Improving the efficiency of using tractor-transport units (tractor trains) in the central agricultural zone of the Amur Region is an economically important issue, especially relevant for small peasant farms. This is due to the fact that in such farms the area of fields occupied for the cultivation of agricultural crops is relatively small, while most of them belong to the category of slope lands. It was also found that during the periods of sowing and harvesting operations, traffic on agricultural roads is hampered by safety conditions due to regional climatic features, which include a large amount of precipitation. In this connection, the use of vehicles for the transportation of seed, fertilizers, plant protection products and other goods, and the export of crops in these conditions seems to be a rather complicated operation. It should be borne in mind that in many, the main energy means are wheeled tractors of class 1.4, and not cars of various cross-country ability, therefore, in order to increase the efficiency of the use of available mechanization means, it is necessary to use them for the transport of goods, and as part of multi-link tractor trains in particular. At the same time, when driving on on-farm field roads with a limited width, the turn of multi-link trains is difficult due to the failure of the second and subsequent aggregated trailers to comply with the safe transport corridor, since the second trailer, when turning, shifts to the center of the road and creates an emergency situation for oncoming traffic. In order to eliminate the identified shortcomings and create safe conditions for traffic, an automatic device was developed that allows you to shift the second trailer when turning from the center to the side of the passing traffic, thereby regulating the transport corridor and not creating emergency situations for oncoming traffic. The paper presents the results of experimental studies on the use of a transport unit consisting of a class 1.4 tractor and two 2PTS-4 trailers in the production modes of multi-link tractor trains. Keywords: TRACTOR, TURN, TURNING RADIUS, TRAILER, OFFSET, WIDTH OF THE TRANSPORT CORRIDOR, EFFICIENCY

Aviator Xpro EC 225 containing the active substance bixafen was assessed by VKM in spring 2013, and it was concluded that the metabolite M44 has potential for groundwater contamination. Furthermore, VKM assessed in late 2013 the relevance of this metabolite in accordance with the EU guidance document on metabolites in groundwater, and concluded that the malformations observed in rabbits exposed to the metabolite should be considered treatment related. VKM also concluded that the data presented to evaluate the possible genotoxic properties of the metabolite was insufficient to reach a conclusion. Based on this, the Norwegian Food Safety Authority rejected the approval of Aviator Xpro EC 225. The applicant has now submitted results from an in vivo study to strengthen the basis for assessment of genotoxic properties, and also submitted new historical controls in relation to the experimental studies on foetal developmental effects in rabbits. The VKM Panel on Plant Protection Products has discussed the questions raised by The Norwegian Food Safety Authority on the basis of the new data, and has the following opinion: On the assessment of genotoxic properties of the M44 metabolite of bixafen, one of the active ingredients of Aviator Xpro EC 225. It is the view of VKM Panel on Plant Protection Products that the new in vivo mouse micronucleus study, supplemented together with a separate study demonstrating bioavailability, overrides the results of the in vitro clastogenicity studies. Taken together, it is the opinion of VKM that under the conditions studied, M44 should be considered as non-genotoxic. On the assessment of the relevance of the foetal malformations in M44 exposed animals. VKMs Panel on Plant Protection products has assessed the arguments and new historical control data presented by the applicant, intended to show that metabolite M44 is not teratogenic. It is however the opinion of the Panel that the arguments and the new historical data provided by the applicant do not alter the panel’s previous conclusion; that the malformations observed in rabbits exposed to the metabolite M44 should be considered treatment related.

A method is proposed for recognizing pre-emergency conditions of rotary installations based on the use of the Hamming window and advanced Deep Learning techniques in retrospective analysis of the results of accounting for the factors of operation of a turbine generator, diagnostics and control under critical impacts. A program of experimental studies on the model of a turbine plant with simulation of faults and receiving vibration signals has been developed. An experiment based on the homostatic method of checking the signal with Hamming windows, in the frequency, time and modulation domains and common initial data, allows one to determine the most promising signal characteristics for identification. A method has been developed for monitoring the state of turbine generators in an automatic mode for timely notification of the CHPP personnel about the appearance of signs of pre-emergency situations, as well as about the nature of faults by the method of predicting the state of a pre-emergency situation using convolutional neural networks implemented in the form of a recurrent autoencoder. Clustering is applied and clusters are identified that correspond to the spectrograms of pre-emergency situations. The effectiveness of the use of the homostatic method in combination with correlation analysis is based on the decision-making model described in more detail in other works.

