Aim. The article deals with the use of elements of historicism in teaching the course of biology. The expediency of using the historical material in the educational process in order to increase interest in biology and promote the improvement of the quality of knowledge of students, the formation of scientific outlook, and the upbringing of students. Methods. Analysis, synthesis, modelling. Results. Tasks with historical content can be used at different stages of learning: during updating the basic knowledge of students, setting goals and objectives of the lesson, explaining new material, consolidating, repeating and verifying students’ knowledge, generalizing and systematizing historical and scientific knowledge in biology, for the organization home and independent work. Specific examples cover the forms and means of using historical material in the study of biological cycle subjects. Conclusions. The factors contributing to improving the quality of students’ knowledge in the process of using historical material in the study of biology are established. Methods of using this material during conducting studies on biology have been determined in order to promote the im-provement of the quality of assimilation of relevant biological concepts. В статье устные рассказы рассматриваются как часть этнокультурного компонента фольклора бурят, кроме того, в их составе выявляются этнокультурные составляющие. На основе анализа записанной в экспедиции в Эвенкийском хошуне Внутренней Монголии КНР устной прозы локальной этнической группы бурят охарактеризованы историко-этнографические сведения, традиционное народное мировосприятие и религиозные представления, обрядовые элементы. В несказочной прозе китайских бурят содержатся сведения исторического характера с подачи самих участников прошедших событий об осваивании переселенцами новых земель, в числе которых важными являлись вопросы выживания и самосохранения. После очистки и приведения в порядок заброшенной территории и некоторого обустройства жизнедеятельности поселенцев были начаты работы по организации лечебного дела и учебного процесса детей своими силами. Сделано заключение, что в начальный период социальной адаптации мигрантов наблюдается попытка определенным образом самоизолироваться по отношению к титульной нации принимающей стороны, соседним этносам и народам. Их быт характеризуется замкнутостью уклада жизни, минимальной открытостью к принимающему обществу, неинтегрированностью в общекитайский процесс экономического развития в широком масштабе. Вместе с тем, поддерживаются добрые отношения с жившим по соседству русским населением, так как буряты считают себя и русских, проживавших в Китае, детьми одной колыбели — России. В устных рассказах китайских бурят наличие буддийского этнокультурного компонента в целом определяет их религиозное сознание. Наряду с этим прослеживаются добуддийские мировоззренческие установки, шаманистские составляющие этого сознания, связанные с почитанием культа неба, огня, воды, солнца. В похоронно-поминальном же обряде доминируют исключительно тибето-буддийские ритуалы и действа. Сделан вывод о том, что в устной прозе китайских бурят наблюдается синкретизм двух начал в их культовых представлениях: превалирующая приверженность буддийскому вероучению и сохранение элементов древних мифологических воззрений. This article considers the oral stories as a part of the ethno-cultural component of the Buryat folklore. Also, the ethno-cultural constituents are revealed in their composition. Based on the analysis of the oral prose of the local ethnic group of the Buryats recorded during the expedition to the Evenki Khoshun of Inner Mongolia of the PRC, the historical and ethnographic data, traditional folk worldview and religious ideas, ritual elements were described. The fictional prose of the Chinese Buryats contains historical information from the participants of the past events about the development of new lands by the settlers, among which the issues of survival and self-preservation were important. After cleaning up and tidying up the abandoned territory and some settler activities, independent work began to organize healthcare and educational process for children. It is concluded that during the initial period of social adaptation of migrants, there is an attempt to isolate themselves in a certain way in relation to the title nation of the host country, neighboring ethnicities and peoples. Their everyday life is characterized by closeness, minimal openness to the host society, and lack of integration into the overall Chinese economic development process on a large scale. At the same time, good relations are maintained with the Russian population living next door, as the Buryats consider themselves and the Russians living in China to be children of the same cradle – Russia. In the oral tales of the Chinese Buryats, the presence of the Buddhist ethno-cultural component generally determines their religious consciousness. At the same time, one can trace pre-Buddhist relics, shamanistic components of this consciousness related to the worship of the sky, fire, water, and sun. The funeral rite and obit are dominated only by Tibetan-Buddhist rituals and actions. It was concluded that in the oral prose of the Chinese Buryats, syncretism of the two beginnings in their cult notions is observed: the prevailing adherence to the Buddhist faith and the preservation of elements of ancient mythological views.

The author of the article analyzes various views of domestic scholars on the essence and content of independent work at university. She considers various types and forms of classroom and extracurricular work of students, and defines the status of methodological support as a process and result. The following paper deals with the independent work of students as an important factor of modern higher education. The author describes specifics and features of students independent work accomplishment in the conditions of electronic training, distant education forms expansion and educational process transfer to the Internet. The essence of students independent work and influence of educational risks of different nature on it is determined. Taking into account the international standards ISO determining the main task of quality assurance as management of risks arising during its achievement, students independent work quality can be provided with pedagogical controls. Search of pedagogical controls quality of students independent work was performed in Tolyatti Academy of Management where they have been applying the open information and education environment for more than 10 years. The research results showed that effective management of students independent work quality in new conditions of its accomplishment requires implementation of three different types of management - mediated pedagogical, self-government and co-managing, as well as different pedagogical means. The received materials can form a basis for quality improvement of students independent work as well as of the higher education in general.

