Abstract, Distance Learning should be well prepared from planning, implementing, to evaluating learning. This encourages research to examine how the role of teachers in the learning process is seen from the learning process. The focus of this research is to describe the Role of Teachers in the Implementation of Distance Learning, from the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research model. This research was conducted at MI Mathlau'ul Huda with the subject of the research being the teachers, in this case the teachers were given questionnaires and interviews to find out some indicators of the teacher's role, (1) the teacher's role as a source of learning in distance learning the teacher provided the source of learning among them namely the theme books and programs that the government made through television namely on TVRI; (2) the teacher's role as a demonstrator in this distance learning where the teacher provides facilities such as media for example with video media to help students in the learning process; (3) the teacher's role as a motivator gives the teacher motivating students. The motivation provided by the teacher also varies, there are those who provide motivation with rewards and also those that go directly to students (4) the role of the teacher as a manager in distance learning here the teacher acts as a manager of learning so that learning can be directed according to the basic competencies and learning objectives that must be achieved; (5) the teacher's role as an evaluator here the teacher's role is to provide an evaluation in order to know the extent to which students master a learning material. Abstrak, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh seyogianya harus dipersiapkan dengan baik dari mulai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, sampai kepada evaluasi pembelajaran. Hal ini mendorong penelitian untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan dilihat dari proses pembelajaranya. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh, dari mulai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MI Mathlau’ul Huda dengan subjek penelitianya adalah para guru, dalam hal ini para guru diberikan angket dan wawancara untuk mengetahui beberapa indikator dari peran guru, (1) peran guru sebagai sumber belajar, dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh guru memberikan sumber belajar, yaitu buku tema dan program yang pemerintah buat melalui televisi yaitu di TVRI; (2) peran guru sebagai demonstrator, pada pembelajaran jarak jauh ini dimana guru memberikan fasilitas seperti, media contohnya dengan media video untuk membantu siswa dalam proses pembelajaran; (3) peran guru sebagai motivator, guru memberikan memotivasi kepada peserta didik. Motivasi yang diberikan guru juga beragam ada yang memberikan motivasi dengan reward dan juga ada yang melalui langsung kepada peserta didik (4) peran guru sebagai pengelola, dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh disini guru berperan sebagai pengelola pembelajaran, agar pembelajaran dapat terarah sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar dan tujuan pembelajaran yang harus dicapai; (5) peran guru sebagai evaluator disini guru berperan untuk memberikan evaluasi agar mengetahui sejauh mana peserta didik menguasai suatu materi pembelajaran. Terakhir mengenai faktor pendukung dan penghambat peran guru dalam pelaksanan pembelajaran jarak jauh.

This study discusses the role of the teacher in increasing student motivation in learning Indonesian. The teacher is a very important figure in the teaching and learning process as a mediator, facilitator, and leader in the class. Teachers and students must be able to communicate well as the principle of communication between teacher and students so that learning goes well. The focus of this research is how the teacher's role in increasing student motivation towards learning Indonesian in Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga Elementary School. This study uses a questionnaire or questionnaire technique with a population of 53 teachers and 30 subjects or half of the subjects.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the important role of educators in the achievement of distance learning outcomes at MI Al-Mursyidiyyah. The method used is the mixing method, where the sources studied come from the results of the literature review and the results of questionnaire processing. The results of the questionnaire processing and literature review provided 3 important discussion points, namely; (1) PJJ (Distance Learning), (2) The Role of Teachers in Distance Learning and, (3) Criteria for Achievement of Learning Outcomes. Seeing the current situation, the role of educators must be optimized so that they can carry out their roles and the learning process properly. Educators not only convey material, but also must be able to design a learning process that is as attractive as possible by using learning media such as online games and so on, so that educators can attract the attention of students so that they remain enthusiastic in the learning process.

Guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menanggulangi kenakalan yang terjadi pada siswa, dan berperan membentuk akhlak yang baik bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kenakalan siswa dan untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam menanggulangi kenakalan siswa kelas VIII di MTs Hidayatus Sholihin Turus (Gurah). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sebagai informasi yang lengkap dan mendalam mengenai peran guru aqidah akhlak dalam menanggulangi kenakalan siswa kelas VIII di MTs Hidayatus Sholihin Turus (Gurah) sehingga metode yang sesuai digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kenakalan siswa adalah faktor lingkungan dan pengaruh dari teman-temannya. Jenis pelanggaran yang sering dilakukan adalah merokok, membolos, dan pulang sebelum waktunya. Sementara itu guru aqidah akhlak memiliki peran dalam menanggulangi kenakalan siswa melalui proses pembelajaran dengan mengaitkan antara bab yang dipelajari dengan kehidupan sehari-hari dan bekerja sama dengan guru lainnya untuk mengambil suatu tindakan atau untuk memanggil orang tua apabila terdapat siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran cukup berat   Teachers have a very important role in overcoming delinquency that occurs in students, and play a role in forming good morals for students. This study aims to determine the factors causing student delinquency and to determine the teacher's role in tackling the delinquency of class VIII students at MTs Hidayatus Sholihin Turus (Gurah). This study uses data as complete and in-depth information about the role of aqidah moral teachers in overcoming delinquency in class VIII students at MTs Hidayatus Sholihin Turus (Gurah) so that the appropriate method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results showed that the factors that influence student delinquency are environmental factors and the influence of their friends. The types of violations that are often carried out are smoking, truancy, and coming home prematurely. Meanwhile, the Aqidah Morals teacher has a role in tackling student delinquency through the learning process by linking the chapters studied with everyday life and collaborating with other teachers to take an action or to call parents if there are students who commit serious violations.

The occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic around the world has resulted in changes in various lives, including in the field of education. The government policy requiring studying from home, working from home and praying at home in the first week felt very sudden. And make the confusion of parents and teachers compounded by the lack of preparation for distance learning. As learning materials at home, assignments from student books are given. During this pandemic, more children will be at home, this is an effort made to break the chain of the spread of Covid, which has not yet subsided, even continues to grow. For the effectiveness of learning at this time the role of parents is very important, because the responsibility for education that is usually held by teachers while in school now completely shifts to both parents.Parents must accompany their children more in learning, be more attentive during learning, because when children are given freedom during unsupervised learning, not a few children take the opportunity to play online games, surf in cyberspace such as playing Facebook, Instagram, and other interesting applications, because in the learning process children are facilitated with cellphones plus a quota package that makes it easy to access whatever they want. ABSTRAKMasa pandemi covid 19 telah mengganggu proses belajar tatap muka di sekolah. Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) secara daring menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Oleh karena itu perlu peranan media agar siswa tidak jenuh dalam belajar. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah menerapkan powtoon sebagai salah satu alternatif media dalam PJJ di SDN II Kedungdawa Kabupaten Cirebon. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan dengan harapan guru termotivasi mengintegrasikan IT secara maksimal untuk membuat video pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam proses belajar. Metode dalam kegiatan PKM terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu observasi, identifikasi masalah, solusi, dan evaluasi. Peserta dalam pengabdian ini sebanyak 28 siswa kelas VI. Hasil pemanfaatan media powtoon diantaranya meningkatkan motivasi siswa, pembelajaran tidak membosankan, dan materi lebih mudah dipahami. Selain itu adanya ketertarikan guru untuk dapat membuat media powtoon sendiri merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan PKM yang telah dilakukan. Oleh karena itu  sebagai rekomendasi tim akan merancang kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan powtoon yang menarik, variatif dan interaktif sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran bagi guru di SDN II Kedungdawa Kabupaten Cirebon Kata kunci: powtoon; pembelajaran jarak jauh; media pembelajaran. ABSTRACTThe Covid 19 pandemic has disrupted the face-to-face learning process in schools. Distance learning is an alternative to overcome this problem. Therefore we need the role of the media so that students are not bored in learning. The purpose of this community service activity is to implement the powtoon as an alternative media in distance learning at SDN II Kedungdawa, Cirebon Regency. PKM activities are carried out with the hope that teachers are motivated to optimally integrate IT to make learning videos that can be used in the learning process. The method in PKM activities consists of 4 stages, namely observation, problem identification, solution, and evaluation. Participants in this activities were 28 students in grade sixth.The results of using powtoon media include increasing student motivation, learning is not boring, and the material is easier to understand. In addition, the teacher's interest in being able to make their own powtoon media is an indicator of the success of the PKM that has been carried out. Therefore, as a recommendation, the team will design training activities for making powtoon that are interesting, varied and interactive as an effort to improve the quality of learning for teachers at SDN II Kedungdawa, Cirebon. Keywords: powtoon; distance learning; material teaching.

