The technology stages for the implementation of health-preserving activities by the manager of the general educational institution (GEI) were substantiated, namely: orientational (the development of the orientation of the manager of the GEI for the implementation of health-preserving activities, which is facilitated by familiarization of managers with the most important problems and experience of health development through education and comprehensive promotion of teacher training, considering their  personal needs and interests); cognitive (strengthening of the epistemological potential of the manager by systematization and generalization of professionally significant knowledge and ideas about the basics of human health and management of its preservation in the process of education); activity-productive (practical actions to plan, ensure, motivate and control the health-preserving of schoolchildren, which requires improvement of the set of skills associated with the implementation of management functions, and involves the use of active-discussion forms and methods of education and self-educational work).

The process of formation of information culture of young teen-agers requires the development of certain pedagogical conditions and their implementation in the educational process of a secondary educational institution. Under the pedagogical conditions of formation of information culture of young teen-agers should be understood the totality of organizational pedagogical circumstances, which correspond to the purpose of information culture of the young teen-ager and aim at achieving its effective formation. We classified as pedagogical conditions of formation of information culture of young teen-agers: - an active involvement of young teen-agers in the possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities and use them, based on their own and socially approving information needs; - direction of the forms and methods of extra-curriculum educational work of a secondary educational institution at achieving the tasks of forming of information culture; - organization of educational work in the direction of the basis of information culture of young teen-agers of a secondary educational institution based on the system-target approach. On the basis of secondary educational institutions the control stage our pilot study on the effectiveness of the implementation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the information culture of young teen-agers in the educational process was deployed. The expected outcome of the pedagogical diagnosis was the positive dynamics for all twelve indicators of the formation of information culture of young teen-agers of secondary educational institution towards an increase in the number of young teen-agers with sufficient and optimal levels of the formation of information culture and accordingly and downwards in the number of young teen-agers with an insufficient level of the formation of information culture. Thus, during the control stage of the experiment, we were analyzed simultaneously the data for twelve indicators of the formation of information culture of young teen-agers in the experimental and control groups of the control and recording stages of the experiment. For more significant to confirm improve results of indicators of the formation of information culture of young teen-agers and increase in turn level of information culture of young teen-agers, only in the experimental group, was based on hold our methods of mathematical statistics, namely the non-parametric criterion of signs (G-criterion) and the parametric Student’s criterion (t-criterion). The generalization of results of the experimental work in formation of the information culture in young teen-agers under conditions of a secondary educational institution were helped to make us breakthroughs that the pedagogical conditions for formation of the information culture of young teen-agers were developed and realized by us in the educational process of a secondary educational institution contribute to a qualitative increase of all the criterial indicators for formation of the information culture of young teen-agers. Thus, our implementation of the pedagogical conditions for formation of the information culture of young teen-agers in the educational process of a secondary educational institution is sufficient effective and contributes to the successful formation of the information culture of young teen-agers under conditions of a secondary educational institution.

The article analyzes the problem of forming patriotism and citizenship during the period of students ’ education in higher educational institutions. Educational work is considered as an integral part of the educational activity of a higher educational institution. The goals and objectives of legal and civil patriotic education, its role in the formation of a fullfledged citizen and patriot of their country are formulated. The article reveals the successful experience of individual educational institutions in organizing mass events of a civil-patriotic orientation among students, as well as the difficulties and problems in conducting them. Special attention is paid to the experience of the Kazan National Research Technological University.

Administration has a very important message in education, where one of its important roles is to implement the principles of healthy human relations by emphasizing respect for everyone at the educational institution concerned and trying to connect and bring together educational institutions with the community towards development, progress and stability. The research method used is a literature search where researchers collect reference sources from books, journals, internet and other scientific sources. Then concluded by using language that is easier to understand. Educational administration is everything related to teacher training aimed at expanding knowledge and abilities in the field and administration studies. The educational administration process includes planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The scope of education administration includes administration of school governance, personal administration of teachers and staff, administration of students, supervision of teaching, implementation and guidance of curriculum, establishment and planning of school buildings and school relations with the community.


