The decision to purchase a product on credit or through financing is one of the marketing strategies to increase product or service sales. Many factors can influence purchasing decisions through financing, especially E-Marketing which includes Product, Price, Promotion, People (Community), Place (Distribution), Branding and Process and Physical Evidence where Branding plays two roles in marketing strategy, especially branding as part of marketing strategy. This research is a survey research with a qualitative descriptive approach which aims to get a descriptive picture of the implementation of E-Marketing by PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia Medan Branch in order to market car products so that car purchases can be further increased. The population in this study were 10 informants which included staff and employees of PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia Medan Branch. The sample selection used purposive sampling method in order to obtain 10 informants. Collecting data using interview and observation methods. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The results of the study prove that the prioritized strategies in increasing suzuki car purchasing decisions through financing are increasing customer facing resources (providing funds) to respond to increasing market share, overcoming security risks to increase interest in buying suzuki cars, improving relationship marketing management to meet suzuki car needs. The most dominant internal strength factor influencing the strategy to improve suzuki car purchasing decisions is the availability of E-Marketing facilities and a wider market reach. While the most dominant internal weakness factor is the limited internet capabilities of consumers. The most dominant external opportunity factor is the increase in market share and internet technology. External threat factors are the rapid growth of competitors, easy to imitate business strategies, the economic recovery due to COVID-19 and a skewed view of Suzuki cars. It is recommended to PT Suzuki Finance Indonesia Medan Branch to make financing easier, especially in terms of obtaining financing requirements so that the decision to purchase Suzuki cars through financing can be maximized. This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix strategy on customer decisions at Toko Sugeng. This research uses the mix method. The strategy used is squential explanatory. The research were obtained from questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study are all customers who have made repeat purchases. Samples taken as many as 100 customers. Result research shows the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 14,726%. The effect of the product on customer satisfaction is 13.764%. Effect of location on customer satisfaction of 18,470%. The effect of promotion on customer satisfaction is equal to 37.074%. The effect of price, product, location, and promotion on customer satisfaction is 84%. The marketing strategy applied by Toko Sugeng in increasing customer satisfaction, namely by implementing a marketing formulation strategy, segmenting, targeting, positioning and the marketing mix strategy or marketing mix which consists of four elements, namely product, price, place, promotion. The purpose of this is to attract buyers and retain existing customers. Toko Sugeng uses a SWOT analysis for improve customer satisfaction. In the calculation of the SWOT analysis both in terms of the matrix, EFAS and IFAS and the Cartesian diagram, show that Toko Sugeng is in the quadrant I position, namely (+, +). This position proves a strong and likely shop. Tactic recommendations given is progressive. So that it is really possible to continue to expand, enlarge growth and achieve maximum progress. The appearance of sparkling water has set off a new wave in the beverage industry in China, with the annual sales volume increasing by almost 200% in 2019, compared with the 2018. The market share has risen to fourth place in the beverage market, becoming a new beverage that is only lower than water, carbonated drinks, and tea drinks. YuanQi Forest occupies a large market share in Chinese market, and its products are quite competitive. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the marketing strategy of the YuanQi Forest at the present stage. This paper mainly adopts SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, and other marketing theories to analyze this kind of situation. The author aims to provide general rules for enterprises engaged in bubble water production and marketing for reference, and provides practical and theoretical guidance for Chinese enterprises to carry out and expand this industry. Through analysis, it can be concluded that YuanQi Forest has three marketing methods, which are product strategy, channel strategy and big data marketing. What is more, Yuanqi Forest has some drawbacks, such as channel construction, lack of supply chain, difficulty in market subsidence, and other problems.

