<p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p>This research was aimed to identify the factors affecting the Accounting students' satisfaction of using Google Classroom as one of the Learning Management System (LMS). This research analyzed the effect of perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness on the students' satisfaction. The sample in this research was 108 Accounting students. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 2.0. The research results showed that the level of satisfaction of the Google Classroom was affected positively and significantly by the perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. Moreover, this research also discussed the impacts of the results both theoretically and practically.</p><p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><strong><em>ABSTRAK</em></strong><em></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa akuntansi dalam menggunakan google classroom yang merupakan salah satu learning management system (LMS). Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness terhadap kepuasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 108 responden mahasiswa akuntansi. Data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan software SmartPLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan terhadap google classroom dipengaruhi secara positif signifikan oleh perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, dan perceived usefulness. Penelitian ini juga mendiskusikan dampak hasil penelitian dalam ranah teoritis dan praktis.</em></p>

Objective - This paper develops a theoretical framework that consists of the factors affecting the work outcomes among educator continuous usage behaviour of Learning Management System (LMS). Methodology/Technique - The conceptual framework is based on the previous literature review and the underpinning theories which are an integral of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and IS Continuance Model.Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and confirmation are identified as independent variables; satisfaction and IS continuance intention will be employed as mediating variable; and work outcomes as a dependent variable. Findings - In this study, 13 hypotheses have been proposed based on the conceptual framework outlined. The proposed framework would help the organizations to plan for the potential improvement of the systems and teaching strategies in the context of the LMS, in order to meet the educational goals and to get better learning outcomes. Novelty - Currently, there are very limited empirical researches that have been conducted on educator's outcomes on the post-adoption stage of LMS. The aims of this study is to inspect the factors affecting students' acceptance of SMART2 Learning Management System. This study applied a multiple regression for data analysis covering a sample of 218 respondents. Results revealed that the proposed hypothesis via multiple regressions validated that the acceptance and usage of SMART2 UMS was effected positively by the use behaviour. Research outcomes may benefit the learning management system market involving SMART2 UMS in developing constructive strategies to evaluate the usage behaviour of students in UMSLIC in using the SMART2 UMS learning management system and assess the acceptance level of students of SMART2 UMS towards the use behaviour. The consequences of this research study offer a new towards the front movement to the discoveries of advanced studies on acceptance and use behaviour, which is not revealed much in the literature in the state of affairs of UMSLIC by providing extra details in tapering the research space with considerations to comprehend the acceptance and usage of the SMART2 UMS.
