The First Pottery Schools in Bulgaria – Foundation of the Contemporary Ceramic Sculpture

The Bulgarian ceramic art has its deep traditions. This paper examines its historical development from the First Bulgarian Kingdom to present. After the Liberation, the ceramic art has passed through various development stages and has been established not only as an utilitarian art, but also as a craftsmanship of clearly defined and proven artistic qualities.

This article studies historical-legal aspects of such issues as organization and development of criminal procedure in Ancient Rome, types of criminal procedure in this state, peculiarities of criminal procedure organization on the basis of the Laws of the twelve tables, legal status of officials, reviewing cases, as well as issues of guaranteeing fairness of the courts, specific to the ancient roman legal and institutional framework. Based on the historical development of the state and law, the author presents a different classification of the development stages of Ancient Rome and history of the Roman (Civil) Law. The author pays special attention to studying procedural law aspects, in particular, to the issues of particular characteristics of criminal procedure and judicial examination, evidence law, procedure of instituting court proceedings, hearings of cases in courts and adoption of relevant court decisions. The author conducts thorough analysis of the main stages of a criminal process, which, as the author assumes, consist of two parts — bringing of a suit, evaluation of evidence and documents, checking the accuser’s requirements, as well as reviewing claims under the lawsuit and submitted evidence, judicial examination.

This article discusses about the masterpiece of each language, the phraseological units, their significance and possibilities in the language. origin of some phraseological units and their connection from the national value point of view in the Uzbek and English languages.In particular, the views on specific historical-development stages, linguocultural features of phraseological units are expressed. The article discusses the origins, causes of emergence of some phraseological units in the English and Uzbek languges, and their connection from the national value point of view in the Uzbek and English languages with specific examples. Some of the expressions used in our speech have been illustrated by the use of different examples of the process of moving from oral to literary.

The goal of this work is determination of the development stages of ceramic art in Russian Primorye, as well as their specificity. It is established that the history of ceramic art of this region alongside its current stage are insufficiently studied. The evolution of ceramic art of Primorye is viewed in the context of its manufacture and production. The author examines the role of the three major factories – Vladivostok Porcelain Factory, Artemovsk Porcelain Factory, and Spassky Plant in development of ceramic art of Russian Primorye. The  two main development stages of ceramic art in Primorye are determines. The first one includes the activity of porcelain factories in Vladivostok and Artem, as well as pottery plant in Spassk-Dalny, which resulted in the inflow of certified specialists in the area of decorative-applied arts and formation of a unique style of the regional ceramic art. The second one includes the forms of existence of ceramic art in Primorye after closing the factories and creation of private workshops that developed the ceramic branch of decorative-applied art, namely souvenirs, use of pottery and porcelain objects in landscape and interior design, as well as involvement of ceramics in inclusive education.

In this study, based on the data through related literature and visual data, three different kinds of Ceramic Techniques of Seljuq’s and their historical developments are examined. Determination of “independent invention” which is often repeated in literature regarding “Enameled ware” (overglaze polychrome-painted ware) and “Underglaze-paint” ornamentation techniques studied through a different viewpoint was examined and correctness of aspects that may rise are argued. In this study where “Underglaze-paint” technique, “Enameled wares” and “Seljuk Whitewares” are used as research objects; it aims to enlighten primarily the formation of the product by mentioned techniques and its historical development. For this aim, relevant techniques are put into the general frame of Islamic Art and examined in such a form that provides a holistic perspective. Later on the study, measurement of the artistic value of solid production and criteria in this measurement are problematized. Accordingly, findings gained through new assessment techniques regarding the evaluation of historical productions are applied to Seljuk ceramic techniques -which is the object of the research- and new classification elements and titles are proposed. Die Fabrikplanung nutzt zur Darstellung des Planungsgegenstandes reale und digitale Modelle. Deren Verwendung lässt sich historischen Entwicklungsstufen zuordnen. Dem bis dato bestehenden Mangel an synergetischer Nutzung beider Modellwelten kann durch das Konzept der „Hybriden Planung“ begegnet werden. Beschrieben werden das methodische Rahmenkonzept und die beiden Ausprägungen „Schaltmix“ und „Permanentmix“ sowie Anwendungsgebiete, technische Lösungen und tangierende Konzepte.   Factory planning uses real and digital models to represent the planning object. Their use can be assigned to historical development stages. The lack of synergetic use of both model worlds, still existing today, can be remedied by the presented ‚Hybrid Planning‘ approach. The methodical framework and the two subtypes „Schaltmix“ and „Permanentmix“ are described as well as application areas, technical solutions and related approaches.
