Head Master of school / madrasah as a leader in an educational institution which is the most important element in the course of the organization of educational institutions. As educational leaders, head master/madrasah has a number of tasks and responsibilities that difficult to regulate and set policy and determine the attitude and the purpose of educational institutions. To be able to do his responsibilities optimally, the head master of school / madrasah need to apply the appropriate leadership style to perform the task and responsibilities as leader of school / madrasah. In order that, the style of a person lead will greatly affect the organization that he leads, whether the influence is positive or negative, on the organization. The some reasons of the success of a leader are experienced, courage, initiative, assertive, thoughtful, fair, have tenacity, have a great spirit, able and willing to undertake full responsibility, can guarantee his teamwork and control of the issue and has deep sympathy and understanding.

There are several objectives of this paper including, to find out how leadership in the world of education (headmaster), discusses the leadership style in education, to study the leadership role of the principal and to improve coordination in carrying out tasks related to coordinating existing parties. The research method used is literacy collection in the form of books, articles and other reading papers. This paper complements the discussion about leadership, because the presence of leaders is needed in an organization, in this case the author focuses on education. In addition, leadership is needed in supporting the process of improving the quality of education, because the style or characteristics associated with leadership can improve and move individuals in the organization. The current leadership style in school management is no longer a force of coercion but uses a commitment based on togetherness so that all parties under educational leadership can contribute to achieving the educational goals to be achieved. Whereas the quality of educational outcomes is issued by educational institutions in a certain period of time. A leader from an educational institution will be a support for an educational institution to be able to get a quality educational institution Good leadership will encourage a strong educational institution to become better too.

The purpose of this study was the first purpose of this study to find out how the conditions of leadership in the world of education (headmaster) were described, in addition to knowing the leadership styles in education, to find out the leadership role of principals to face obstacles in carrying out their duties including coordinating their luggage. The research method used is literacy collection in the form of papers, books, articles and other readings. This paper complements the discussion about leadership. The existence of leaders is needed in an organization, this is because leaders will determine where they will be taken to the organization, in this case the author focuses on the field of education. In addition, leadership is needed in supporting the process of improving the quality of education, because the style or characteristics associated with leaders can influence and move individuals or groups within the organization they lead. The current leadership style in school management is no longer a force of coercion but uses commitment based on togetherness so that all parties under educational leadership can contribute to achieving the educational goals to be achieved. While the quality of education outcomes is approved by educational institutions at a certain time period. Supportive achievement or educational outcomes (student achievement) can consist of results of academic ability tests, or achievements in sports, senior or certain skills, and can also involve complexity or conditions that are not tangible (intangible) such as discipline, comfort, value respect noble values and so on. In improving the quality of this educational institution, the leadership role has a very strategic function. A leader from an educational institution will be a support for other educational institutions, especially communities, where educational institutions can get quality educational institutions.

Every human being should be a leader both for himself and his family. In reality, not all of human can become leader who are leading the people they lead. This swriting is going to describe the situational leaders who have a leadership style in accordance with the prevailing circumstances of the current rapid social change in the context of islamic education. To explain the situational leadership in islamic education, this paper reviewed various islamic literatures both national and internation cotext. Therefore, the findings of this resaerch were the leadership in islamic intitution is not able to adjust the situation with the current changes. Morever, the Islamic educational institution a leader leads will not be able to compete with the general and Islamic educational institutions that have modernized using the curriculum desired by the government and outside community.

The technology stages for the implementation of health-preserving activities by the manager of the general educational institution (GEI) were substantiated, namely: orientational (the development of the orientation of the manager of the GEI for the implementation of health-preserving activities, which is facilitated by familiarization of managers with the most important problems and experience of health development through education and comprehensive promotion of teacher training, considering their  personal needs and interests); cognitive (strengthening of the epistemological potential of the manager by systematization and generalization of professionally significant knowledge and ideas about the basics of human health and management of its preservation in the process of education); activity-productive (practical actions to plan, ensure, motivate and control the health-preserving of schoolchildren, which requires improvement of the set of skills associated with the implementation of management functions, and involves the use of active-discussion forms and methods of education and self-educational work).

