In this paper, Nano Electromechanical Switch (NEMS) was designed and simulated by using MATLAB simulation, then was tested by on-line test through bias super-position. This switch has 4.5 nm thickness, offers low power dissipation and permits nonstop observing of all essential jobs. On the other hand, there are some challenges facing this Nano system. One of them is very difficult to resonators collective products with the same characteristics. The fabrication process was also a complex process and much hardness occurred during repetitive operations, which failure and stiction caused problems. In this work, a comparison between the response of a fault-free system and the system with some failures has been carried out. The test results showed a decrease in pull-in voltage with increasing overlap area as a result of wear failure mechanism in Nano Switch (NS). Creep in (NS) affected the value of the young modules and this increased the output voltage, also the crack in the beam of (NS) increased the effective mass and decreased output signal.

Pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah tugas kompleks dan membutuhkan adaptasi untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan pengguna. Untuk membuat konsep dan perubahan perangkat lunak, dalam pemeliharaan, sekarang telah dikembangkan lebih mudah dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, pola model-view-controller, yang merupakan arsitektur yang dapat membantu memfasilitasi dalam pengembangan dan pemeliharaan perangkat luna. Hal ini, karena dalam arsitektur model tiga-lapis, yaitu: tampilan dan pengontrolan dalam pembangunan dilakukan secara independen, sehingga dapat memberikan dahan dalam pengembangan dan pemeliharaan. Selain itu, arsitektur ini juga dapat melihat hal-hal yang sederhana dan menarik bagi pengguna. Software sistem on-line test adalah perangkat lunak yang memerlukan interaksi dengan pengguna, dan pemeliharaan perangkat adaptif. Karena sistem ujian on-line memerlukan pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan ini berkembang dengan cepat. Makalah ini untuk menganalisis Model-View-Controller dan mencoba pembangunan, untuk menerapkannya dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak sistem pengujian on-line.

The Korean High Speed Train (KHST) has been tested on the Kyongbu high speed line and the Honam conventional line since 2002. A data acquisition system was developed to test and prove the dynamic performance of the KHST, and the system has been found to be very efficient in acquiring multi-channel data from accelerometers located all over the train. Also presented in this paper is an analysis procedure which is simple and efficient in analyzing the acceleration data acquired during the on-line test of the KHST. The understanding of system vibration mode for a railway vehicle is essential to evaluate the characteristics of a dynamic system and to diagnose the dynamic problems of the vehicle system during tests and operations. Methods based on homogeneous linear systems are not realistic because real systems have nonlinear characteristics and are strongly dependent on environmental conditions. In this paper an efficient method of vibration analysis has been proposed and applied for the KHST to evaluate its vibration mode characteristics. The results show that this method is suitable to estimate the system vibration modes of the KHST.

At present, sub-micro-Newton (sub-μN) micro-force in micro-assembly and micro-manipulation is not able to be measured reliably. The piezoelectric micro-force sensors offer a lot of advantages for MEMS applications such as low power dissipation, high sensitivity, and easily integrated with piezoelectric micro-actuators. In spite of many advantages above, the research efforts are relatively limited compared to piezoresistive micro-force sensors. In this paper, Sensitive component is polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and the research object is micro-force sensor based on PVDF film. Moreover, the model of micro-force and sensor’s output voltage is built up, signal processing circuit is designed, and a novel calibration method of micro-force sensor is designed to reliably measure force in the range of sub-μN. The experimental results show the PVDF sensor is designed in this paper with sub-μN resolution.

Traditional transmission line tower grounding resistance measurements have many shortcomings, in order to make up the defects the model of transmission line tower with good conductor wires and multiple grounding leads was builded, and then the algorithm of tower grounding resistance on-line measurement was proposed. On this condition, a system based on this algorithm was designed and further analysis of the error during data processing was conducted. At last, the MATLAB simulation indicates that the algorithm has a accuracy that meets the practical requirements.
