A komplex rendszerek elemzésével foglalkozó hálózatkutatás eszközt biztosíthat ehhez, ezért indokolt a minőségügyi területen történő alkalmazhatóságának vizsgálata. _______ The aims of quality management are to identify those factors that have significant influence on value production, qualify or quantify them, and make preventive and corrective actions in order to reduce their negative effects. The core elements of value production are processes and tasks, along with workforce having the necessary knowledge to work. For that reason the task-resource-knowledge structure is pertinent to quality management. Network science provides methods to analyze complex systems; therefore it seems reasonable to study the use of tools of network analysis in association with quality management issues. First of all the authors categorized quality networks according to the types of nodes (vertices) and links (edges or arcs). Focusing on knowledge management, they defined the multimodal knowledge network, consisting of tasks, resources, knowledge items and their interconnections. Based on their degree, network nodes can be categorized and their value can be quantified. Derived from the multimodal network knowledge-item network is to be created, where the meaning of cohesive subgroups is defined. Eventually they proposed a formula for determining the risk of knowledge loss.

Recently the issues of quality management are becoming urgent in Lithuania. They are discussed and aspiration greatly improve the quality of activity in institutions of education are declared. But in the sphere of education the tendency to speak more than really work still remains. Many education organizations define quality as the major priority of their activity. But to declare or define is one thing and seek for that quality is another thing. The application of ISO standards in institutions of education still remains problematic. It is often tried to create own distinctive standards while ISO standards are acknowledged and applied on an international scale. It is understandable that institutions of education are specific and they rather differ from, let`s say, business organizations. Nevertheless, international ISO standards can and must be applied. Considering the process approach which is fixed in the ISO standards, every organization should effectively manage all occurring processes. Everything what happens in the processes later reflects in production or service in one way or another. According to this approach, the management of processes is rather complicated in organizations of education. The management of such processes, if it exists at all, is divided and fragmental. The application of statistical methods analyzing quality management issues in organizations of education is also problematic. It is undoubtedly that implement of quality management systems in organizations of education is especially urgent because it is a grave tool to basically improve the activity in all organizations of education. Key words: quality management, ISO standards, process approach,

AbstractThere is a broad consensus on the importance and advisability of testing laboratories adopting a Quality Management System (QMS) to support their work, no matter they are industrial or research oriented. However, laboratories involved in R&D have specific difficulties to implement a QMS due to the peculiar nature of their activity. This paper analyzes the main challenges and difficulties found by professionals when implementing a QMS in a research testing laboratory, based on the literature review and a questionnaire with 86 laboratories participating performed in collaboration with RedLab (Red de Laboratorios de la Comunidad de Madrid). After this analysis, a set of requirements for the competence of research testing laboratories based on ISO/IEC 17025 and UNE 166002 is defined, and an agile methodology for the fulfilment of these requirements is proposed.

Aiming at the quality management issues in manufacturing enterprise, this paper establishes the product lifecycle quality management (PLQM) system based on the architecture of SOA and the knowledge of computer integrated manufacturing. This assembly-centered PLQM system collects and analyzes the quality data by integrating different information systems. The system-crossing quality management process, and the mechanism of problem prevention are also included in this system to realize the quality problem tracing and run-to-zero quickly. Therefore, this PLQM system provides the decision making supports for the quality plan, quality inspection and quality analysis in the product's whole quality management process. These measures help guarantee the quality of the final product effectively.