The purposes of this research are to describe, analyze, and determine the online marketing strategy of domestic travel agent at Bandung Tour Expert. In this case, the authors focused on SWOT analysis to find out the right marketing strategy for the tour packaging. In this research, the data was collected using the observation method, meanwhile the data analysis method used were descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis. Internet users number are increasing, especially adults with high mobility. For them who often travel outside the city, internet is crucial because it connects them with the travel agent. Nowadays, the convenient use of Internet technology is used to market products and services offered by travel agents, so that it provides many benefits for business travel agents with minimum marketing costs. The results of this study were the use of internet and online marketing had impacts on the increasing profits of the travel agents. The conclusion of this research is Bandung Tour Expert as a company need to improve their variant of tour package to make tourist more interest to visit the company website.

<p><em>Existence of Catur Eka Budi as a new product component in Bali’s tourism must be remaining to maintain. For continuation of all problems that emerge relate to marketing so that to overcome. With the result that this research discuses about Catur Eka Budi marketing strategy at Kesiman village, Denpasar Timur cities.</em></p><p><em>Aim of this research is to know of internal factor and external factor of Catur Eka Budi and next formulates its marketing strategy then formulated with several of marketing programs. Data was collected by observation, interview, questioner and bibliography study, later data was analyzed with Internal-External approach (IE) and SWOT analysis. The research result indicates that strength factor of Catur Eka Budi is the product owned by Catur Eka Budi, employee’s attitude, and appearance is good, facility is enough complete, beauty and building architecture is beautiful, hygience, ticket price is cheap and hotel distance to Catur Eka Budi is not too far. Whereas its weakness is lack of transportation to Catur Eka Budi, lack of promotion intensity, employees quality in informing about Catur Eka Budi and employees ability in English. Opportunity factor in marketing is its conducive on security in Bali, local society’s attitude, price level that given by tourism travel agent, rupiah rate is weak, modern technology utilization, level of purchasing power of tourist and supporting government. Whereas threat that pursuing is Travel Advisory from some countries, lack of local government support, threat entry of new comer, competition between object and the influence increasing fuel oil price. Based on grand strategy that analyzed with matrix Internal-External (IE), position of Catur Eka Budi is in cell IV, that means grow and construct that is human resource improvement through by training and course. Whereas alternative strategy that formulated by SWOT analysis namely product development strategy and improvement of huan resource. Based on the alternative strategy can be formulated some marketing program fundamental that are: mprove human resource trought by training, education, compensation, optimally website, set billboard or banner always cooperate with all parties that related to marketing of Catur Eka Budi, improve bonus and reward to the guide and it is maintaining market share this time.</em></p><p><em>Based on the discussion result can be suggested to marketing strategy of Catur Eka Budi that is improve product quality, target on market share and improve promotion, keep and cooperation improvement and improve education and training to employees.</em></p>

The purpose of this research is to find out the right marketing strategies and competitiveness by identifying and analyzing the internal and external environment that affect the Ngurah Rai Airport Taxi Cooperative. In this study using marketing strategy analysis, namely BCG/Boston Consulting Group Matrix and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) analysis. BCG matrix to determine the level of market growth and relative market share. SWOT analysis to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, then using segmenting, targeting, positioning/STP and 7P (marketing mix) results of the data obtained and then analyzed with IFAS and EFAS. The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data, primary and secondary data. Determination of samples in this study using purposive sampling method as many as 50 respondents. Data collection techniques by observation, questionnaires, structured interviews, and literature study. The results of the BCG matrix research, based on the calculation of the market growth rate is 1.35% and the result of the calculation of the relative market share is 1.45 x> 1 so that it is in the position of Cash Cow. The marketing strategy that can be carried out by the Ngurah Rai Airport Taxi Cooperative is to maintain the market, create new products, find new businesses. The strategy offered in the Cash Cow quadrant the company must always keep the company in a stable condition. The results of the SWOT analysis study from IFAS assessment were 2.66 and EFAS was 2.28. Then the position of the SWOT diagram is Growth Stability which is the company must determine efforts to strengthen market share, increase sales, pursue large profits by diversifying/expanding the market.

