College moral education resources are the focus of the community and it is also the focus of this article on how to realize the resources of the college moral education optimization, so that it can play the biggest role. The main content of the article is in the new media and college moral education resources, focusing on college students in moral education evaluation to build moral education evaluation system for colleges and universities. Meanwhile, we understand the moral education status quo and through fuzzy evaluation method statistical analysis to know the status of moral education education, and target to the establishment of a new media perspective of the college moral education resource integration mode, use resources in the society, network as well as colleges and universities to realize resources’ effective sharing, in order to achieve the integration of resources and the optimal configuration of resources.

The measurement performance of road vehicle automatic weighing instrument installed on highways is directly related to the safety of roads and bridges. The fuzzy number indicates that the uncertain quantization problem has obvious advantages. By analyzing the factors affecting the metrological performance of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument, combined with the fuzzy mathematics theory, the weight evaluation model of the dynamic performance evaluation of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument is proposed. The factors of measurement performance are summarized and calculated, and the comprehensive evaluation standard of the metering performance of the weighing equipment is obtained, so as to realize the quantifiable analysis and evaluation of the metering performance of the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument in use, and provide data reference for adopting a more scientific measurement supervision method.

The paper proposes an ideal approach of shape design by using shape evaluation methods accurately. The paper proposes and tests the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method using a case of two clips based on genetic algorithm and quantitative methods. By using this evaluation method, the shape details of a product could be improved gradually.

In order to solve the problem of health evaluation of CNC machine tools, an evaluation method based on grey clustering analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed. The health status grade of in-service CNC machine tools was divided, and the performance indicator system of CNC machine tools was constructed. On the above basis, the relative importance of each performance and its indicators were combined, and grey clustering analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was utilized to evaluate the health status of in-service CNC machine tools to determine their health grade. The proposed health status evaluation method was applied to evaluate the health level of an in-service gantry CNC machine that can be used for the machining propellers, and the results shown that the health status of the whole gantry CNC machine tool is healthy. The proposed evaluation method provides useful references for further in-depth research on the health status analysis and optimization of CNC machine tools.
