Stone spouts of LMC can be classified according to the water availability. Out of sixty-one stone spouts, only twelve numbers of stone spouts were effectively running up to 2006. These are Manga Hiti, Iku Hiti, Sincha Hiti, Haku Hiti, Konti Hiti, Alko Hiti, Chyasa Hiti, Sundhara, Tapa Hiti(a), Wasa Hiti, Tanga Hiti and Shova Hiti. These stone spouts are considered as good type according to availability of water. Remaining out of fourty- nine stone spouts thirty-four are less effective i.e average type and fifteen are dried up and not exist up to 2006. Comparing different scenarios and results from user’s survey in 2006 and 2019 it is found that yield capacity of every stone spout is being reduced every year and also dried up which we consider good type stone spouts like sundhara patan. Out of sixty-one stone spouts more than fourty stone spurts are almost dried up. This shows the immediate restoration requires for preservation of water from stone spouts.

This research intends to develop a portfolio-based project citizen model to strengthen the social competence of educators towards society 5.0. This research design uses the Research and Development method in this research in grade IV elementary schools in SDN City, Banda Aceh, teachers, and learning experts. Information is combined with methods of monitoring, in-depth debriefing, and selection. Information analysis was tried by quantitative methods, namely descriptive and comparative. The results obtained are the acquisition of Measuring competence and the acquisition of a quality learning model       The results of the expert's assessment of the quality of the Portfolio display number 3, 38 (in good type), from the quality of the form it proves the number 3.04 (in good type), on the contrary from the point of view of organizing the module the score is: stability of 2.92 (pretty good), shape of 3, 13 (good), organization of 3, 25 (good), shape and dimensions of 2, 63 (pretty good) The results of the feasibility trial (trial) on students prove the quality of proving the number 3, 28 (in good type), From the quality of form and energy, it proves that the score is 3.30 (in good category), on the contrary from the organizing part of the module, the score is: 3.22 (good). Thus, the portfolio-based Project citizen model to strengthen the social competence of educators towards society 5 is feasible to use.

IN December 1959, fifteen farms were ballotted for in the Rotorua area and the writer was lucky enolugh to draw one at Whakamaru. It was 294 acres, divided into six paddocks with no woolshed or yards. It had a good type of farm house, an implement shed, a deep well and pump and each of the paddocks was watered. The value of the improvements on this blcck was $18,400 of which $4,200 was paid in cash. Security was taken over a car and other personal assets. At that time the value of the car, horses and dogs and implements was acceptable as part of the deposit.

When should elected officials be in charge of multiple vs single policy areas? To study this question, I analyze a formal model of political accountability where politicians can have authority over one or two policy areas. When all politicians act sincerely, voters are always better off with unbundled policies. However, the voter is indifferent when all politicians pander. When bundled politicians partially-pander, the optimal institution is dependent on how likely the politician is to be a good type. I then show that voters are willing to spend more to monitor politicians in charge of multiple policy areas.
