The purpose of this study was to see if there was an influence between the lesson planning courses on the ability to make lesson plans for undergraduate students at PGSD STKIP-MB for the academic year 2020/2021. The method used in this studi is a correlational type with a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were all students who had taken lesson planning courses. The sample in this study uses saturated sapling, meaning that all members of the population 33 people are used as samples. The results showed that there was an influence between the lesson planning courses on the ability to make lesson plans, which resulted from the correction index value that had been obtained r was 0.653 (moderate of sufficient) from the results of hypothesis testing the value of tcount (0.463) > ttable (0.163), and because the value of tcount is greater that the value of ttable, H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. In other words, there was an influence between lesson planning courses on the ability to make lesson plans.

The study entitled "Improving teacher competence in preparing syllabus and lesson plans through ongoing academic supervision in SMP (Public Middle Schools) Negeri 2 Sabang" raised the issue of whether through continuous academic supervision it can improve teacher competence in preparing syllabi and lesson plans. This study aims to improve the competence of teachers in Sabang 2 Public Middle School in preparing syllabus and lesson plans. The subjects of this study were teachers of Sabang 2 Public Middle School in the 2016/2017 academic year, totaling 13 teachers, consisting of 10 PNS teachers and 3 non PNS teachers. The method used is the school action research method. Data collection is done by test and observation techniques. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. In the first cycle 31% of teachers obtained the appropriate syllabus and lesson plan and were considered good and in cycle 2 there were 100% of teachers who had syllabus and lesson plans that were appropriate and considered good. The conclusion of this research is that through ongoing academic supervision scientifically proven to improve teacher competence in preparing syllabus and lesson plans.

The purpose of this research is to knowing the application of the game isyruna sualan in enhancing language skills of speaks Arabic for students class VIIA MTsN 12 Banyuwangi 2018/2019 academic year. The fundamental problem is the low students on his willingness to learn arabic.The approach of this study used research a class action.The subject of this research are students and teachers of arabic language in class VIIA MTsN 12 banyuwangi. The data that used in this research are  picture , lesson plans , syllabus ,result of the lessons and records of  interviews. Data collection techniques with observation, , interview , documentation and also tests.The procedure of this study using models from kurt lewin, has to encompass, planning the act of, , observation and the reflections.The results found was the enhancing “hiwar” lessons with matter “baiti” use games language “isyruna sualan” after through two cycle with the details of the improvement of 76,41 % be 78,43 %. work completed.

This study examines the influence of leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management in Rakit Kulim sub-district, Indragiri Hulu, Riau. Regarding the objectives of this study, three hypotheses were formulated, namely leadership, competence and information technology on the accountability of village fund management. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, from 76 questionnaires distributed to the village government apparatus of the Rakit Kulim sub-district and all of them returned. To test the hypothesis, regression analysis was carried out using SPSS version 17.00. Before testing the hypothesis, testing the validity, reliability and classic regression assumptions is carried out. This study shows that leadership, competence and information technology have a significant effect on the accountability of village fund management.

Abstract Thepurpose of this study were (1) to determine the effectiveness and influence of the jigsaw cooperative learning model to improve the Arabic speaking skills of class XI IIS 1 MA Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of motivation and perceptions about vocational competency lessons on student learning results in SMKN 1 Pamekasan. The population consists of 119 students of class XI SMKN 1 Pamekasan academic year 2013-2014. 92 students as sample are taken by simple random sampling. Technique of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. This research used the quantitative approach and data were be analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the partially and simultaneously motivation and perceptions have a significant effect on student learning results in SMKN 1 Pamekasan. greatest Influence is perceptions on student learning by 37%

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload on organizational commitment withwork stress as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was undertaken forthis research. This research was conducted at PT. INDOLAKTO Purwosari with a total sample of 88 employees. Data collection was carried out using a survey questionnaire. The hypotheses in this study were tested by path analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of hypothesis testing showed that workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job Stress, Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job stress mediates the relationship between workload and organizational commitment.

AbstractThis research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Service Quality, Relation Quality, and Promotion, either partially or simultaneously on the priority of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) KC Banjarmasin. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method as data collection. The analysis technique used is descriptive and explanatory analysis, to explain causal relationships and hypothesis testing. <em>This research analyzes the information literacy skills of undergraduate students class PGSD UNS Kebumen in daily lectures activities. Information literacy is ability to find, evaluate and use the information effectively. This research was conducted in September 2018. This research use a quantitative approach, which using questionnaire for data collection. The questionnaire was made based on The Big 6 Information Literacy Models. The conclusion of this research is that students calss of PGSD UNS Kebumen already doing six steps of The Big 6 : they dicuss with other in doing works, they prefer use search engine in finding information rather than searching in library, they doing simple searching strategies in finding information and they understand in using citation.</em>

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of the use of numbered head models to the writing skills of speech text of grade IX students SMP Negeri 2 Kota Jambi Academic Year 2017/2018. The type of research used is quantitative and analyzed descriptively. The population that becomes the unit of analysis is all students of class IX G SMP Negeri 2 Kota Jambi as many as 36 students. The study used total sampling. Data collection techniques were conducted with questionnaires and assignments. Based on the results of the analysis, obtained the average value of post-test that has been taught by using the head model numbered 81.25 very good while the average value of pre-test is 71.25 good. This is evidenced by hypothesis testing using t test, in testing the hypothesis obtained value t count sebessar 9.881 greater than the value of ttable with dk 35 of 2.042 which means Ha accepted. Based on the hypothesis test that the numbered head model can be used by the teacher in speech writing lesson.Keywords: Write, Speech Text, Numbered Head Models.

Abstrak. Pokok masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kegiatan User Education bagi Mahasiswa Baru sebagai pemustaka dalam mengakses sumber-sumber informasi (resources). Kegiatan User Education diukur oleh tiga sub variabel yaitu pengetahuan mengenai berbagai sumber informasi, pemanfaatannya, dan kedisiplinan pemustaka. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah  mahasiswa baru  FPMIPA Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Teknik sampling menggunakan Purposive Random Sampling, dengan rumus Yamane. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 88 orang. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dengan skala Likert yang dibagi menjadi 5 kategori. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa kegiatan User Education dapat digambarkan bahwa pengetahuan mengenai sumber-sumber  pada mahasiswa baru FPMIPA dalam kategori cukup baik, untuk pemanfaatan sumber-sumber oleh mahasiswa baru  FPMIPA dalam kategori cukup baik, dan untuk kedisiplinan pemustaka pada mahasiswa baru FPMIPA dengan kategori baik. Kata Kunci  : UserEducation, Pemustaka, Resources, Kedisiplinan, Pengetahuan.Abstract. Background to the present study is the knowledge of students to maximize their search to find information from the resources available. Issue to the topic of discussion includes facts on interrelation between User Education and accesibility. User Education is measured by three  variables, namely user's knowledge on resources, benefiting of the resources, and user disciplinary. The population of this study is all newly Enrolled Student of FPMIPA, Indonesia University of Education batch of 2014 academic year, with samples taken as many as 88 students. Sampling techniques used is  Purposive  Random   Sampling   with   Yamane  Formula.   The   research   method  used  descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique used questionnaires with closed Likert scale of five categories. In terms of user'sused  descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique used questionnaires with closed Likert scale of five categories. In terms of user's resources knowledge on resources of the newly enrolled student FPMIPA  falls into the category of sufficient when benefiting the resources.
