The main purpose of this study is to analyzing the financial performance and wealth maximization of acquiring companies and evaluates their financial and operating performance pre and post period of the merger. To conduct a constant research and arrive at an actual conclusion, we focus our research to only Indian Pharmaceutical companies. The idea of this article is to explore various views of Merger and Acquisitions related to the Indian Pharmaceutical sector in particular. To explain the impact of M&A on the companies of Sun Pharmaceuticals and Ranbaxy Laboratories Torrent Pharma and Elder Pharma has been taken into account as a case study of my study. With the help of profitability and solvency ratios like ROTA, ROCE, Net Profit Margin, and Debt- Equity Ratio, ROE, Gross Profit Margin It focus the financial condition of the concern during the pre and post merger period .This study also evaluates the independent Paired t-test by the help of SPSS for testing the statistical reliability of the firms and this test is used both for the ratio analysis and to understand the impact of Merger and Acquisitions. All these results are mainly based on the data collected from the company’s financial statements.

  The agenda of researchers and practitioners within the hospitality and tourism sector has focused on the need and demand for sustainable practice. Following this situation, the Cipaku Garden Hotel, as a small-to-medium-sized hotel operating in Indonesia, follows the trend that has taken place and conducts sustainable practice as part of its business activities. Accordingly, the objectives of this study are to examine the sustainable practice conducted by the Cipaku Garden Hotel, uncover the management’s perception concerning the benefits of the applied sustainable practice, and analyze the outcome and influence generated by the implemented sustainable practice on the hotel’s financial performance. Through a case study approach, it is found that the Cipaku Garden Hotel applies its sustainable practice within the form of waste management activities. Within those activities, the hotel recycles organic waste into catfish food and compost. As a result, the hotel’s waste management activities have improved its cost-saving capabilities, and it is marked by the reduction of cost on catfish care up to 49% and garden maintenance around 50%. Profit-wise, the hotel’s sustainable practice has also increased its gross profit margin and net profit margin by 8% and 4%, respectively, compared to its previous year. Thus, the sustainable practice conducted by the Cipaku Garden Hotel brings a positive impact to its financial performance.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tbk in 2018-2019.The results showed that the total score of financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is on an unhealthy interval scale, which is at a total criterion score of 50 - 65 (Minister of BUMN Nomo: Kep-100 / MBU / 2002. These results indicate that the financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Tbk using the ratio finance, namely the cash ratio in 2018 obtained a value of 130.1 with a score of 10 and in 2019 a score of 129.1 and a score of 8 (very healthy). Calculation of the current ratio in 2018 with a value of 1.17 and a score of 0, while the year 2019 with a score of 0.39 and a score of 0 (unhealthy). Debt to Equity Ratio in 2018 with a score of 162.4 and a score of 10, while in 2019 the score was 183.2 with a score of 10 (very healthy). Debt to Total Asset Ratio in 2018 with a score of 61.8 and a score of 0, while in 2019 the value was 64.6 with a score of 0 (unhealthy) .The Gros Profit Margin ratio in 2018 shows a value of 31.9 with a score of 8.5 and in 2019 the score is 23.9 and a score of 8.5 (Very Healthy) Net Profit Margin ratio for the year 2018 shows a value of 24.2 with a score of 8.5 and in 2019 a score of 17.5 and a score of 8.5 (Very Healthy). The Return On Investement (ROI) ratio in 2018 scored 11.6 with a score of 8.5 and in 2019 with a score of 17.9 and a score of 8.5 (Very Healthy) and the Return On Equity (ROE) ratio, throughout 2018 with a value of 44.4 and a score of 8.5 and in 2019 with a value of 47.9 and a score of 8.5 (very healthy).Keyword : Ferformance Financial, Financial Ratio