Aims: Let's find out and analyze the influence of leadership style and employee competence with organizational climate as an intervening variable Study design:descriptive analysis method with correlational type Place and Duration of Study: at an Educational Institution in Banjarmasin Indonesia, between June 2020 and July 2021. Methodology: using descriptive analysis method with correlational type. The sample of this study were 53 educators and teaching staff in educational institutions as respondents. With the sampling technique using the Probability Sampling technique. This research is analyzed with Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS for Windows program. Results: 1) leadership style has a positive influence on organizational climate, 2) employee competence has a positive influence on organizational climate, 3) leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance, 4) employee competence has a positive influence on employee performance, 5) Organizational climate has a positive influence on employee performance, 6) leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance through organizational climate as an intervening variable and 7) employee competence has a positive influence on employee performance through organizational climate as an intervening variable. Conclusion: Leadership style and employee competence have an effect on employee performance, but the influence is higher if the organizational climate is created well.

The process of formation of information culture of young teen-agers requires the development of certain pedagogical conditions and their implementation in the educational process of a secondary educational institution. Under the pedagogical conditions of formation of information culture of young teen-agers should be understood the totality of organizational pedagogical circumstances, which correspond to the purpose of information culture of the young teen-ager and aim at achieving its effective formation. We classified as pedagogical conditions of formation of information culture of young teen-agers: - an active involvement of young teen-agers in the possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities and use them, based on their own and socially approving information needs; - direction of the forms and methods of extra-curriculum educational work of a secondary educational institution at achieving the tasks of forming of information culture; - organization of educational work in the direction of the basis of information culture of young teen-agers of a secondary educational institution based on the system-target approach. On the basis of secondary educational institutions the control stage our pilot study on the effectiveness of the implementation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the information culture of young teen-agers in the educational process was deployed. The expected outcome of the pedagogical diagnosis was the positive dynamics for all twelve indicators of the formation of information culture of young teen-agers of secondary educational institution towards an increase in the number of young teen-agers with sufficient and optimal levels of the formation of information culture and accordingly and downwards in the number of young teen-agers with an insufficient level of the formation of information culture. Thus, during the control stage of the experiment, we were analyzed simultaneously the data for twelve indicators of the formation of information culture of young teen-agers in the experimental and control groups of the control and recording stages of the experiment. For more significant to confirm improve results of indicators of the formation of information culture of young teen-agers and increase in turn level of information culture of young teen-agers, only in the experimental group, was based on hold our methods of mathematical statistics, namely the non-parametric criterion of signs (G-criterion) and the parametric Student’s criterion (t-criterion). The generalization of results of the experimental work in formation of the information culture in young teen-agers under conditions of a secondary educational institution were helped to make us breakthroughs that the pedagogical conditions for formation of the information culture of young teen-agers were developed and realized by us in the educational process of a secondary educational institution contribute to a qualitative increase of all the criterial indicators for formation of the information culture of young teen-agers. Thus, our implementation of the pedagogical conditions for formation of the information culture of young teen-agers in the educational process of a secondary educational institution is sufficient effective and contributes to the successful formation of the information culture of young teen-agers under conditions of a secondary educational institution.

This paper analyzes the representations of the major educational process participants (students, teachers and representatives of the school administration) concerning the various elements of the socio-psychological situation in the educational institution. We assumed that the substantive characteristics of socio-psychological situation are reflected in the representations of the major participants of the educational process, which can help to define the degree of homogeneity of representations in students and teachers, as well as the uniqueness of socio-psychological situation in an educational institution. We describe the progress and the results of research conducted in Moscow on the basis of state educational institutions of various profiles (gymnasium with intensive study of English secondary school with ethno-cultural component), which was attended by 308 people, 235 of whom were students, and 73 were teachers and representatives of the school administration. We reveal the features of representation of different participants of the educational process about such elements of socio-psychological situation as leadership style, the type of organizational culture and the parameters of social and psychological climate in the educational institution. We describe significant differences in the expression of the elements of social and psychological situation in educational institutions of various types.


Managing the usage of Local Area Network is an important task as it helps in maintaining the productivity of the LAN There exists tools for this purpose and most of them are web interface based, they can control and monitor the usage only when connected to internet. Moreover proper usage logging and usage control based on the already set schedule is also absent. Practically, this management do not suffice the need of higher educational institutions because the areas like accountability, usage logging and control is not addressed in this approach. Both are important factor of enhancing management of LAN. This research paper proposes a tool-LABGUARD to incorporate these features. Further the tool has been implemented using .Net Technology. As a result, the usage of systems was accountable, only the authorized user could access the assigned sites with granted privileges at the retrospective time. Thus the system became more accountable and secured. It also enhanced the control of administrator on entire lab setup. It also facilitates the administrator to retrieve log details.