The number of tourist arrivals during the low season tends to decline. It also has an impact on sightseeing. Therefore, marketing strategy is very important to be able to increase the number of tourist visit to be able to compete with other tourism object and can give positive impact for society Sembalun. Sembalun tourism is located on Jalan Wisata Rinjani, Sembalun Bumbung, Kab. East Lombok Kec. Sembalun, Sembalun Village of West Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to determine the marketing mix, and marketing strategy at Sembalun Tour. The data collection in this research is done by observation, in-depth interview, document and literature study. The determination of informants was determined on the basis of random purposive sampling in which subjects were chosen on the basis of specified criteria. These criteria are Sembalun tourism managers and communities around Sembalun East Lombok. The result of this research is marketing mix at Sembalun tourism based on product, price, distribution channel, promotion, person, physical proof and process. In this research also discuss about SWOT analysis about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are owned by Sembalun tourism which is related to mix mix (marketing mix), from marketing strategy that is Increase promotion to other market, Increase cooperation with Travel agent good Outside and inside the country, improve access, improve the quality of human resources.   Keyword : Management, Marketing Mix, Marketing Strategy , Sightseeing Tour

With the progress of Internet technology and the rapid development of artificial intelligence, intelligent technology products rapidly grow up. However, influenced by many factors, the marketing status of this kind of products in recent years is not ideal, for example, big data leakage and other issues. Especially in recent years, because of the greater market competition, the marketing of intelligent technology brands is facing greater problems. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of brand marketing of intelligent technology under the background of artificial intelligence and propose the optimization strategy of brand marketing of such products, so as to promote the continuous improvement of brand marketing effect of intelligent technology. Based on artificial intelligence and the concept of brand marketing, through intelligent technology brand marketing investigation and experiment, the intelligent technology brand marketing status and current problems are analyzed; from marketing, product type, and product price, three angle analysis of the factors that influence the marketing and Internet marketing, product quality, product pricing, and product development is put forward from the four angles of specific strategy of optimization of smart technology products’ brand marketing. The experimental results show that the year-on-year growth rate of smart technology brand turnover is decreasing at the present stage. The increase rate of the turnover in 2019 is only 3.24%, far lower than that in 2015, and the growth rate of the turnover decreases by about 33%. At present, there are many problems in the marketing strategy of intelligent technology brands, and the optimization of marketing strategy is an urgent problem to be solved.

Keberadaan museum selama ini sering dianggap hanya sebagai tempat memamerkan koleksi budaya maupun sejarah saja, padahal sebenarnya dapat menjadi alternatif yang menarik untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Kesan membosankan yang menjadi polemik di berbagai museum di Indonesia harus ditepis dengan melakukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Salah satunya yaitu UPT Museum Balanga yang merupakan museum budaya di Kota Palangkaraya. Museum Balanga selain memiliki tempat yang strategis juga memiliki keunikan dari berbagai koleksi yang menunjukkan siklus hidup suku Dayak. Kenyataannya dari data pengunjung yang dihasilkan pada setiap tahun ternyata masih belum mencapai peningkatan yang maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Tahap penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, kemudian tahap analisis dengan membandingkan antara faktor eksternal peluang dan ancaman dengan faktor internal kekuatan dan kelemahan, dan yang terakhir yaitu tahap penetapan strategi berdasarkan marketing mix 7p yaitu product, price, place, promotion, process, people, dan physical evidence. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis kelebihan dan kekurangan pada UPT Museum Balanga serta memformulasikan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan jumlah pengunjung lokal maupun mancanegara. Pada hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UPT museum balanga perlu meningkatkan servis excellence dengan melakukan training dan menetapkan standar operasional pegawai, pembenahan terhadap interior dan eksterior desaign, melengkapi berbagai fasilitas penunjang seperti ruang multimedia, cafe dan lainnya, serta meningkatkan promosi dengan memanfaatkan berbagai media sosial dan bekerjasama dengan pihak-pihak terkait.The existence of museums has often been considered only as a place to display cultural and historical collections, when in fact it can be an interesting alternative place for tourists to visit. The boring impression that became polemic in various museums in Indonesia must be erased by carrying out the right marketing strategy. One of them is UPT Museum Balanga which is a cultural museum in Palangkaraya City. Besides having a strategic place, Balanga Museum also has uniqueness on various collections that shows the life cycle of Dayak tribe. But the fact is that the visitor data generated each year has not yet reached the maximum increase. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach using SWOT analysis. The research stage is carried out by collecting data, then the analysis phase by comparing the external factors of opportunity and threat with the internal factors of strengths and weaknesses. In the last step to support the SWOT analysis, the writer uses marketing mix 7p, which are product, price, place, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the UPT Museum Balanga and formulate an appropriate marketing strategy to increase the attractiveness and the amount of local and foreign visitors. The results of this study indicate that the UPT Museum Balanga needs to improve service excellence by conducting training and establishing operational standards for employees, improving the interior and eksterior design, equipping various supporting facilities such as multimedia rooms, cafes and others, and increasing promotion by utilizing various social media and collaborating with related parties.

