Abstract The hypothesis of an equalization of sectorial rates of profit has an important role to play in the economic theory. Though it has been formulated a long time ago (A. Smith, D. Ricardo…), now as a definite principle (with its mechanism) and now as a postulate, it is however contradicted by statistical observation. There have been various answers to this problem. We propose to study it in a new light, emphasizing that the formulation of this "law" as well as its empirical evidence are registered within the traditional framework of activity sector. Then, we have to think about the latter as it has a fundamental role to play. But the activity sector is no longer a homogeneous category, for firms can considerably differentiate the conditions (technological and financial ones) of capital allowance, independently of any reference to the notion of product. Then, we must think over this problem, no longer wondering where this allowance of the capital is produced, but how. This brings us to propose the elaboration of a new classification of the firms, that leads to an analysis at an "intermediary level" other than the insufficient level that results from the division of the economy into activity sectors.

A perturbed dynamical system involving two ordinary differential equations is under review. Whereupon, the differential equation for determining the fast phase contains the ratio of the two frequencies. When these frequencies coincide for a long time, a resonance is implemented in this system. The aim of this paper is to obtain the conditions of monotonic external stability and instability of this resonance. The sufficient conditions for the external stability and instability of the resonance defined in this paper assume that the signs of the analyzed derivatives remain unchanged in the non-resonant section of the change in the independent variable. This paper gives a new classification of the phenomenon of external stability of resonance, which includes weak, linear, and strong stability. It should be noted that the conditions of monotonic external stability and instability of the resonance presented in this paper can be used in various scientific and technological problems, in which resonances are observed. Particularly, the concluding part of the paper considers the application of the results obtained within the framework of the problem of the perturbed motion of a rigid body relative to a fixed point.

In the article a review of the main classifications of endometriosis is presented. Main drawbacks of existing classifications have been revealed. A need for a new classification of the disease, which has to be empirical, evidence-based, containing terms that have unambiguous definitions, applicable for various clinical situations, taking into account new clinical forms and able to predict a course of the disease (including the development of pain syndrome and infertility), it’s outcomes and a risk of recurrence is stressed. The new classification of endometriosis has to be based on resolutions of a consensuses and applicable for new guidelines for diagnosis and treatment. For the new classification it is essential to be approachable and easy-to-use in routine clinical practice. It has to allow a physician to determine a stage the disease promptly and meaningfully. A new Protocol taking into account a combination of different forms of endometriosis (superficial, deep infiltrative, adenomyosis, endometriomas, extragenital), color of endometriotic lesions, special aspects of clinical course, results of hormonal examination, reproductive plans and prior hormonal therapy is proposed.

Abstract: Hymenophyllum Sm. is a largest genus in filmy ferns family, Hymenophyllaceae with around 250 species in the world. A long time ago, its diagnostic feature was bivalved involucres, but in 2006, A. Ebihara et al. combined between morphology method and molecular analyses to propose a new classification of Hymenophyllaceae, therefore, its diagnostic features are rhizomes long-creeping, nearly glabrous or sparsely covered with light-coloured hairs and involucres usually bivalvate. This classification system was accepted to revise 258 collecting numbers of specimens in Vietnam. The results have claimed that Hymenophyllum genus in Vietnam comprised 10 species. Each species was provided taxonomy, distribution in Vietnam, treatment specimens and photos.

The paper deals with development of a general theory of the firm. It discusses the demand for such a theory, reviews existing approaches to its generalization, and offers a new variant of general theory of the firm based on the contract theory. The theory is based on minimization of opportunistic behaviour determined by the material structure of production (a classification of ten structural factors is offered). This framework is applied to the analysis of three boundaries problems (boundaries of the job, boundaries of the unit, boundaries of the firm) and five integration dilemmas (vertical, horizontal, functional, related, and conglomerate).

The article highlights certain aspects of the discussion on the topic of reductionism vs. holism in the philosophy of medicine. Classic radical reductionism is defeated by the concept of emergence. The s.c. bio-medical point of view on a malady, despite its relevance and clear benefit, is not recognized as universal as its adherents may claim, and it yields to an integral psycho-bio-social model. The author introduces a new classification of holism (vitalistic, social and individualistic) and makes appropriate recommendations to clinicians. It is social holism at the macro level that has proven effective in combating the spread of COVID-19.
