observational study of patients who presented with a clinical diagnosis of tetanus at 5 general hospitals in Fujian from January 2008 to December 2018. Data were analyzed using a computer software system. Results. A total of 95 patients were recruited, including 6 newborns. The average age of the adult tetanus patients was 55.53±15.39 years old. None of the patients knew their previous history of tetanus immunization. The rate of having received human tetanus immunoglobulin (HTIG) was 9.47%. A total of 73 (76.84%) patients were cured, 17 (17.89%) patients had an unknown prognosis, and 5 (5.26%) patients died. Age, severity of illness, and complications all increased the total duration of hospitalization. Compared with endotracheal intubation, tracheotomy increased the length of stay in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) but did not affect the total hospital length of stay for mechanical ventilation. Conclusions. With the promotion of nationwide immunization against tetanus and the development of critical care medicine, morbidity and mortality rates of tetanus in Fujian are low. It is important to increase awareness among local physicians and staff in charge of tetanus immunization programs and with regard to neonatal tetanus and drug-induced tetanus. The prevention and treatment of tetanus in developing countries should arouse widespread concern in society.

This paper presents concept of a database system on a computer software systems. Requirements in analysis and design are a serious problem in developing a manual system into a computer software system that is fully automated. To link the two systems (manual and automatic), a modeling language Unified Modeling Language (UML) is now accepted as the de facto standard for the design and specification of object-oriented systems. In this study, ULM modeling language used to design a management information system (MIS) of Toilet Maintenance on the Faculty of Engineering, Lambung Mangkurat University using Access 2013. From this system, dean as admin of the system, can immediately know the damage or the need of maintenance in real time every day. Such information would greatly assist the management on making decision related to monitoring, maintenance and repair of toilet in the Faculty of Engineering, Lambung Mangkurat University. The final results is to keep the cleanliness and reliability of toilet in the Faculty of Engineering, Lambung Mangkurat University.

With the increasingly complex of computer software system, traditional software engineering methods for major software development will inevitably produce a lot of mistakes and catastrophic consequences for key industry users. Experiment with software engineering methods cannot guarantee the behavior at infinity reliability and security of the state space. All this requires formal analysis and verification to the complex system. In protocol verification based on automatic machines, the automaton is used to represent the behavior of the system, the time automaton is a formal method can be well applied to the network protocol verification.