The aim of this research is: (1) Identifying and analyzing internal and external environment of the company that influence the marketing strategy of Suoklat Cafe. (2) Formulating the alternative marketing strategy of Suoklat Cafe that is obtained from the analysis result. (3) Formulating and setting the strategy formula that is most suitable to improve Suoklat Cafe. The data collection is taken from April to August 2016 in Suoklat Cafe located in Surabaya.Internal Analysis (IFE) results the primary factor focusing on chocolate products with the score 0,172. Meanwhile, the main weakness from this business is the less appropriate management implementation process scoring 0, 117. When the two internal factors are combined, the average total score is 2, 635.External Analysis (EFE) results main opportunity that can be used by Suoklat Cafe in order to face the competition; hanging out culture in Cafe in Surabaya by 0,216. The main threat that can be obtained from the calculation shows through the strong factor of bargaining high supplier, scoring 0, 212. Based on the two external factors that is obtained, the average score is 2, 916. IE Analysis in Suoklat Cafe positions it in quadrant V, known as maintaining and preserving strategy. SWOT analysis results strategies that can be applied: (1) Maintaining the price, increasing the variation and the product quality in order to enchance the loyality and consumers' satisfactions, (2) Expanding the market share, (3) Maintaining and improving the service quality towards the consumers (4) improving the internal managemeny of the company (5) streghten the capital through cooperations with the media, the investors, and the governmeny agencies (6) analyzing the competitors to find out tje advantages and the disadvantages, and also streghten the consumer-supplier relationship to help increase the loyality (7) Improving the effeciency and effectiveness of the employee's work, expanding the location of the parking area or cooperating with local authorities, also increasing the technology. Jenang Karomah is a business brand that has been established for 24 years to experience the dynamics of sales ups and downs. It is estimated that there is a link between variables of marketing strategy and service quality, especially for women buyers. This variable encourages researchers to research more about marketing strategies which include product, price, place, promotion. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Jenang Karomah in Kudus and their impact on women's buying interest. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, namely observation and interviews as data collection techniques. The results found four strategies developed by Jenang Karomah. First, the product strategy; packing with a good color, shape and brand, although still found packaging that is less tidy or defective. Second, place strategy; Jenang Karomah is located near the Kudus City Center where the majority of the community are also jenang sellers which results in competition to attract women buyers. Third, pricing strategies; Jenang Karomah fluctuates prices, especially during the moments of the big day before Lebaran or celebration which results in women's buying interest becoming very selective. Fourth, promotion strategies; Jenang Karomah has done offline promotions, but lacks promotion based on internet technology, namely social media such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter which are widely used by young women as potential buyers. Four strategies developed by Jenang Karomah have influenced women's buying interest in Kudus City. The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach.