The article is devoted to the study of the development of educational processes of a student through an individual educational trajectory in remote learning conditions. On the basis of an individual educational trajectory, the teacher can present the level of readiness of children to perceive specific educational material in remote learning conditions; foresee difficulties in assimilating new material and performing differentiated tasks in remote learning conditions; analyze the effectiveness of individual and differentiated learning, and students will be able to analyze and evaluate the ways and results of their own independent work in remote learning conditions. The work presents one of the promising problems of modern pedagogy: what are the pedagogical conditions for implementing the individual educational trajectory of a student as a means of developing his skills in coherent speech. One of the tasks of research in this area will be the task of developing, theoretically substantiating and testing in experimental work pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the individual educational trajectory of the student in remote learning as a means of developing coherent speech. The author of the article believes that the development of speech activities of schoolchildren in remote learning conditions will be more effective if their individual educational trajectory is implemented taking into account an individualized and differentiated model of stimulating speech activities, as well as a set of general and specific pedagogical conditions for organizing the educational process

The relevance of the problem is determined by the need to identify, select, and provide pedagogical and psychological support for talented youth, its successful career guidance, and efficient self-realization. The educational process organization in training for midterm assessment in the WorldSkills format helps students achieve a new quality of education associated not only with educational results, but also with a value attitude to themselves and others. The goal of the study is to identify the specifics of the educational process organization at universities when training students for midterm assessment in the WorldSkills format. The research methods include theoretical analysis of pedagogical theory, practice, and experience in vocational training; modeling, comparison, referencing, and generalization; expert assessment method; and methods of qualitative and quantitative processing of research results. The main results of the study are the following: the content of the process of organizing practical classes and independent work on the discipline “Literary education of preschool children” has been determined; the activity forms and methods for their implementation have been developed, the objective criteria for their assessment have been determined; the functional responsibilities have been distributed between students and the teacher in the educational process; and the point rating system for assessing students’ activities while mastering the discipline in the WorldSkills format has been created.

The study substantiates the urgent need to train qualified specialists capable of responding to cyber incidents and countering cyber threats in a short time, conducting state audits and creating effective management systems for information security and cybersecurity. The aim of the work is to reveal the ways and features of the organization of the study of mathematical disciplines in order to effectively train higher education students majoring in 125 «Cybersecurity». The role of the mathematical component of cybersecurity and the organization of the educational process of mathematical disciplines for the purpose of effective professional training of future cybersecurity specialists is considered. It is concluded that most professionally-oriented disciplines that provide basic knowledge in all aspects of information security are based on fundamental mathematical training. The study argues that the applied problems solved by the students of the specialty 125 «Cybersecurity» must meet the methodological requirements for real practical content, which provides an illustration of the practical value and significance of the acquired mathematical knowledge in the cyber- and/or information security field. The solution to the problem of improving the quality of mathematical training of the students is considered through the use of intra-subject and interdisciplinary links, the introduction of applied orientation of mathematical disciplines and the principle of continuity. The paper presents examples of professionally oriented tasks that are offered to higher education students majoring in 125 «Cybersecurity» studying mathematical disciplines. It is proved that the introduction of applied orientation of mathematical disciplines creates the necessary conditions and attracts students to the professional sphere, which is an important step towards improving the quality of training of cybersecurity professionals.

In recent years, a frequently discussed problem is the guideline of training on the educational result and the formation of students' competence. These factors form the prerequisite for improving the quality of education. Higher educational institutions of the republic pay special attention to the question of the formation of students' competence. In order to build students' competence, the educational process should be based on a competency- based approach. The article explores the issue of the formation and development of the problem of competence in education. The development of the problem is divided into three stages. The role and significance of the competency-based approach in training is revealed, the point of view of scientists on competence is analyzed.

The paper deals with the problems of cognitive correction at high school. The authors propose a model of correctional work that helps to organize students individual independent work with the gradual and final result control. The authors identify specifics, goals and objectives of the proposed forms and methods of correctional work at the University from the point of the competence approach. As the main didactic means of this technology the authors propose to use e-learning resources that include components, providing: cognitive problems learning diagnosis, statistical analysis of errors and problems, formation of individual behavior change trajectory in accordance with the aims and objectives of corrections, a comprehensive study of the discipline, correction control results and systematic development of students competencies. The authors considered options for the use of the proposed technology on the example of Mathematics course at universities of Economics. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to introduce it into the educational process of the University in various subject areas.
