This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online in compliance with the Badung Regency tax reporting. Sampling is done by method random sampling. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 143 taxpayers consisting of hotel, restaurant, parking and entertainment taxpayers. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique that is preceded by a classic assumption test and processed using the program SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate an increase in the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online will be followed by an increase in compliance with the tax reporting in the Badung Regency. And there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online in the compliance of the Badung district tax reporting.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

This study aims to determine the effect of education provided by parents in realizing rational economic behavior of students. The method used is a quantitative approach with a population of 659 students and a sample of 70 students. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that informal economic education had an influence in realizing rational economic behavior in the students of economic education in Makassar State University

The purpose of the study was to find out the description of Positioning, to find out the description of the Purchase Decision, to find out how much influence Positioning had on the Purchase Decision. The population in this study were students of the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang who had consumed Teh Botol Sosro as many as 16,291 and taken as many as 100 respondents using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% through random sampling method. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and classic assumption test. Tests were carried out with the help of SPSS version 24 software. The results of the study showed that the positioning partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This conclusion shows that positioning has a good influence so that it encourages consumers to make purchasing decisions on a product, especially Teh Botol Sosro products. Therefore, this research is expected to be carried out widely by future researchers.

Front Liner body to customer satisfaction Bank Muamalat branch Palangka Raya. The methods used in this research are quantitative methods, data collection techniques using Angket (questionnaire), the number of samples in this research is as many as 345 customers of Bank Muamalat in Palangka Raya. Sampling techniques are by means of random sampling techniques or randomized samples, the analytical techniques used to process the data are with techniques of simple linear regression analysis. Results of analysis using simple linear regression in the equation can be regression (Y = a + BX), changed known Y = 26,885 + 0205 x, then there is the influence of Bak quality to the satisfaction of Bank Muamalat customers in the city of Palangka Raya

Objective – To describe and determine the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions.Design/methodology/approach – This type of research is descriptive and verfikatif with random sampling of 120 respondents. The purpose of this research is to find out of the effect of service quality, product variants and product quality towards customer satisfaction. this research is focused on product or buyers at Batik Fajar Indah Surakarta. This research’s type quantitative descripte. this research’s population of this study were buyers for 3 months in 2020 is 1.350 and the sample of this researched is totally 100 responden. Data collection method use questionarie method with accidental sampling technique, and analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The concluded of this researched is servive quality, product variants and quality product influencences significantly towards customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai ASN sejumlah 156 orang. Melalui teknik Proportional Random Sampling dan rumus Slovin ditetapkan sampel sejumlah 61 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 38,1%; sedangkan sisanya 61,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data were processed and analyzed using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office. The influence of the leadership variable on the employee performance variable is 38.1%; while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract The objectives of the research are to find out determine the effect of the general manager's leadership style on employee performance at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi. This research was conducted on 38 employees of Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi who were respondents, data collection was done by questionnaire. Sampling is determined using the Total Sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents and using secondary data from the hotel. The analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The data in this study were processed with SPSS version 21. The results of this study showed leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Kharisma Hotel Bukittinggi.

This study discusses the influence the effectiveness of e-filing to Increase TaxpayerCompliance with Level of Security and Privacy as a variable Moderation on KPP Pratama Badung Utara. The data in this study was obtained from questionnaires distributed to taxpayers using random sampling method. Respondents were used in this study as many as 98 respondents. Hypothesis test used is simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate hat (1) the effectiveness of e-filing and significant positive effect on the Improvement of Taxpayer Compliance. This is proved by simple linear regression analysis obtained showed the value of R Square of 0.135. (2) Security and confidentiality can moderate (strengthen) influence the effectiveness of e-filing to increase compliance individual taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Badung Utara. This is evidenced through the analysis performed using Moderated Regression Analysis technique that provides value R square of 0.416.