The present study aims to investigate the influence of financial performanceof the stock prices on food and beverage industries in the Indonesia StockExchange that are Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), TotalAssets Turnover (TATO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM).This study usedsecondary data that obtained from the financial statements of IndonesianCapital Market Directory (ICMD) based on the publication of the IndonesiaStock Exchange. The sample used in this study were enterprises food andbeverage industries listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 – 2015.The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis.Theresults of this study indicated that there was significant effect simultaneouslybetween financial performance [Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio(DER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM)] towardthe stock prices on food and beverage industries in Indonesia stockExchange in 2011 - 2015. While partially showed that of the fourindependent variables, which indicated the presence of significant influencewere Current Ratio (CR), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Net ProfitMargin (NPM) to the stock prices on food and beverage industries inIndonesia stock Exchange in 2011-2015.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai kinerja keuangan perusahaan secara bersama-sama. Kinerja keuangan diukur dengan menggunakan Total Debt to Equity Ratio Total (DER), Total Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return on Assets (ROA). Jangka waktu penelitiandari 2009-2013. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa uji t menunjukkan DER dan DAR tidak berpengaruh pada nilai perusahaan, tetapi ROA t hitung > t tabel (-3.233 <-1,697) dengan signifikansi 0,003 <0,05 dan NPM t> t tabel (2.788> 1,697) dengan signifikansi 0,009 <0,05 sehingga dapat meramalkan nilai perusahaan ROA dan NPM (Price to Book value) yang tepat. Sementara pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F menunjukkan bahwa DER, DAR, ROA, dan NPM secara simultan atau bersama-sama mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan (Price to Book value), karena nilai F hitung> F tabel (3.827> 2,69) dengan signifikansi 0,013 <0,05. koefisien determinasi (R Square) dari 0338 ATAU 33,8% hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi Price to Book value (PBV) dapat dijelaskan oleh nilai DER, DAR, ROA, dan NPM 33,8% sedangkan sisanya 66,2% (100% - 33,8%) dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model.Kata kunci: DER, DAR, ROA, NPM, and Price to Book Value.

This research is motivation to know the financial performance of ksp so that the management of the ksp can perform their duties and obligations well in accordance with the objectives of the cooperative in general.The purpose of this study to determine the financial performance of ksp based on the ratio of Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability on Tri Dharma Cooperative Artha Seputih Raman.Based on the it can be concluded the financial performance of Savings and Loans Cooperative Tri Dharma Artha Seputih Raman years in 2012-2016 are:The liquidity ratio consisting of current ratio yielded an average of 90.44%. It can be concluded that current ratio includes bad criteria because less than 125%. Solvency ratio consists of debt to asset ratio yield average of 91,42% and can be concluded debt to asset ratio including criterion less good, because bigger than 60% to 95%. While based on the calculation of debt to equity ratio produce an average of 1,074.05%, it can be concluded debt to equity ratio including bad criteria because greater than 200% and profitability ratio consisting of return on assets (ROA) yield average of 1 , 36%, can be concluded return on assets (ROA) including criteria less good because more than 1% to 3% whereas based on calculation of return on equity (ROE) yield average of 16,04%, can be concluded return on equity ( ROE) is included in good criteria because it is greater than 15% to 21% and based on the calculation of net profit margin (NPM) yields an average of 8.08%, net profit margin (NPM) is considered good enough criteria as more than 5% to 10%.Keywords: Financial Statement, Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, and Profitability Ratio

BUMDes is a new line of business that is being promoted by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Establishment of BUMDes is intended to realize the Autonomous Village program. This study aims to determine the financial performance of BUMDes Arum Dalu Ngabar from 2015 to 2018. The assessment indicators are using Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Total Assets Turn Over, Net Profit Margin, and Return on Assets. The population in this study is all financial statements belonging to BUMDes Arum Dalu in 2015-2018. The sample used is the Arum Dalu BUMDes financial statements in 2015-2018. The data used are secondary data and data collection techniques by obtaining documents through other people. The data analysis technique in this study is the analysis of financial ratios. This study shows the results that the current ratio assessment is categorized Very Poor, with an average value of 2.492%. Debt to equity ratio is categorized Very Good, with an average value of 2.54%. Return on Equity is categorized as Fair, with an average value of 10.8%. Total assets turnover is categorized as Very Poor, with an average value of 0.19 times. Net profit margin in 2015-2018 is categorized Very Good with an average value of 51.5% and Return on assets is also categorized Very Good, with an average value of 10.5%. Based from the evaluation indicators of the Republic of Indonesia State Minister for Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Number. 06 / Per / M.KUKM / V / 2006 as a whole, the financial performance of BUMDes Arum Dalu is in the Fair category. Thus, the financial performance of BUMDes Arum Dalu really needs to be improved.

