This paper makes attempts to argue that language inevitably affects emotions, and philosophical therapy is possible through deconstruction of language; here the horizon of language is extended not only to its traditional usage, but also as thoughts. Emotions are perceived through our conditioned thoughts and hence by an analysis of the latter, the former will become clearer. The paper is a literature review of a few books by Jiddu Krishnamurti, a contemporary Indian Philosopher; and a book on Buddhist logic. Since the paper is a literature review, it does not have any practical claim to support the points and hence is a speculative approach towards therapy. The paper also does not extend its claims to psychological views on language, rather restricts itself to purely philosophical approach.

Handling economic problems in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic necessitates the importance of cooperation from all elements of society with the government in offering various alternative solutions. This study intends to explore and identify the epistemological basis of Islamic law in the construction of the Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Nomor 23 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pemanfaatan Harta Zakat, Infak, dan Shadaqah Untuk Penanggulangan Wabah Covid-19 dan Dampaknya. This qualitative research is in the form of a literature review with a normative philosophical approach. The analytical theory used is the paradigm of idealism and realism of Islamic law. The results of the study state that the epistemological construction of Islamic law in the MUI fatwa Number 23 of 2020 tends to emphasize the idealism paradigm of Islamic law. First, universal ethical moral values ('am) which are taken from the theological text basis (nas). Second, the use of the rules of Islamic law (qawaid fiqhiyah) which emphasizes the rules of maslahah mursalah (public benefit).Third, the opinion of classical scholars. This finding shows that the presence of the MUI Fatwa in responding to contemporary problems is not always based on the realism paradigm of Islamic law, but also based on the idealism paradigm of Islamic law by making the foundations of theological normative texts and the repertoire of classical fiqh thought as the epistemological basis of its fatwa, as well as in addressing socio-economic problems that arise. caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

This study aims to examine misogynic interpretation issues in journals published in 2010-2019. Based on the assumption of journal stagnation in Indonesia on women studies, this study examined 32 journals published that year. Through an epithemological study, using literature review research methods and a philosophical approach, this study tries to examine bibliographically the articles that discuss the interpretation of misogyny verses. This study was conducted to analyze the tendency of writing on misogyny issues in journals. With Ignaz Goldziher's theory of the history of ideas, studies have succeeded in revealing that articles in journals tend to be based on interpretations of the formative era with quasi-critical reasoning dominated by modern feminist ideas from both the theme and methodological aspects. The implication of this study is the formation of a typology of misogynistic studies in journals, which can be used as a reference for the development of further studies, especially the development of the epistemology of al-Qur'an studies

Justice as an ideal and legal objective can be realized through law. Hans Kelsen said, justice is the legality that the benchmark lies in its validity according to positive law. This study aims to describe the concept of fairness according to Hans Kelsen's philosophy and relevance to the concept of al-Adl al-Qur; an. This study is a literature review, with a philosophical approach - Usul Fiqh. The results of the study show that the concept of al-'Adlu in the Qur'an has a wider scope from a human perspective. Al-'Adl has the substance of absolute justice only possessed by the Divine, revealed to the Prophet Muhammad, the Prophet's behavior is justice (prophetic philosophy). Subjective justice, which is essentially an attempt to fulfill positive legal certainty as a benchmark, is completely untenable. Because, justice is not limited to validity according to positive law but justice must pay attention to the meaning of lafadz al-'Adl is a transcendental basis that is absolute for human benefit. The concept of "al-'Adl" offers three levels of benchmarks of justice, namely dharurîyat, hajîyat and tahsinîyat as the spirit of the Qur'an that links morality and belief. Keyword: absolut, al-‘adl, keadilan kepastian hukum

Corruption in Indonesia has injured the nation’s philosophy of being civilized and divine. From the various measures (laws) that have been implemented, the results have not shown the maximum, instead increasing the number of suspects. Prevention of these crimes is urgently needed by exploring the transcendence value of state law based on Pancasila. This study aims to describe the concept of preventing corruption with a transcendental approach. The method used is a literature review and philosophical approach and descriptive analysis. The result is that the concept of preventing the crime of corruption with a transcendental approach must be based on the divinity concept in the first principle of Pancasila by involving religious doctrine as a legal basis that exceeds moral and spiritual boundaries. Belief in the one and only God in Pancasila can create a solid foundation of trust and a self-sacrificing attitude (integrity), conscious servitude to God, and obedience to leaders, and can create values of civility. Pancasila-based legal transcendence is needed in the prevention of corruption. The state is expected to strengthen the divinity doctrine as the basis for the legal trend for citizens.

Computerized auditory training (CAT) is a convenient, low-cost approach to improving communication of individuals with hearing loss or other communicative disorders. A number of CAT programs are being marketed to patients and audiologists. The present literature review is an examination of evidence for the effectiveness of CAT in improving speech perception in adults with hearing impairments. Six current CAT programs, used in 9 published studies, were reviewed. In all 9 studies, some benefit of CAT for speech perception was demonstrated. Although these results are encouraging, the overall quality of available evidence remains low, and many programs currently on the market have not yet been evaluated. Thus, caution is needed when selecting CAT programs for specific patients. It is hoped that future researchers will (a) examine a greater number of CAT programs using more rigorous experimental designs, (b) determine which program features and training regimens are most effective, and (c) indicate which patients may benefit from CAT the most.