The efficiency of the tractor-transport unit is largely due to its mobility, which in turn depends on many interrelated factors, such as handling, stability of movement and agility. One of the most important factors is the turnability, which ensures the ability of the tractor-transport unit to perform curved movement efficiently and safely. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in increasing the efficiency of the tractor-transport unit by using multi-link tractor trains. (Materials and methods) The main deterrent to the use of multi-link tractor trains in the Russian Federation is the increase in the overall width of the turn lane. The article presents a device that allows you to adjust the turning radius of the second trailer in order to optimize the width of the transport corridor. By changing the point of connection of the links in the turn, the movement is stabilized and the width of the transport corridor of the second link (trailer) is adjusted when moving. The article presents parameters of maneuverability of the tractor-transport train. (Results and discussion) The article presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies of the influence of the design and technological parameters of the proposed device on the maneuverability parameters of multi-link tractor-transport units. (Conclusions) The use of a towing-distributing device allows optimizing the width of the transport corridor of a multi-link tractor-transport unit by changing the turning radius of the second trailer.

Plant protection activities are most important practices during crop production. Application of maximum pesticide products with the sprayer. The application of fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides is one of the most recurrent and significant tasks in agriculture. Conventional agricultural spraying techniques have made the inconsistency between economic growth and environmental protection in agricultural production. Spraying techniques continuously developed in recent decades. For pesticide application, it is not the only sprayer that is essential, but all the parameters like the type and area of the plant canopy, area of a plant leaf, height of the crop, and volume of plants related to plant protection product applications are very important for obtaining better results. From this point of view, the advancement in agriculture sprayer has been started in last few decades. Robotics and automatic spraying technologies like variable rate sprayers, UAV sprayers, and electrostatic sprayers are growing to Increase the utilization rate of pesticides, reduce pesticide residues, real-time, cost-saving, high compatibility of plant protection products application. These technologies are under the “umbrella” of precision agriculture. The mechanized spraying system, usually implemented by highly precise equipment or mobile robots, which, makes possible the selective targeting of pesticide application on desire time and place. These advanced spraying technologies not only reduces the labour cost but also effective in environmental protection. Researchers are conducting experimental studies on the design, development and testing of precision spraying technologies for crops and orchards.

The paper addresses the problem of increasing transportation safety due to usage of new possibilities provided by modern technologies. The proposed approach extends such systems as ERA-GLONASS and eCall via service network composition enabling not only transmitting additional information but also information fusion for defining required emergency means as well as planning for a whole emergency response operation. The main idea of the approach is to model the cyber physical human system components by sets of services representing them. The services are provided with the capability of self- contextualization to autonomously adapt their behaviors to the context of the car-driver system. The approach is illustrated via an accident emergency situation response scenario. “ERA-GLONASS” is the Russian state emergency response system for accidents, aimed at improving road safety and reducing the death rate from accidents by reducing the time for warning emergency services. In fact, this is a partially copied European e Call system with some differences in the data being transmitted and partly backward compatible with the European parent. The principle of the system is quite simple and logical: in the event of an accident, the module built into the car in fully automatic mode and without human intervention determines the severity of the accident, determines the vehicle’s location via GLONASS or GPS, establishes connection with the system infrastructure and in accordance with the protocol, transfers the necessary data on the accident (a certain distress signal). Having received the distress signal, the employee of the call center of the system operator should call the on-board device and find out what happened. If no one answers, send the received data to Sistema-112 and send it to the exact coordinates of the team of rescuers and doctors, and the last one to arrive at the place is given 20 minutes. And all this, I repeat, without the participation of a person: even if people caught in an accident will not be able to independently call emergency services, the data on the accident will still be transferred. In this work intended to add some information about applying system project in Uzbek Roads especially mountain regions like “Kamchik” pass. The Kamchik Pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 2.306 m above the sea level, located in the Qurama Mountains in eastern Uzbekistan and its length is about 88km.The road to reach the pass is asphalted, but there are rough sections where the asphalt has disappeared. It’s called A373. The old road over the pass was by passed by a tunnel built in 1999. On the horizon, the snow-capped peaks of the Fan Mountains come into view. The pass is located in the Fergana Valley between the Tashkent and Namangan Regions.

Water shortage and drought are a growing problem in Europe. Therefore, effective methods for limiting its effects are necessary. At the same time, the “field to fork” strategy adopted by the European Commission aims to achieve a significant reduction in the use of plant protection products and fertilizers in the European Union. In an experiment conducted in 2018–2020, the effect of the method of foliar fertilization containing silicon and potassium on the yield and technological quality of sugar beet roots was assessed. The fertilizer was used in seven combinations, differing in the number and time of application. The best results were obtained by treating plants during drought stress. The better soil moisture for the plants, the smaller the pure sugar yield increase was observed. It is difficult to clearly state which combination of silicon and potassium foliar application is optimal, as their effects do not differ greatly.