The article analyzes the role of free choice disciplines in the formation of universal or functional competencies, which are also called soft skills. It has been proven that mastering soft skills ensures both personal success in life and professional implementation, as well as further career growth of a modern graduate of a higher educational institution. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the main approaches to defining the essence and classification of soft skills in the works of both domestic and foreign scientists are determined and characterized. The publication analyzes and summarizes the ways of forming soft skills among students in the practice of higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Among them: the creation of a special educational environment, the restructuring of the educational process, which is dominated by such types of learning as project, problem-based, etc.; variety of forms and methods of teaching; extracurricular system, etc. It has been proven that a cycle of selective disciplines or author's courses plays an important role in ensuring the formation of soft skills. A significant place among them is occupied by the course "Pedagogy of Success", which in the 2020-2021 academic year was chosen by applicants for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education. The course is aimed at increasing the productivity of independent educational work and a positive attitude towards it among students of higher educational institutions, equipping them with strategies of self-esteem, the formation of a positive "I-concept"; effective distribution of time (time management); search, evaluation and information processing; active reading; improved memorization; submitting your own educational achievements; communication, ways to ensure personal work ability, etc.

The article is devoted to an actual pedagogical problem the creation of new valeological directions and services in the organization and content of education in educational institutions. The creation and establishment of the valeological service in educational institutions significantly expands the opportunities for continuing education of valeopedagogics. The modern education system needs qualified specialists who are prepared to work in the valeological service, which can be divided into medical, psychological, educational and social. The content of the activities of the valeological service may include preventive, correctional, diagnostic, educational, coordination, experimental, scientific and methodological, information and educational work. A modern educational institution is obliged to help every child maintain and develop health this is a priority and urgent problem of pedagogy. The proposed program of the valeological service Сenter for healthy child development, experimentally created and implemented in the work of schools in Ulan-Ude by teachers and students of the Pedagogical Institute of the Buryat State University, will help solve this problem. Considerable attention is paid to the mechanisms of formation, preservation, and health promotion of participants in the educational process. Visual Communication Design as a Promotion Tool is a project that tries to describe a process of media design to inform a message regarding the promotion of an institution that is engaged in education that is STKIP Pasundan. Selection STKIP Pasundan is based on the consideration that this educational institution has great potential to compete with other similar educational institutions engaged in the field of College of Teacher Training and Education. Almost all educational institutions engaged in teacher training have the same facilities make the competition more difficult. Educational institutions that have long standing really have to be clever in attracting students to stay active and prospective students increase along with the many educational institutions that stand. Visual Communication Design is an appropriate means of promotion in building the identity of STKIP Pasundan to be able to compete and have a good image among the community. The basic design concept used is the simplicity / simplicity with the green color identity that is always applied in every design design. This concept is a simple concept that is able to attract attention. Seeing the conditions and problems, designed a visual communication design that can function effectively and variably that can convey information about STKIP Pasundan profile in detail and creative until the community and work relations image STKIP Pasundan Cimahi can be a positive recognition

The article describes the results of studying the social and communicative development of preschool children, in particular – the features of interpersonal relationships of children brought up in different age groups of pre-school educational institutions. The studies aim is to identify the features of the sociometric structure of a group of different ages, motives and needs for communication, such communicative qualities as initiativity, selectivity, and stability of communication. Methods of research. The study was conducted in pre-school educational institutions in Petrozavodsk. To test the hypothesis, the following methods were used: sociometric method and the method of involved observation, quantitative and qualitative analysis. Discussion of results. Analysis of the results of the study showed that children in different age groups have specific features of social and communicative development, which may be the result of spontaneous socialization factors. Among the highlighted features there is an incomplete sociometric structure of the pre-school group of different ages, the dominance of pragmatic motivation for communication, the predominance of heterogeneous game groups by gender and age, rigid fixation of positions in communication, and strict normative regulation of interaction between children of different ages. It is concluded that the results obtained can be used to determine the directions of educational work of specialists, manage spontaneous factors of socialization in order to minimize their negative impact on the social development of children.
