Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of physical workplace factors on the performance of employees; a case study of Huduma Centre Kenya -Nyeri county.Methods:  Descriptive research design was used and sample of 48 employees serving the 21 operational desks and 1 customer care desk was studied from the total population of 48 Huduma Centre-Nyeri County employees. During the study, data was collected from the respondents using questionnaires. Data analysis was done using Microsoft excel computer packages and information was presented through bar charts, tables and pie charts.Results: It was established that physical workplace aspects had a great contribution towards the organizations’ performance in Huduma Centre, Nyeri County.Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: Companies must comply with the environmental standards in all stages of a business development. The natural environmental factors affect the total costs of a firm in terms of equipment and assurance procedures to meet regulatory requirements.

The researcher evaluated various characteristics of a workplace environment.Results: The findings indicated that psychosocial workplace aspects contribute to the success of individuals, groups, organizations, industries, and nations. It was established that psychosocial workplace aspects had a great contribution towards the organizations’ performance in Huduma Centre, Nyeri County.Unique contribution to theory, practice and policy: From the research carried out it is recommended that Supervisors interpersonal role is important to encourage positive relations and increase self-confidence of the employee and in return improve employee performance. Skilled and respected people are available to employees to help them to perform better in their current role and to assist them develop further into a future role. Immediate supervisors act as advocates for employees, gathering and distributing the resources needed by the employees for them to be able to do a good job and providing positive encouragement for a job well done.

<p>Tangerang Regency is an area located in Tatar Pasundan, Banten Province, Indonesia. This area is located 30 km west of Jakarta and 90 km southeast of Serang. With an annual population growth rate of ± 2.15 percent, the total population of Tangerang Regency in 2020 is ± 2,838,621 according to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of South Tangerang Regency. South Tangerang Regency which has an area of 959.6 kilometers. This research was conducted to determine the feasibility level of the Park and Ride development plan in Tangerang Regency. Traffic counting surveys and interviews were carried out on main road sections which were then processed using Microsoft Excel to determine the parking accumulation until the fluctuation of motorbikes and cars was known. Furthermore, the interview data is processed to determine the amount of public interest in the development of Park and Ride which is reviewed based on gender, age, trip duration, trip intent, parking duration, monthly fuel expenditures, desired parking rates and those who agree to use Park and Ride when the survey was conducted. at 06.00-21.00 WIB on the road in the Cisauk Station area. From the results of processing this data using Microsoft Excel, it was found that the characteristics of Park and Ride facilities users and also the number of users of Park and Ride facilities for motorbikes were 2349, while for cars of 272 with a plan age until 2021, this proves there is a need for increased interest in motorbikes. Park and Ride development at Cisauk Station, Tangerang Regency.</p>

The Relationship

The superficial understanding and application of cultural values in the life of a pluralistic community is the main reason to conduct this research as a way to introduce the importance of national identity to students through mathematics learning. The provision of real-life problems in this study is expected to enhance the relationship between reality and mathematical knowledge. The old mosque of Tosora in Wajo can be an alternative to introduce mathematical activities based on local wisdom (ethnomathematics). This is qualitative descriptive research using a case study. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data triangulation was used to check the validity. Furthermore, the data were analysed through Spradley model based on domain analysis and taxonomic analysis. The results showed that the old mosque of Tosora contains some mathematical concepts, mainly geometry. In addition to the philosophy of the building, the four pillars namely panrita (wise and honest), warani (brave), macca (intelligent), and sugi (rich) become the focal principles of Buginese’s life.

Abstract: The objectives of this research are: (1) describing reading corner planning at SDN 1 Lesanpuro Kedungkandang Malang City, (2) describing organizing reading corner at SDN 1 Lesanpuro Kedungkandang Kota Malang, (3) describing the implementation of reading corner in SDN 1 Lesanpuro Kedungkandang Malang City, (4) describes the supervision of reading corner at SDN 1 Lesanpuro Kedungkandang Malang, (5) describing the development of reading angles so as to increase the interest in reading learners, (6) describing the impact From the reading corner at SDN 1 Lesanpuro Malang City. The approach used is a qualitative approach, this type of research is descriptive research. The research plan used is a case study. Data analysis models used by researchers are models Milles and Huberman. Then check the validity of data using triangulation, member checking, overtime observation, improving persistence, and sufficiency of reference material. Based on the analysis of the data that has been done, the research conclusion is: (1) The planning is done by conducting meetings that include infrastructure and habituation programs, procurement of goods needed through School treasurer, and the arrangement of infrastructure to the designated place; (2) Organizing is done by delegating duties to members who have already written on the organizational structure; (3) The implementation of the reading corner includes a silent read, retelling the summary of the story on the read book, and writing good; (4) Some of the things that become evaluation of reading corner activity are less reading material, reading interest of students, maximising time to visit reading corner, order students when in reading corner; (5) The strategy is done by establishing cooperation with parents and the public library of Malang City; (6) The impact of reading angle programs is to develop 4 aspects of language that students have, i.e. reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan perencanaan sudut baca di SDN 1 Lesanpuro Kedungkandang Kota Malang, (2) mendeskripsikan pengorganisasian sudut baca di SDN 1 Lesanpuro Kedungkandang Kota Malang, (3) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan sudut baca di SDN 1 Lesanpuro Kedungkandang Kota Malang, (4) mendeskripsikan pengawasan sudut baca di SDN 1 Lesanpuro Kedungkandang Kota Malang, (5) mendeskripsikan pengembangan sudut baca sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat baca peserta didik, (6) mendeskripsikan dampak dari adanya sudut baca di SDN 1 Lesanpuro Kota Malang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Sedangkan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Model analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah model Milles dan Huberman. Kemudian melakukan pengecekan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi, pengecekan anggota, perpanjangan waktu pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, dan kecukupan bahan referensi. Berdasarkan analisis data yang sudah dilakukan, simpulan penelitian ini adalah: (1) perencanaan yang dilakukan adalah dengan melaksanakan rapat yang meliputi sarana prasarana dan program pembiasaan, pengadaan barang-barang yang dibutuhkan melalui bendahara sekolah, dan penataan prasarana ke tempat yang sudah ditentukan; (2) pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan mendelegasikan tugas kepada anggota yang sudah tertulis pada struktur organisasi; (3) pelaksanaan sudut baca meliputi kegiatan membaca senyap, menceritakan kembali ringkasan cerita pada buku yang sudah dibaca, dan menulis kebaikan; (4) Beberapa hal yang menjadi bahan evaluasi program sudut baca yaitu bahan bacaan yang kurang, minat baca siswa, memaksimalkan waktu untuk mengunjungi sudut baca, ketertiban siswa saat berada di sudut baca; (5) Strategi dilakukan dengan menjalin kerjasama dengan orang tua siswa dan Perpustakaan Umum Kota Malang; (6) Dampak program sudut baca adalah mengembangkan 4 aspek bahasa yang dimiliki siswa yaitu membaca, menulis, berbicara, dan mendengarkan.