The World of Business and the World of Industry requires competent human resources and prioritizes human resources who have character according to company criteria. As a school that prepares students to enter the world of work, Vocational High School is required to answer the needs of the world of work. From this problem, this research was conducted to see the effect of character education and the role of teachers on the competence of students majoring in accounting and financial institutions at SMKN 1 Toraja Utara, using quantitative research methods. The research results showed a positive influence between character education and student competence shown in the sig results. Deviation from linearity of character education 0.641> 0.05, which means that there is a linear relationship between character education and student competence, further proof is done through a correlation test which shows a significant result of 0.00 <0.05 and a Pearson Correlation value of 0.715, which means that there is a correlation between character education and student competence. With the degree of strong category relationship. Likewise, the teacher's role in student competence has a positive influence on sig results. Deviation from the linearity of character education is 0.333> 0.05, which means a linear relationship between the teacher's role and student competence. A correlation test is carried out which shows a significant result of 0.00 <0.05 and a Pearson Correlation value of 0.647, meaning a correlation between the teacher's role and student competence with degrees strong category relationship. From the results of the F test, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence of character education and the role of teachers on the competence of students in financial accounting expertise programs and institutions at SMKN 1 Toraja Utara, where Fcount is more significant than F table (20,798. 3,33), with a significance value of 0,000. <0.05. Likewise, it can be seen from the coefficient of determination of 0.598, which means that 59.8% of character education and the role of teachers affect student competence, while variations influence the remaining 40.2% in other variables.

This study aimed to analyze student perceptions regarding the role of teachers in classroom learning compared to online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic by applying a quantitative approach with a survey method. Population in this study was students throughout Indonesia who were actively learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.  The research used Cluster Sampling technique by distributing online forms to students studying at home in all provinces in Indonesia, from Aceh to Papua; while sampling was conducted by random system. Chi square data analysis was carried out to analyze the close relationship between two variables that had nominal data. The results showed that almost all respondents (683 students or 93.8% of them) preferred face-to-face learning with teachers, while a small portion of 45 respondents (6.2%) liked face-to-screen learning (online). Out of 728 respondents, 647 students (88.9%) thought that the teacher's role could not be replaced by technology, and 81 students (11.1%) thought that the teacher's role could be replaced by technology. Thus, it can be concluded that most students in Indonesia still preferred face-to-face learning in class. Inequality in the distribution of learning resources such as internet network and teacher competence became a major problem in online learning, especially for students who lived in rural and disadvantaged areas.

Education produced quality generations, whether formal or informal. The mandate of Law No. 20 of 2003 states that Education was a conscious and planned effort to create an atmosphere of learning and learning process so that learners actively develop their potential to have strength spiritual, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills which is needed them and society. The author analyse there was a gap in the process of applying the curriculum. Keep in mind the geographical, cultural and access in different regions of Indonesia, it becomes an obstacle in the education service. The results obtained that students' understanding of school.  The subject matter was weak. At the moment the teacher's role was only as a symbol that  carried out teaching assignments in the classroom, without evaluating whether his or her students can understand what has been said? Teachers were only trying to live out what the government has set, but those who accepted the risks are scholars as receiving education.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> Education in this globalization era is no longer teacher-centered, but student-centered. Students must be more active in the learning process, as constructivistic learning theories. This theory bases the learning process on students who construct their own knowledge. So the teacher's role is not too dominant but still provides guidance during the learning process. Through the TANDUR type quantum learning model students, besides building their own knowledge, also explore learning material and associate it with real life. So the learning process will be more fun, interesting, and arouse students' interest in learning.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Pendidikan di era globalisasi saat ini bukan lagi berorientasi pada guru, namun berfokus kepada siswa. Siswa harus lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, sebagaimana terdapat dalam teori belajar konstruktivistik. Teori ini mendasarkan proses pembelajaran pada siswa yang mengonstruk sendiri pengetahuannya. Sehingga peran guru tidak terlalu dominan tapi tetap memberikan bimbingan selama proses pembelajaran. Melalui model pembelajaran kuantum tipe TANDUR, siswa dapat membangun sendiri pengetahuannya juga mengeksplorasi materi pembelajaran dan mengaitkannya dengan kehidupan sebenarnya. Dengan demikian, proses belajar mengajar akan semakin menyenangkan, menarik serta membangkitkan minat belajar siswa.