Financial performance an analysis carried out to see the extent which a company has financial implementation rules. The financial performance really depends on manages the company's finances and carries out the activities, therefore is required improve its ability to manage. Financial performance can be achieved by implementing financial management which involves the completion of important decisions taken by the company, investment and funding decisions, dividend policies. To implement financial decisions properly requires the role of good corporate governance. Research aims to determine the effect of market to book value of equity (MVE/BE), debt to equity ratio (DER), and dividend payout ratio (DPR), partially or simultaneously on net profit margin (NPM) and numbers of commissioners as moderating. By multiple linear regression analysis and moderation, the results MVE/BVE and DER have a significant effect on NPM and number of commissioners. MVE/BVE, DER, and DPR simultaneously a significant effect on NPM and number of commissioners. Number of commissioners moderates the effect of DPR on NPM.

This research purpose to know the development of financial performance at PT United Tractors Tbk 2015 - 2017. PT United Tractor Tbk research subject. The data used  data sekunder that the financial statements of PT United Tractors Tbk 2015-2017 . The analysis used Current Ratio (CR), Qui k Ratio (QR) , Debt to total asset ratio (DAR), Debt to equity ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Total Assets ratio (ROA) , Return On Equity (ROE) Ratio . The results of the analysis of the development of PT United Tractors Tbk's financial performance from 2015 - 2017 show that liquidity is included in the liquid category. Solvability Analysis is categorized as solvable while for Profitability analysis with very efficient conditions.

This study aims to determine the financial condition and development of KPRI "Angkasa" RRI Yogyakarta in 2012-2016 using the ratio of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity. The type of research is a case study at KPRI "Angkasa" RRI Yogyakarta. Data collection techniques are documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique is calculating the ratios of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity, analyzing using trend and common size. The results of the analysis show that the level of liquidity as measured by the current ratio in 2012-2016 is categorized as very good. The level of solvency as measured by the total debt to equity ratio and the total debt to total assets ratio in 2012-2016 is good, except for 2014 which is quite good. The level of profitability measured by net profit margin in 2012-2016 is categorized as very good, except for 2013 it is categorized as good, for return on assets in 2012-2016 it is categorized as quite good, the profitability of own capital in 2012-2016 is categorized as poor. The level of activity as measured by asset turnover in 2012-2016 is categorized as not good. The results of the analysis of the trend current ratio, total debt to equity ratio, total debt to total asset ratio and net profit margin in 2012-2016 have increased performance, while return on assets, own capital earnings and asset turnover have decreased performance. The results of the common size analysis on the balance sheet and the remaining earnings tend to decrease.

Stock is an investment instrument which is prefered at the present. Basically, the purpose of investing in stock field is to get capital gain or investment rate return at high stage. Financial performance is a standard to find out the condition of a company based on its annual financial statement. Financial condition can be taken note of by making use of financial ratio analysis. The author utilizes Earning per Share, Return on  Assets, and Operating Profit Margin to know the financial performance. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of financial performance on stock price. The author knows the financial performance from EPS (X1), ROA (X2), and OPM (X3) of Stock Price (Y). EPS, ROA, and OPM are taken by the author from performance summary originated in IDX. The research was conducted during the period 2006 through 2010 by taking samples at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. and PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk engaged in basic industry, that is cement industry. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that just Operating Profit Margin Ratio at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa has significant effect on stock price, whereas Return on Equity and Earning per Share at the same company do not have significant effect on stoc price. Earning per Share, Return on Equity, and Operating Profit Margin at PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk. do not have ignificant effect. Therefore, it can be concluded that there are external factors influencing stock price at PT Indocement Tunggal prakarsa Tbk. and PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk.