The use of modules in learning aims so that students can learn independently without or with the guidance of the lecturer. There is no teaching material as a learning guide that meets the needs of students in IT-based mathematics learning courses in the form of LKM, Modules or textbooks.This study aims at finding and examining further the response of students to ICT-based mathematics learning modules. The form of this research is descriptive research. The research subjects of the even semester students are 2018/2019 in ICT-based mathematics learning courses. The instrument used was a student response questionnaire. Data collection techniques using a Likert scale through Google Form. The data was processed using Microsoft Excel 2010. The results showed that student’s responses to the ICT-based mathematics learning module as a whole were positive with an average on the material Aspects, the Interest Aspects of the module and the Module Aspects respectively of 92, 42%, 87 % and 93, 16%.. Thus it can be concluded that ICT-based mathematics learning using modules can be applied.

This study mainly focuses on customer care management and customer loyalty. Even though there are many experiential studies about customer care management and customer loyalty system, the lack of studies on customers in Karabük and Safranbolu locally, has leaded to focus on this study. Thus, this study mainly focuses on the influence of customer care treatments of banks in Karabük and Safranbolu on customer loyalty. Descriptive research type was used in the study. In this study simple random sampling method was used which is one of the probability sampling method, face to face surwey to all 726 participants was used for the study. As the result of the experiential study, the attendance and influence of customer care management and loyalty systems have been comparatively low, but it has been figured out that customer care management system influences customer loyalty level.

Self-stigma experienced by people who experience schizophrenia has influence on reduced self-esteem, on powerlessness, the weakening of hope, and a motivation towards recovery. The aim of this study is to explain the efforts of people suffering schizophrenia to manage their self-stigma through self-control, using a case study approach. Based on the purposive sampling technique, five people with schizophrenia were selected as the cases to be studied. Data collection techniques utilized in-depth interviews, observation, and documentary studies. The analysis of the study data employed the stages of data reduction, data display, and data verification. Improvement in study quality employed the triangulation of data sources by checking the data to determine its consistency. The results of this study indicate that people with schizophrenia who have the ability to self-control can overcome self-stigma through changes in the manner of viewing themselves, self-training through activities, having endurance, having an honest approach, being able to explain schizophrenia from a positive viewpoint, having initiative, and having a positive attitude and the courage to face challenges.

One of the tasks in the field of marketing finance is to analyze customer data to find out which customers have the potential to do credit again. The method used to analyze customer data is by classifying all customers who have completed their credit installments into marketing targets, so this method causes high operational marketing costs. Therefore this research was conducted to help solve the above problems by designing a data mining application that serves to predict the criteria of credit customers with the potential to lend (credit) to Mega Auto Finance. The Mega Auto finance Fund Section located in Kotim Regency is a place chosen by researchers as a case study, assuming the Mega Auto finance Fund Section has experienced the same problems as described above. Data mining techniques that are applied to the application built is a classification while the classification method used is the Decision Tree (decision tree). While the algorithm used as a decision tree forming algorithm is the C4.5 Algorithm. The data processed in this study is the installment data of Mega Auto finance loan customers in July 2018 in Microsoft Excel format. The results of this study are an application that can facilitate the Mega Auto finance Funds Section in obtaining credit marketing targets in the future

The study of replanting models for smallholding oil palm plantation analysis is focus on smallholders and cooperatives' readiness assessment involves in replanting and business development program. The research objects are four oil palm plantantion cooperatives (KPS) in Ophir, West Pasam: KPS Perintis, KPS Indah, KPS Maju and KPS Makmur. Smallholders readiness in replanting and business development program was assessed through three criterias, which are ability to repay of debt, good faith to join community, and cooperative capacity. The results showed that smallholders in KPS Ophir are basically ready and feasible in obtaining financing and follow the oil palm replanting program, but access to financing and regulations that requires avalis become constrains for the smallholders.
