For the whole process of civil engineering construction, slope support technology is a very key technical point of civil construction. Engineering and technical personnel shall be able to fully ensure the safety and firmness of the foundation structure of the engineering slope by setting up retaining walls or using other slope support treatment techniques, and extend the safe service life of civil engineering. Under this premise, engineering and technical personnel must integrate the technical measures of slope support into the construction process of civil engineering.

The application of BIM Technology in civil engineering construction is one of the important trends of the innovation and development of the current construction market and the realization of efficient construction. Through the application of BIM Technology in civil engineering, the whole process of engineering construction can be monitored and managed, the whole civil engineering construction level can be improved, and the quality of engineering construction can be met. In this paper, through the application of BIM Technology in the construction management of construction engineering, the information technology means, visual characteristics and dynamic mode strengthening project management model based on itself are studied. In this paper, through the three-dimensional technical means to build the model, strengthen the systematic supervision of the construction project. The experimental results show that the model can better guarantee the construction completion on schedule, improve the construction quality and reduce the construction cost.

This paper makes a study on the stress and deformation of complex steel structure in the process of hoisting and erection combining with an actual project, to determine the proper hosting and erection techniques in order to offer references and examples for other similar engineering construction. Tianjin Gallery is one of six projects of Tianjin Cultural Center. The steel structure project has an intense time limit, complex project requirements, heavy major diameter steel pipe columns, roof steel trusses in large quantity and huge work amount. In this study, we made a computational simulation and analysis to the work progress using ANSYS to find out the weak links and key control points of work progress in advance. Meanwhile, we monitored and controlled the whole process. The actual monitoring results tally with theoretical calculation data.

BACKGROUND For patients with chronic diseases requiring long-term use of medications who are quarantined at home, the management of medication therapy during the COVID-19 epidemic is a problem that pharmacists urgently need to discuss and solve. OBJECTIVE To establish an online pharmacy consulting service model and to launch the application of tele-pharmacy services during the COVID-19 epidemic. METHODS To establish a remote pharmaceutical service model based on a medication consultation service platform under the official account of the "Beijing Pharmacists Association" on the social software WeChat app, obtain the medication consultation records from February 28 to March 27, 2020, and perform a statistical analysis of the information about the patients seeking consultation, consultation process, content and follow-up results. RESULTS The medication consultation service system and tele-pharmacy service model based on social software were established in February 2020. The "Cloud Pharmacy Care" platform had 915 views and 43 followers and completed 13 counselling cases in the first month. Counselling was available for patients of all ages; of the 13 cases, 61.54% of patients were young and middle-aged. During the COVID-19 epidemic, the long-term medication usage problems of patients with chronic disease were effectively addressed using "Cloud Pharmacy Care". In the consultation, 11 cases (84.6%) were related to the use of medicines or health products, and 2 cases (15.4%) involved disease state management and the use of supplements. The top five drug-related issues included the dosage of drugs, medication therapy management of chronic diseases, the selection of medications, adverse drug reactions and medications for special populations. All consultations were completed within 4 hours, with a positive review rate of 91.7%. CONCLUSIONS During the COVID-19 epidemic, a remote pharmacy service "Cloud Pharmacy Care" based on the social software WeChat app was quickly constructed and applied to solve the medication-related problems of patients and the public during home quarantining. This timely and interactive consultation mode helps to carry out medication therapy management for chronically ill patients and improves patients' medication compliance, improves medical quality and plays a positive role in promoting the popularization of safe medication knowledge.

Abstract Objective Accessing neuropsychological services, which are often centralized in urban regions, poses unique challenges to children and families in rural regions. In 2017, urban neuropsychologists and a pediatrician practicing in a rural region of New Mexico started to develop a teleneuropsychology (TeleNP) consultation service model to efficiently triage and determine a clinical course of action. This pilot project, aimed at expanding clinical access to specialized pediatric services in rural areas, evolved over the course of 2 years prior to the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic. Method Providers earned the trust of the local community, gained understanding of pertinent sociocultural factors, and acquired knowledge of the clinical and educational concerns for the children residing in the rural community. The application of a culturally informed approach that highlights the importance of community participation and collaboration steered the decision to implement a TeleNP consultation model. By widening access to neuropsychology, this service helped to determine whether neuropsychological testing procedures were medically indicated. Results We summarize the distinct processes that needed to occur at each location to support the implementation of telemedicine. We propose a clinical service decision tree with specific criteria to help guide providers on how to triage cases in order to increase access to specialized healthcare. Conclusion The success of implementing a TeleNP consultation service hinges upon ongoing care coordination between providers, clerical staff, patients, and families with clear goals and expectations, maintenance of legal and ethical standards, and development of specific administrative and clinical processes supporting the use of TeleNP.
