The purpose of this study was to examine whether a decision-making model of risk-taking behavior, specifically impulsivity, positive and negative outcome expectation, and sensation seeking, can be extended to motivation for perpetration of sexual coercion. Participants included 276 sexually active college students between the ages of 18 and 25 years old who completed a set of questionnaires: (a) Sexual Experiences Survey, (b) Sensation Seeking Scales, (c) Cognitive Appraisal of Risky Events, (d) Barratt Impulsiveness Scale, and (e) Reckless Behavior Questionnaire. Multiple regression analyses were utilized to examine the relationship between these decision-making models and sexually coercive behaviors. General risk-taking behaviors were positively correlated with acts of sexual coercion, r = .16, p < .01. The predictor variables accounted for a significant amount of the variance in sexual coercion, R2 = .11, F(4, 246) = 7.57, p < .01. Only sensation seeking contributed unique variance to our model of sexual coercion, β = .27, t = 4.06, p < .01. Interventions to reduce sexual coercion may be more successful if they target those high in risk-taking. Similarly, prevention efforts informed by research on how to engage and hold the attention of sensation seeking youth may be more successful.

The increasing number of dentists shows that this profession is one of the most popular career choices in Indonesia. The type of dentist professional development varies so that career planning is an important thing that has a big influence on one's future. The social-cognitive career theory (SCCT) perspective explains that there is a relationship between career self-efficacy, career outcome expectation, career intention and career exploration in the career selection process. By using SCCT, this study aimed to determine the career exploration-related behavior relationship, which consists of career self-efficacy, career outcome expectations, career intention and career exploration, in the career determination for dentistry students in Indonesia. This research is an observational analytic study of 505 samples of undergraduate and profession students of dentistry who have filled out an online questionnaire from March to June 2019. An online questionnaire consisting of a Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy-Short Form (CDMSE-SF), Career Decision Outcome Expectation (CDMOE), Career Exploration Planning or Intention Questionnaire (CEPI), Career Exploration Survey-Revised (CES-R), which has translated and validated. All models are analyzed using the maximum possible estimation of the AMOS application. This research showed that there was a significant relationship between having a career plan and father's job. This study concluded that self efficacy, outcome expectation, and career intention influence the career exploration of dentistry students significantly both directly and indirectly.

BACKGROUND: Physical activity is very important for a healthy life in the human existence, and regular physical activity and high attitudes towards physical activity can contribute to higher levels of life satisfaction of individuals. OBJECTIVE: This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between university students’ attitudes towards physical activity and their life satisfaction levels. METHODS: In the study, the Cognitive Behavioral Physical Activity Questionnaire was used to measure the participants’ attitudes towards physical activity. In order to measure the participants’ life satisfaction levels, The Satisfaction with Life Scale was used. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis were used in the analysis of the obtained data. RESULTS: According to gender, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference both in the result expectation and self-regulation sub-dimensions of physical activity attitude and the total score of physical activity attitude. When the correlation analysis results were analyzed, the statistically significant positive relationship between life satisfaction and outcome expectation, self-regulation sub-dimensions of physical activity attitude, and the total score of physical activity attitude was determined. Also, it was found that the attitude towards physical activity explained approximately 6%of life satisfaction. CONCLUSIONS: It was determined that as the attitudes of the participants towards physical activity increased, their life satisfaction increased.

This chapter investigates the relationships among organizational learning, knowledge donation, knowledge collection, and technological innovation practices. The collected data based on a total of 157 managers from the manufacturing industries will be evaluated by applying the PLS-SEM and fsQCA. The empirical outcomes based on PLS-SEM analysis demonstrate that organizational learning positively impacts knowledge donation and knowledge collection. This chapter confirms that both knowledge donation and knowledge collection act as mediators in mediating the positive relationship between organizational learning and technological innovation practices. The fsQCA results indicated that the conditional support for the proposed antecedent and outcome expectation of knowledge donation and knowledge collection are organizational learning and technological innovation practices. The findings of fsQCA analysis show that the complex solutions with three combinations of organizational learning, knowledge donation, and knowledge collection sufficiently explain the technological innovation practices.
