The rapid development of information technology has provided a new opportunity for the development of college English teaching in China. Under the background of informationization, the reform of college English teaching can meet the students' demand for individualized and differentiated learning. This paper analyzes the current situation of college English teaching and English teaching mode of information technology, and puts forward the strategy of English teaching reform under the background of informationization, in order to improve students’ English proficiency in all aspects and promote the rapid development of English education and teaching in colleges and universities.

This paper aims to explore the construction of monitoring system of autonomous learning for college English. Dynamic development of autonomous learning was explained briefly. It also discussed connotation and features of the monitoring of autonomous learning. Finally, the monitoring system of autonomous learning was created after analyzing the current situation of students’ autonomous learning activities. It points out that interaction between inner and external monitoring system is beneficial to the progress for English learners; Joint efforts of all of the elements in the system contribute to the efficiency of college English teaching.

This article takes college English blending teaching in Hetao College as an example to analyze the concept of case teaching method under OBE mode. The author combines the application value of the case teaching method under the OBE mode and the current research on the current situation of computer English teaching to decompose the learning task. This article studies how to choose suitable teaching cases, how to guide students do well teamwork, how to improve the comprehensiveness of the assessment system, and how to reverse design the curriculum system. The author’s purpose is to enhance the effectiveness of college English classroom teaching and enhance students’ comprehensive learning ability.

This paper first makes an overview of blended teaching mode, and then analyzes the impact of the epidemic on college English teaching and the necessity of carrying out online live teaching. Finally, taking the current situation of online teaching in Universities in X city as an example, this paper puts forward some suggestions on Blended college English teaching based on online live teaching during the epidemic period, hoping to contribute to the improvement of teaching quality with a modest effort.

<p>As blended learning enters the college English reform in China, more and more researchers have made attempts to explore the effects of blended learning context. <p>With the increasingly frequent economic and cultural exchanges between countries, in order to better promote the exchange between China and the world, it is necessary to improve the practicality of English teaching, so as to better meet the needs of daily communication. English using ability plays an irreplaceable role in national construction, however, as Chinese universities are still affected by exam-oriented education in English teaching, they are more inclined to use professional terms in English knowledge teaching which are rarely used in real life. The cultivation of students&rsquo; autonomous learning ability is one of the significant and essential tasks of college English teaching. In this paper, the current situation of college students&rsquo; insufficient autonomous English learning ability is thoroughly analyzed. Some effective and feasible strategies to cultivate students&rsquo; autonomous English learning ability are put forward based on the factors that influence this ability. Interaction, continuous thinking, cultural introduction and a good network environment are indispensable to develop and enhance this autonomous learning ability.
