The urbanization growth in the 20th and 21st centuries has led to a series of unprecedented problems in the ecological environment. Based on constructing an integrated urbanization-ecological environment index system, this article conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the coupling coordination degree between urbanization and the ecological environment and uncovers its spatiotemporal variation characteristics in the Siberian and Far East Federal Districts, Russia from 2005 to 2017. The coupling coordination of urbanization and the ecological environment in the Siberian and Far East Federal Districts improve from slightly unbalanced development stage to barely balanced development stage from 2005 to 2017. In 2017, more than half regions achieved the barely balanced development of urbanization and the ecological environment. However, the most desirable development stage, the superior balanced development stage, is never achieved in the Siberian and Far East Federal Districts during the study period. The spatial pattern of the coupling coordination degree of urbanization and the ecological environment in the Siberian and Far East Federal District gradually changes from “dumbbell” to “high-north low-south”. The south part of the Siberian and Far East Federal Districts should be paid more attention in the future urban development process. This research will provide support in the future coordination of urban development in the Siberian and Far East Federal Districts.

The retrospective epidemiologic analysis of HFRS morbidity carried out from 2001 to 2007 showed that the highest sickness rate was registered in Privolzhsky federal district with 20.4±2.3 average index that exceeded the similar one countrywide 4-fold and the incidence specific weight was 88.0 % of the total number of cases. The indexes of HFRS incidence in the rest 6 districts were lower than the Russia wide one 3-4-fold and more. During the analyzed period the tendency to increase the HFRS incidence level was observed in Privolzhsky, Ural and Far East districts and in the country.

The Article presents an analysis of the role of the media sector in the structure created by the placement of tourist routes in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The sample size was 6000 routes in all federal districts of Russia. The problem of poor service provided by the hotel services in Russia is one of the major problems hindering the development of domestic tourism. Value for money and sometimes do not match. Part of the situation could have saved the increasing competition with the hotels listed in the international circuit, which created its own rules of corporate culture, high standards of service, clearly defined for each category of hotel (in terms of stardom). However, this does not justify a revision of its marketing strategy of independent hoteliers. It is also important to pay attention to accommodation, similar to hotels and other accommodation facilities. They are also well represented in the tourist market. According to the author, the low level of service in accommodation facilities is determined not so much by the reluctance of management to improve it, as the structure of demand from tourists and tour operators, to create a product. Most of the routes, which include the need to accommodate tourists, implemented on average, in the area the day — two. At the same time, tourists do not stay in accommodation facilities for a long time and continue your route on. This circumstance serves as an incentive to change the quality of services. Moreover, the article stipulates that personal and other accommodations are well represented in the routes of major federal districts like Central, Ural, Siberia, Far East. Accommodation in hotels more common routes in the North- West, Volga, the Crimea and North Caucasian Federal District. Accommodation facilities, in this case, are the operators of the individual passive format services. However, this strategy cannot be used by all players of the hospitality industry in all federal districts. The specificity of the regions and their remoteness from each other, the price level in the field must be limiting conditions in which hoteliers could develop. It is therefore proposed that the need to actively offer ideas own hiking tour operators or actively interact with them, attracting all new, including the unorganized tourist flows.

That is, the population of three federal districts decreased by 6.99 million people in just 21 years. In the years 2010-2019, the number of inhabitants of the Ural Federal District increased slightly from 12.08 million to 12.35 million people, i.e. by 0.27 million people. The population of the Siberian Federal District (within the borders of 2019) in the years 2010-2019 decreased by 0.004 million people. Energy, economy and ecological environment complement each other. The coupling and coordination development of them would provide basis for the rational use of energy, economic development, and the protection and restoration of the ecological environment. In this study, the coupling and coordination development of the Australian energy, economy, and ecological environment from 2007 to 2016 were quantitatively investigated by constructing a coupling coordination model based on coupling theory. Results showed that: (1) Australia’s comprehensive evaluation index of energy, economy, and ecological environment exhibited an increasing trend. The rising trend of the energy index was obvious, the economy was relatively stable, and the comprehensive evaluation index of the ecological environment strongly fluctuated. (2) The development of energy and the economy, and that of energy and the ecological environment were gradually coordinated, and many unbalanced development patterns were found between the economy and the ecological environment. (3) Four types of coordination were observed in the three subsystems, among them, the barely coordinated categories repeated most often and the coordination degree of the three subsystems tended to grow from the global perspective. Energy, economy, and ecological environment interacted, limited, and promoted one another to form a complex system, through proper coordination, these three subsystems can jointly promote the sustainable development of society in Australia.
