Purpose: The purpose of the study was to determines the effect of Internal Environment Management Practices on Supply Chain Performance among Agri-Manufacturing Firms in RwandaMethodology: This study employed both cross-sectional and explanatory research design and is in line with positivism approach. The target population was 567 top and middle employees in supply chain department from 67 Agri-Manufacturing Firms. Stratified and simple random sampling was used to select a sample of 226. This study collected both secondary and primary data, but mainly primary data using a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was performed with the aid of SPSS version 22.0 (Hayes and Matthes, 2009) using both descriptive and inferential statistics. Hypothesis 1 to 4 was tested using multiple regression model, while hypothesis 5 was tested using hierarchical regression.Results: Findings showed that internal environmental management positively and significantly influences supply chain performanceUnique contribution to Theory and Practice: It is therefore important for both the senior managers and mid – level managers to be committed and supportive of GSCM. Besides that, there is need for the firm to have total quality environmental management and ISO 14001 for environmental compliance. As well, having a team within the firm that is tasked with environmental improvements will go a long way in enhancing supply chain performance

This research aims to analyse the impact of the COVID‑19 Pandemic on Supply Chain Performance of the Auto Parts Industries of Thailand. The primary data collected from an online questionnaire sent to 400 samples obtained by a stratified sampling method selected from tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 auto parts manufacturers. The structural equation model applied for analysis. The results showed that the COVID‑19 Pandemic, Environment performance, Negative performance, and operation performance affected supply chain performance. For suggestions from this research, first of all, the company's knowledge of internal management. And government involvement has a direct impact on the performance of the auto parts supply chain. The government's participation as factors of external influence also has an immediate effect on supply chain management. Company practices show that governments have played an essential role in promoting the auto parts industry's survival since its upstream. Midstream and downstream pressure has an indirect effect on corporate and consumer of supply chain management practices.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of logistics management on success of supply chain among Kenyan manufacturing companies.Methodology: A descriptive research design was adopted. The popularity of the supply chain concept emanates because of quality management. Quality management practices in supply chain contribute to quality offerings, overall firm performance, cost reduction and ultimately for competitive advantage. The paper empirically and analytically investigates the relationship between total quality management and supply chain performance. The primary data for the study were collected from 44 managers of small manufacturing firms, 74 wholesalers and 120 retailers in district Udhampur of J&K State. The data after purification & validation through factor analysis were subjected to multivariate tools. The results of Chisquare test, hierarchal regression model and correlation matrix revealed positive association between total quality management & supply chain operational efficiency, overall supply chain performance as predictor of quality management and existence of direct relationship between TQM and supply chain performance. The study emphasized that proper implementation of TQM programs could play a major role in developing an integrated organisation through teamwork, cordial relationship, training & education, cultural change and customer focus across the supply chain.

Purpose: This purpose of the study was to determine the effects of adopting green procurement on the supply chain performance at Bata shoe company in KenyaMethodology: This study adopted descriptive research design. The target population was 120 employees working in different levels of management who are directly involved in managing distribution activities in the organization. The sampling frame was the Human Resource register at BATA Kenya. The population sample was 120 respondents. Structured questionnaires containing both open ended and closed ended questions were used to collect primary data. The questionnaires were filled and returned for analysis. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive statistics like percentages, standard deviations, frequency tables among others.  The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 17 software was used.Results: Results indicated that quality management, organizational policy, information technology integration and demand management have a positive and significant relationship on supply chain performance at BATAUnique contribution to theory, practice and policy: This study recommends that BATA should review its organizational policy on JIT implementation to improve its supply chain performance especially in regards to better human resource management practices. BATA should also enhance its Information Technology Integration to promote information sharing and support its ERP systems.

The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between supply chain management practices (SCMP) on technological innovation in the manufacturing sector organizations of Pakistan. The supply chain management practices (SCMP) include in this study are strategic supplier partnership, information sharing, information quality, postponement and internal lean practices while technological innovation being the dependent variable. The target population for this study has been selected as the manufacturing sector in Pakistan. The study has collected 200 responses from the supply chain professionals of manufacturing firms of Karachi, Pakistan. For analysis of data, partial least square structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) named Smart PLS version 3.2.8 has been used. The finding of the study showed that supply chain management practices have a positive impact on technological innovation. The postponement has the highest impact and positive relation with technological innovation, then strategic supplier partnership was found to a positive and significant impact on technological innovation, while information quality has lower impact and positive relationship with technological innovation. The study suggests that manufacturing firms should implement proper supply chain management practices for making their product and process innovations. The paper will provide insights to the manufacturing firm how these supply chain management practices help in technological innovation.
